Went in for appointment to have rock chip in windshield fixed. Waited onsite for service, paid for service. What I paid for was service that was NOT even completed, yet they certainly took my cash for a job not done! Unfortunately I was even referred to this shop. Extremely unsatisfied with the work they claim to do.

(Which was just repainted) instead of on the glass that I was about to replace.....Kinda got under my skin since it left a funny mark on clear coat.

My rearview window was shattered last night and I called them up this morning and they had the right the window and were able to squeeze me in. I brought my car in at 9 and they called me and told me it was done at 11. They even had a car I could drive around in the meantime. I would definitely recommend them! Professional and fast!

Replaced my truck windshield with no issues. Everything was done right. Total time was about 2 hr. I would get work done here again should I need another windshield replacement.

I have to change my review after my last visit to them, you need to ask them a couple times about the name the model and the year about your car so you can get the right part to make sure not wasting your time. Plus note that they dont give ride to your home anymore and looks like they dont care about their customers I got my car back full with shattered glass without cleaning, so you need to clean the broken glass by yourself I DONT think I can do business with them again.

Not impressed cost goes up quality goes down. Luckily I decided to pick it up today instead of tomorrow like they wanted me to. I wouldve missed my loadbut no biggie to them, they were paid.Windshield wasnt in the moulding had to go back and have it fixed right, the one guy had excuses the other thought banging his step ladder into both fenders of my truck n throwing my hood open with no care what so ever. Good luck with your business model, Im not referring or coming back

Had my tractor windshield replaced. They didn’t tighten the bolt all the way down on my drivers side wiper blade arm. Soon afterwards I went through heavy rain and the wiper blade swung all the way to the left and stayed there. I thoughts the whole arm was going to be ripped off. I had to pull over in a monsoon and fix it. Would give negative stars if I could.

This individual store has terrible management. The boss has to remind his employees daily that hes incharge, and if you try to confront the boss of his screw up he just threatens to fire you. Mark (boss) and his only sales guy he hasnt fired yet are buddy buddy and have very little idea on how to run the system and if they mess up they blame the warehouse guys. Simple things like putting stuff in the right shipping route. Then the stores customers service is TERRIBLE the store lost there biggest account (corwin) because randy got mad at the parts guy at corwin cuz randy ordered them the wrong glass 3 times and so when corwin called about the error randy just hung up on them.The company does have a few great employees in the warehouse, And 1 good salesman in Lee (front desk guy) they understand how stuff should be done and get it done.This store will continue going down hill till Mark AND randy are replaced.Cooperate is very easy to work with at this job they understand your needa and work with you, and if u ever have questions grab a phone amd call them.Thank you John, and Joe for being great while i was employeed at your company and to bad things had to end like they did but i could no longer stand the incompentance out of Mark and Randy.
