Ive only been here once. We needed an odd sized battery, called BPB and they ordered it for us. Went to pick it up, the store was clean and organized and the employees were courteous and friendly. Id definitely buy here again.

They carry parts in stock, easy to book appointment on line, reasonably priced, and fast service. Very friendly staff. They did a great job repairing my phones screen.

My daughter had her phone screen replacement twice there. Great experience.Recently I broke my iPhone XS Max screen. The screen they put on for me was subpar. But they replaced it a week later when the new shipment arrived.They certainly stand behind their service and product.

I needed some help with my phone insurance situation and not only did they help me once but twice since my wifes phone also broke. Each time was great service.

Service is great; however, I wouldnt recommend ordering a replacement FOB from here. Got charged for the FOB and programming - $150 total, not too bad right -- but I could have gone to Code Zero and paid for the replacement, programming is free, 2 year warranty and free battery changes each year!! Now thats a better deal for 100$. I only know this because I ordered my boyfriends from Code Zero

When I have a device or remote, etc, whos battery has failed. I bring it into batteries plus, and they will replace it for me on the spot. Save yourself the trouble of figuring out how to access the devices battery compartment. Or figuring out what battery you need. They will do it for you. No muss, no fuss. I give them a A+

Making an appointment online gave me a $10 off coupon for the battery replacement. Everything was explained to me in detail. Service took just under an hour, as was what I was told.

I ordered a battery for my lawn mower on line. When I got to the store to pick it up, it was apparent that I didnt order exactly what I needed (I actually needed 3 of the batteries I ordered as my old battery had 3 of the smaller batteries inside of it.) At the store they were able to change my order to 3 batteries and gave me an overall discounted price that was slightly less than I would have had to pay to get it directly from the mower company. They also removed the old batteries from the case they were in and installed the new ones for me. All this was taken care of in about 10 minutes. Will definitely be back for future battery needs.

Today I stopped in and a very nice and helpful young man, Brandon, replaced two watch batteries for me plus added a discount coupon for my purchase today! I was given such good customer service, fast service and he even engaged in conversation with me ~ so often the young folk dont give you much engagement ~ I will definately come back and hope that Brandon is working that day! We had a battery replaced in an older iPhone. They were reasonably priced and got it done in under two hours. He even gave me tips to optimize battery life.

The store was great, the website mis-leading, the site sold me a battery the store didnt even have in stock. But Tony was great, gave me a substitute battery, for a small additional cost and had me on my way in no time! My advice, call the actual store BEFORE placing the order, that way, youll know exactly what to expect. The guys at the store did a super job in making things right :)

They will not touch your phone if you have attempted to fix problem beforehand. Also can not purchase a battery here without them putting it in for you. Do not recommend

Came in to get my iPhone 6 plus screen replaced and after they replaced my screen my phone had stoped working!Took it to apple and apple had told me my motherboard was bent and so happen before I took it to apple battery plus told me to just take it to apple to try and have them fix the problem n argue with them about it and not tell them battery plus took it apart(there words)so battery plus had me mail it in to there company elsewhere and they said the same thing the owner contacted me and told me he dont feel that they are responsible for my phone to stop working!(They are NOT certified to fix apple! So I went in and paid to get my screen fix n came out with paying them to break my phone completely pretty much!I was OUT of money and also a phone thanks to them!!!!

I had made an appt to have the charging port replaced on my iphone. I was told it would be $60 or $70. I cant remember which. But when I brought the phone in, Brody, the employee, took the phone and said. let me check something first before we do that He went in the back for a few minutes, then came out and handed me the phone. He said that he removed the lint that collects in the charging port from being in your pocket and it started charging. Said it was common. He/you could have just replaced the port and I wouldnt have know the difference. I applaud Brody and Batteries Plus for this honesty. I WILL be sending my friends and family in. Thank you

I got my battery replaced on my Samsung Note 5 a few months ago. I refrained from writing a review as I wanted to see how it held up to the test of time. Shortly there after my wireless charging quick working. Ok, not the biggest deal breaker in the world. But then my lightning charge feature quick working. I thought to myself again, ok, again not the biggest deal. Flash forward to January, the battery calibration started to go, I would restart my phone and either gain or lose battery life. Flash forward to today, the glass back piece on the Note (the Note 5 has a glass piece that is glued to the back of the phone you need to remove to get to the battery) started to come unglued and peel off. I decided to cut my losses and buy a refurbished phone.I would like to point out that my phone is over three years old, and that could play a factor in the degradation. However it was well maintained and always had a case and tempered glass screen protector.Its very frustrating paying for a battery replacement, and watching the battery degrade faster than one would anticipate. I know these guys offer a warranty on battery replacements, but quite frankly I dont want them back in my phone.On a more positive note and the whole reason for 2* instead of 1*, is that the service worker I talked to was very professional and the actual repair was fairly quick. Its just too bad it didnt pan out for me.Dont let my review from stopping you getting your battery replaced, but I urge you to consider other options before hand, as I did not.

Went in for a watch battery. They took it apart and changed the battery, then told me they were unable to put the back of the watch back on, and LEFT IT LIKE THAT. They STILL charged me for the new battery, and I walked out with a broken watch I couldnt wear! I had to go to ANOTHER watch repair shop (who then charged me ANOTHER FEE) to have the back put back on! If Id known that, Id have just gone to the watch shop in the first place!
