The staff working here very extremely kind and the store looked really well put together and neat. If you wear womans clothes and are wondering what sizes are available for pants the sizes range from 00 - 26 and are available in basically all the jeans styles. Anything that says slim fit go a size up than your usual pants because youre going to need it. If youre looking undergarments at Old Navy I suggest rather going to the target the sizes for men go up to a XXXL and womans go to 4X. If youre worried about prices I suggest looking on their website, because they price match.

Didn’t have any issues. Staff is was very helpful and friendly. One of them actually made a suggestion that saved me money! Store is organized and clean, but inventory in my size was low at the time.

Great customer service hands down. Minus stars because there are no shopping carts. They provide their mesh shopping bags but youll want to bring your own stroller if you have little ones. Its hard to shop with my toddler lol so heads up! Which saves me some money because I cant hold onto him and much merchandise at the same time.

This location always has a ton of selection. The store is generally well kept, keeping in mind the amount of inventory they pull into that store. The staff is helpful and I enjoy that they have the hand held checkout devices. It makes for a easy efficient checkout. My biggest complaint would be finding the wrong sized item on the matching hanger. A few times I have got home with wrong sizes because they were hung on a non matching hanger. Besides that, great finds here. Good prices.

I went in tonight around 7pm and waited at the return line that is located at the front of the store, along with the online order pick up line. Waited in line along with one other customer while an associate ignored us being in line, the other guy in line said “can I do my pick up?” And then she continued to make us wait for another few minutes. Disappointed in the poor help that I received when I decided to exchange for a different size. I asked where I would find the jeans in a different size and she just said “over there”. Hope this store gets back to how it used to be, I loved going there.

I placed my order online and did a curbside pickup. It was ready within a few hours and I was notified quickly. The order was brought out promptly once I arrived.

I love this place! It has clothing for every age group. Its well laid out and has good customer service. This is a place where if you find something, take it home, wear a few times and if you dont want it anymore, you can take it to the Goodwill and not feel like youve wasted a whole lot of money.Its a fun place to go!

Since my family members and I, like being dressed casually, Old Navy has been a great resource for us. Considering the reasonable pricing and the large selection on the stores racks and shelves, I always surprise myself by buying one-of-a-kind apparel items that remained in the store and were steeply discounted. I have no notion how such one-of-a-kind apparel items are always waiting for me; however, the statistics just seem to go well above the occasional happenstance. One of the things that I like about this store chain, is that they turn around their stock very frequently (at least for a shopper like me). So the surprise finds keep me going there with great enthusiasm. The best part is leaving the store without a big hole in the pocket. I never bought a singe item there that was not discounted from its original labeled price.

Old Navy always has great service and the clothes are wonderful for the price.

I want to like Old Navy. A nice selection of clothing options, convenient locations, and you can earn cash for later purchases when you shop.I used to buy most of my wardrobe here, not anymore. Quality has declined to the point the clothing is almost disposable. One wash and many if the shirts distort so the hems are crooked, no 2 pair of jeans fot the same. Add to that these stores that are foul. We shopped this location at open, the store was trashed. We couldnt find the item we were seeking in mens because it had the look that someone literally threw the clothing st the rack and left it I know these stores are shipped heavy but that is no excuse to not reset it before the next business day. Even more frustrating, we asked an employee where something was hoping for at least a general area and her reply Im busy, ask someone else she was sweeping the floor. This has helped reinforce the Target just a few doors down as a better option. The clothing is better quality, better every day pricing, and it was neat so I could find what I wanted.

Love coming to old navy. They have super cheap prices and good quality stuff. I love the workout gear the most.

No employee to be found in store to help. Cashier 2894605 was very rude and very short with me. I asked him to just check a price on one item, he replied, give me a minute! I said no rush. He then flipped the rest of the clothes over and almost smacked me in the face. Then to top everything else off when I declined giving him my email address he huffed really loudly and said well you would have saved 20% next time . I said thank you so much I just get a lot of email. He didnt reply anything... not even a thank you. He just stomped off to break the employee who had to go on a 15 minute break (like customers even need to hear employees discussing this kind of stuff). He also belittled the coworker standing next to him when she didnt explain the old navy credit card to his expectations. This guy is not a good candidate for customer service.

Maybe I went on a bad weekend but things were priced more like a higher end department store than what it actually is. The checkout line to the understaffed registers was ridiculously long weaving us through a cattle coral baited with chinesium jewelry, ghetto girl make-up and hide-a-ho scent markers.

I went in, looking for a specific size of jeans. I was told they do not have that size (size 46) in their store, but to go check the On Sale area. I went there and found the exact size I was looking for, when I did not see anything close to that size anywhere else in the store.

We went to catch a sale. It was somewhat crowded but not too bad. We found what we had come to buy. Went to cash out and thought I would grab a couple candy bars at the counter. Didnt think to watch as he ran all of the purchases through, and then he still how to do gift cards. I had several hours before I got home, and then looked at the receipt. What a shock, for the two purchases a candy, was $5. I thought they must have made a mistake! When I called the store, he said no, that was their normal price. He gave me some dumb wacky answer as to why they charge that, but all-in-all what what boils down to is that they must think no one Minds or they know teenagers dont care when theyre spending their parents money. I was sad that I ate their candy, or I would have gone back up and got my moneys back.

Hard to navigate around with so many racks and flat fold tables. Crowded easily with long lines. Product is durable and good sales.

Today, there were signs on the windows that showed 60% off storewide- Wow! However, the sign wouldve been more accurate if it said that a handful of items are marked down 60% but most of the store is 20%-30% off. Even though I watched the sale signs while shopping, the check out total surprised me when the markdowns didnt match what was posted in the area I got the items. Im not one to battle these things, but I did mention a check on 2 out of 5 things that were higher than expected. The prices werent changed and when I left, i walked over to verify I hadnt been in error. So, just watch the sale signs and be prepared to question the total if you want the actual advertised price!

The store itself is fine and employees are always very helpful and willing to assist you. They also have a lot of sales and prices are affordable. Its hard for me to shop here due to the weird cut on some of their clothes, but overall I had a pleasant experience the few times I have been there.

Saw management yelling aggressively towards teenage staff. Store is generally messy, hard to find size with all items mixed and matched. Feel sorry for them.Wish store was more like the one in clackmas, better people, better management, better prices and overall just a more welcoming place.

The employees that work here are pretty okay, but the managers are rude and disrespectful. The sales floor is always dangerously messy, and sales floor employees leave batches of random clothing around.

The store isnt usually too crowded and its pretty easy to find what youre looking for. The displays tend to be a bit messy.

Quality of clothes has gone way down hill. Everything balls up now, sizing isnt accurate, and the price for what you get is way too steep.

Their sales are not what they say they are. Todays sale was supposed to be half off total purchase, but when my stuff got rung up (shouldve been $31), and I contested it, they said it was half off everything.I pointed out the several signs saying half off total purchase, and they still insisted it was half off everything 😐Aside from that, everything was mixed up, tossed everywhere, just absolute mayhem.

Customer service wasnt that great. Had a long line of customers trying to check out. The two cashiers didnt acknowledge those who were waiting and did not call for back up.
