Incredible cold brew !I’m so glad that I stopped by Young Blood before leaving Fargo, I just wish I had been able to enjoy it more! I stayed a night there and on my way out of town before an 11 hour drive I grabbed a cold brew from Young Blood and another coffee shop in the area (which shall not be named 🙃) but I loved my black cold brew from Young Blood so much! The staff was also very kind!If I’m ever back in the area, I will definitely be stopping by.

Always a must when I get to go home. I’ve had coffee and espresso all over the country and world, and this is one of my absolute favorites. Been a couple years because of COVID, but after seeing family and friends, this was probably the next thing on the list!I don’t usually do much side from just straight espresso, a cappuccino, or a cortado, so I can really get the flavor of the espresso. All are fantastic

Young Blood. Coffee pumps through their hearts and keeps them young.Really gorgeous space with a nice aesthetic and good natural light. I majorly dig the huge table. Technically their speciality is coffee, but it’s really just a front for their toast sales. Incredible stuff all around. A tiny bit dim in there.

Young Blood is by far my favorite local coffee place and roaster. Their product is a bit on the pricier side, but you at least get what you pay for here. Mochas are bitter and not overly sweet. The flavor profiles of their beans are rich and complex. Definitely try their fresh baked sour dough bread! I am convinced there are only winners on their menu!

I came to Fargo from San Diego for business. I have never been here before and saw the great reviews for this coffee shop and decided to give it a try. I am a huge fan of avocado toast, as it is very popular in San Diego. This avocado toast and almond butter with honey toast were the best I ever had in my life, hands down! The piece of toast is massive, as you can probably see. The bread is absolutely delicious. I also had a pour over coffee that was great. The atmosphere of the shop is also very nice. Everyone was super nice and it just felt wonderful to be there.Thank you guys so much for your great service! I will be back next time I’m in town!!

This was some of the best coffee Ive had in Fargo thus far. It was smooth, well roasted and not the least bit bitter. I had a honey lavender latte and it wasnt overly sweet--but had a wonderful fluffy layer of foam and a creamy finish. I hope to go back soon to try their amazing toast--from what I saw, you get a massive slice of homemade sourdough bead, slathered in toppings of your choice. A wonderful coffee date experience.

California Dreaming on a North Dakota day.Woke up this morning to hotel coffee. Quickly decided against it and began my search. The Yelposphere once more pulled through. The promise of a traditional macchiato had me excited and skeptical. We decided that the worst thing that could happen would be drinking hotel coffee, which is actually worse than no coffee... off we went.It was easy to spot, even without large storefront signage. A couple of bistro chairs dot the sidewalk. The real giveaway was the herd of zombies going in and the smiling faces coming out. We circled and parked about a block away, our usual plan of attack. When strolling up the sidewalk, the aroma met us before the visual. We followed our noses. There was a line of over half a dozen people. It moved quickly. People knew what they wanted, ordered, paid and stepped aside. Our turn came quickly. The hubs ordered a honey miel and I a macchiato. The gal paused, looked up and went right into action explaining that they do a traditional macchiato (tiny cup) and not what we might be used to. She held her breath. I said thats why were here - she smiled, nodded and said good, good & that was that. Then we added avocados toast, because... avocados. We paid, gave our name and stepped aside. The had quite the system in place and it ran like a well oiled machine. Both drinks were on point. We appreciated the same flavor from start to finish (no syrupy residue to finish). The bread really is delish - crispy outside and soft inside. I honestly would have skipped it with toast as the main breakfast item, had I been looking for food and coffee. That would have been a mistake.Id lose the sofas for additional seating, as they had quite the crowd wanting seats. Then again, perhaps it deters loitering for hours on end...For the record, Ive now given 2 coffee shops within minutes of each other 5 stars & I dont like to give 5 stars. Way to step up your coffee game Fargo. No more hotel coffee for me!Edit: would also like to see paper straws : /

A cool craft coffee shop that does their own roasting. The vibe is laid back and the shop is clean. They usually have two types of beans available, one batch brewed and the other ready for pour-over. Ive definitely enjoyed their light roasted African beans. Baristas are chill and generally know what theyre doing. Since moving into their new location, theyve got a turntable setup with a McIntosh amp and JBLs. Great hangout in the before times, looking forward to when it can be so again.

2 day old bread, $6.50 a loaf, totally burnt bottom of bread. I Returned the bread, asked for a replacement, and was given another day old burnt offering. I politely said, no thanks. Refunded my $, and was told to dispose the bread myself because I touched them. Cashier then decided it was in his best interest to dispose them rather than me dispose of the bread in front of customers. Oh yes..... one more thing their sour dough bread was my fav in town by far. When only bake one bread...... do it fresh or go home.

Date of Visit: 10/13/2019 - Our drinks were delicious! The establishment was somewhat difficult to find, my husband and I had to drive around the block more than once searching for the location. Instead of having a big sign, they had just a little sandwich board on the ground announcing the location, which we think is what caused our difficulty in finding the business. The inside of the establishment was VERY warm (too warm for us) so instead of drinking our beverages there, we took them To Go.

I went there late in the day (around 6pm). At this point, there was only one other person to serve. I had a sample of the coffee and it was a smooth taste. While waiting, she was very friendly and we had a good small talk. I ordered a plain latte and they did some coffee art. The environment is a bright, small area--seating for 20 or less. I think there was one outlet available in the corner. I was told by a friend they encourage a connected environment. Sometimes people need to unplug and be in touch with each other. A great place overall.

Easily the best coffee shop in Fargo. The wonderful aesthetic of this place washes over you before you even order your drink. The staff is incredibly warm, friendly, and helpful. The menu is a little pricey, but rest assured youre getting exactly what you pay for. All of their drinks are wonderful from what Ive tried so far, but I definitely recommend the Angelino. Its an iced latté made with almond milk and agave nectar, shaken. Id also highly recommend their toast. Spent $4.50 for a 12 oz depth charge that, according to the barista, I was supposed to love.... Tasted like they took the burnt crumbs from a toaster and brewed that. Ive actually had concentrated coffee from a machine that tasted better. Definitely my last trip there. *Addendum* The manager seems to think I have ulterior motives for this review so let me just clarify; this was my first visit here. I know nobody whos ever worked here nor even anyone whos ever even went there. It is my opinion that it is overpriced considering I get a 20 oz depth charge for $3 everywhere else. Oh and a note to the manager who responded; perhaps you should try to figure out the problem before you convince yourself that theres some underlying motive. If you want to save face on Google then resolve the issue. Dont pretend that it doesnt exist.
