Called this morning to schedule an oil change as I was uncertain if they still allowed drop ins. Scheduled for this afternoon at 3. When I arrived I was told they had a vehicle or two ahead of me but should probably be about an hour--give or take a little. Waited in the lobby for over an hour and decided to check for an update. Was told it shouldnt be much longer. I have now been waiting for over two and a half hours and still no idea when it will be done. Do NOT recommend this place for an oil change/tire rotation. KIA Quick Lube or even Jiffy Lube is a far better option. It was explained to me they were understaffed today, but then they should have booked appointments accordingly. So disappointed!
Corwin Honda sales team and upstairs financial services drag there feet and consistently lie about how things will work just to get you in. Been waiting for my check for a sold vehicle for over a week. Then find out on Friday that the finance team leaves early before a 3day weekend. Customer service was only good until Corwin took possession of my vehicle then I have to physically stop in to get any answers. I would not recommend Corwin Honda or Mike B. For any services. I have never had such poor service in my life. A joke is what this place is. They do not care for there customers once your paperwork is signed. Pathetic service from top to bottom.
Went in for extended warranty work. Put new parts in and now is making more noise than before it was fixed.
Typical nightmare scenario dealership service center here. Schedule an oil change/tire rotation and told the tire didn’t need rotated after 10k miles per factory recommendations... was going to let me put 20k miles on the tires. Makes you feel bad for the people that don’t know anything about service, you’ll definitely get taken advantage of at this place. Sorry I have to get warranty work done here.
Only my first time for the first oil change. Friendly, got there 15 min before my apt time, took my vehicle back right away.......took an hour and a half...was not impressed. I also asked if they could wash my vehicle, was told the wash was down because its so cold, I understand that, but how were the new cars being bought getting washed, and dried before they left?? Watched 2 of them leave before I did. Not really a great first impression.....
Couldnt be more disappointed with my experience here. I bought a used truck with about 25000 miles on it. They slap me with a terrible interest rate I immediately refinanced, only offered me the $4,000 platinum warranty and didnt even offer or quote any of the more affordable warranties. After everything gets signed and finished up I drive the truck home. Quickly realize they didnt include floor matts for the truck and the USB ports didnt work. I immediately take it back and rather than fixing for free, tell me a warranty claim will need to be opened. The mechanic did not know how to fix it. A simple phone call with a Luther mechanic and I was able to fix it myself. 5 days later, it rains, broken wiper blade... 2 months later I finally decide to inspect under the hood. Find a coolant leak and air filter that doesnt look like it was ever replaced. (It was lined with dead bugs, there arent bugs in ND in Jan-Mar) Clearly they didnt even look under the hood before selling the car. So now I bring it in for another warranty claim. They tell me they got to order parts, bring it back Monday. I bring it back Monday. After 3.5 hours I call them asking if its almost done. Havent even started, turns out a part never came so they had to hold it overnight. Thats normally something you would tell the customer and see if its ok, which it wasnt. I now have to waste PTO on a third day to mess around with this. I tell them no and come and get my truck. At this point, I have had it with their terrible communication and call another mechanic. He said he can get the parts locally.... I want to switch the warranty claim over to the other mechanic and have him do it. Problem is I need Corwin to close their claim before I can open a new one. Called 3 times during normal business hours, cant get a human to talk to. Left 2 messages and am still waiting to get called back. Every time I have been there customer service reps treat me like furniture, rub their eyes and yawn as I am talking to them. If you want to be treated like you matter at all, Id suggest Tuffys or Daves West Fargo Tire for service and anyone but Corwin for buying a used car.
Very cordial knowledgeable staff.
Very professonal and responsive to customer concerns
Always kind, caring, confident and competent are words for the service department at Corwin Honda
Have had a little trouble here getting the job done correctly.
Nice people very knowledgeable and very kind and helpful
I had such a great experience buying my new vehicle from Corwin Honda. Their website is user friendly, and made it easy for me to contact them to learn more about the car since I am 200 miles away. Andrew made sure I was very well taken care of, answered all my questions, and got me into the car he new I would love.
Aris is a pretty great sales rep to work with.
Got my headlight working again.
On May 4, 2020, I set up an appointment to drive a used car at Corwin Honda;and early on May 5th I nailed down the time of the appointment. Then I had to confirm the appointment once more before I left. The reason for the appointment was I had to drive over 80 miles to Fargo. Almost exactly 30 minutes outside of Fargo I received a call from Corwin that another customer had called and was coming in to look at the same car. My disappointment is in principle: This other customer called in and was not even there...he or she did not walk in to look at the same car. Why did not Corwin tell them that he or she had to wait 30 minutes to come and look because another customer was in route to see the car? In other words, I was in Corwins queue. I am very aware that sales are first come, first serve. That makes perfect sense; but in a very real sense I was the person that was first. Remember, it was Corwin that asked me to set up an appointment, and then confirm it too before I left for Fargo. I too would have understood if they would have called before I left, but it appears, IMO, fairly obvious that they saw an opportunity to play both ends against the middle. Corwin then called me again - less than 15 minutes before my appointment - to tell me that the other customer had arrived How gross is that? Corwin could not even wait another 15 minutes for me. This entire episode is why car salesman have such low reputations. I even asked if I had driven even farther (from Drayton or Devils Lake ) and had an appointment, would they have done (not honor our appointment) the same thing? The answer was yes. So I suggest that a person think twice about driving any appreciable distance to Corwin to keep an appointment, because their idea of an appointment works only one way. Lastly, I purchased an used 4-Runner a little over 3 years ago from Corwin Toyota, and I am not sure I will dare deal with them again. You have to wonder about the type of manager this place has that chooses not honor appointments for the sake of waiting 15 more minutes for a loyal customer. Bad decision, IMO. Finally, how would anyone feel if the next time they go to a dental or doctors appointment only to be told, you will have to wait because we gave your time to another person who called after you. Does not make sense, does it?
Courteous and expensive.
Lookef
Frustrated and disappointed in the service I received today. Left feeling nickel and dimed by this family dealer. Left with a bill yet no work done. Have an appt scheduled, but after looking up how much the part/labor is compared to the quote they gave me, Ill be canceling. Lack of communication lead to them not even checking on something I had asked them to. Took an hour and a half to tell me something that takes 5-10 min.
Poor customer service, didnt follow up with me after asking a very direct question when about to buy a car
Excellent!
Excellent service and Friendly and Courteous staff. Took less than 5 minutes for tire inflation to proper psi.
