Very helpful upon entering their parts area. Im not sure what they all have as I was in a hurry, but I saw nice high ends power tools, varity of thermostats. I know they carry boiler phone valves as that is what I was looking for. Their on my list of places to research some more. All in all a good experience.
If the scale went higher I would give them a 10.Service, selection, knowledge, follow up fantastic. We had a couple of warranty items and they sent out promptly in shipment to project. In building the house, this was the best experience and thing we did going there for all plumbing and electrical fixtures.
Would love to review the showroom but they’re requiring appointments to even see the lights, and of course they aren’t open after 5pm. Both my wife and I work during the day, so it’s pretty inconvenient.
Parts service was great. My AC went out weeks after moving into our first house. They tested the Capacitor I brought in, matched me up with a new one and were back to livable conditions indoors.
Showroom is nice, staff is good. However, if you buy stuff from there and it breaks under warranty, good luck with them repairing or replacing it. Theyll make you take time of from work, not show up and lie that they showed up an knocked on your door, although you have a doorbell. No phone calls returned etc. Customer service after sales has been made is pathetic. Ill give them half stars, just because they do a good job to sell you stuff.
These guys were the only ones in town that had a part I needed. Walked in and out in less than 10 minutes. Now I can finish my project on time. Thanks again!!!
Great parts department took time to help me get the right part
Theyre show room was beautiful and Amy was awesome to work with. She helped us pick out all our lights and appliances in one visit and were very happy with all our choices. Great experience
They didnt have my part in stock, so i ordered it to be delivered after they promised 2 day delivery. I finally got it 9 days later...
Everything is way more expensive, for the same brands you can get for 30% less at other stores (including sears). The employees will tell you anything you want to hear to make a sale, and they are SO pushy. They seem very friendly and helpful, but after a while of owning the garbage they sell you, you will find out that they were just telling you anything they had to in order to make a sale. And dont even try walking around the showroom by yourself, because they are way too pushy. Our home builder wanted us to buy through Fergusons, and I really wish we had insisted on buying from somewhere else. Less than two years later, and our microwave AND dishwasher need parts replaced, even though we bought the ones they charged the most for and insisted were top of the line.
Great service, knowledgeable employees and they have a great selection of products. Very easy to work with on products needed for our bathroom remodel.
They are hit and miss. Beautiful products, many out of our budget. However, Ive had multiple interactions with them and I would say 75% of the time they have been rude with basic questions. When I worked with them originally, they ordered me the wrong light fixture. It took multiple phone calls from myself and the builder to get anyone to call us back. Recently I had to follow up on a faucet we purchased through them and had issues with, and Im reminded why I said I would never buy through them again after our first experience. Lowes and Home Depot offer better customer service by a landslide.
Very impressive kitchen fixtures along with bathroom selections.
Great, knowledgable, and friendly staff. Pricing is great and theyre go out of their way to help.
