I purchased tires from tirebuyer.com to get installed on my truck. The process was very convenient and I would recommend premium automotive for anyone that wants to order tires online and have them installed by a reasonably priced, friendly, clean, and convenient shop. I will use them in the future when my truck needs something else done.

I took my truck in for a coolant leak. The staff was very nice and friendly. They called me later that day then with estimate. I needed a new upper radiator hose and T connector. The estimate was a hair over $500. That sounded high to me but I figured that it was mostly labor cost and just needed it done so I agreed to do it. After getting the bill I realized that the cost was mostly parts. They charged me $125 for the hose ($65 from Luther ford). They charged me $110 for a T connector ($50 from Luther ford). I am sure they get the parts for much less than I can get them right from the dealership. They also charged me $75 just to tell me what it needed. Which is also high. I understand making a few bucks on the parts but not doubling the cost. I would consider that price gouging. Needless to say I will not be going back there.

While driving home late one night from a hunting trip in Montana I blew a wheel bearing. I went to the shop the next morning and the guys there were incredibly helpful and getting me going and getting back home to Wisconsin. Im from the twin cities, and my car broke down when I was in Fargo for work. They were able to get working on my vehicle promptly and let me use a loaner vehicle to drive back to Minneapolis. When it was finished, they offered to drive my car back and meet me more than half way, saving me hours of driving. Their prices were also very competitive. Highly recommend these guys!

Very professional staff who are knowledgeable and thoroughly explain what your vehicle needs while not trying to upsell you for unnecessary repairs. The customer waiting area is always clean and they offer complimentary coffee. This is a really good group of people they have at this job! Honest, reliable and very fair with pricing. I wouldnt take my vehicle anywhere else in town! When i take bring my vehicle here i know skilled mechanics are putting in quality parts. Compared to some of the other shops in town Premium is definitely the best place to take your vehicle.

Ive been going Premium for years, including under the previous name. I love knowing that I can trust the staff to do the best for my cars at a reasonable price. I recently had a battery replaced and opted to go with them even tho the quote was a little higher over the phone, when I paid it ended up being significantly less!

My Grand Daughter is going to collage up in Moorhead MN and she broke down with her car and it was towed to there shop . It turned out to be the water pump bearing failed which caused the fan and the fan clutch to fail they wrote up estimate of repairs that had replace the water pump the fan the fan clutch the serpentine belt and antifreeze which i can agree with. but they also said there where other pulleys and the AC pump was damaged and needed to be replaced . so all parts and fluids came to $1614.08 plus $80.00 to do the estimate. Granted they are allowed to their opinion just like i am allowed to mine . This is where people need to be vary causes on who works on there vehicles . I had the water pump replaced and the fan clutch and the fan replaced and the belt along with the antifreeze for under $600.00 by another mechanic and i did not tell him what to replace so this was a fair parts replacement with out influence of my opinion and with a free estimate also . so buyer beware make sure you do your home work on who touches you car and what parts you really need .

Gave me a price quote on a new blower fan in late March and stuck to that quote a month later when I was finally able to make an appointment and get the car in as well as pay for it. Now my car has cool air moving through it again finally and for cheaper than I had it done the last time. If youre looking for a new shop give these guys a spin!
