Luther Collision pretty much lost my business. Receptions attitude is not welcoming. Came in to get quote done. Not cars in quote spaces, but I need to have an appointment? Really? Must have more work then your techs can handle. But thant is OK, will use another collision shop that is more professional.

They did a fantastic job! I brought my car there for body work after hitting a deer. They did an amazing job fixing the car and they even took care of some horrible blending done at a different body shop this is the best my car has looked since Ive owned it. They took care of everything for me kept me in the loop as things came up. 100% satisfied.

I hit a deer on the highway and the front end of my vehicle took a slight beating. The hood, bumper, and grille all needed to be replaced and obviously repainted. Extremely happy with how everything turned out! Part of a clip on my aftermarket headlight assembly had cracked under the hood too and they even welded that perfectly back in place. Im very picky when it comes to people working on my vehicle in any way, but these guys did an outstanding job and I cannot recommend Luther enough!

Took my corvette here after someone backed into it. The car was ready after about two weeks as expected. I wound up having to have them redo the whole paint job as the job was so terrible. The front bumper mold was not even sanded down and instead painted over, dirt on the paint, paint was flaking off the bumper and window was not aligned right with the pillars causing door to shut poorly. They stood by their word and redid the paint job in its entirety. Car wound up coming out slightly better but paint still has dirt and fish eyes in it, overspray all down the side of the door, and I wound up just fixing the misaligned window on my own. By far some of the worst paintwork I’ve had done on a car.

Really great experience! Todd helped me out and was so incredibly compassionate and expedited the repairs of my vehicle so I could get out of town when I needed to! When my insurance company was being less than helpful, Todd contacted them on my behalf to get more information on my coverage questions. He really went above and beyond with Customer Service. I had great and fast service for a minor accident repair. I dropped the vehicle off on a Wednesday and it was done that Friday, I was very pleased with the work and the staff was very helpful and courteous. Based on this experience and those Ive had elsewhere I will be back again should I need a repair shop!

Came here for an estimate. The guy was kind of snappy, and dismissed me. Basically saying that hes the expert and Im not. An hour later, got the estimate. To be fair, he seemed more honest then.

Poor Quality Work, Horrible customer service.I had my car painted in 2016, 3 years (30k miles) later its starting to rust. Called them and they offered a lifetime warranty on the paint, took time off work to go in person to have them tell me they wont provide a warranty because they didnt paint that part. Except, the truth is they didnt document all of the mistakes they made and the additional work that resulted from them.Do NOT trust them to do a proper repair, review all of their work closely.They failed to repair my car 3 or 4 times, caused additional damages, and ended up having to re-paint almost the entire back of the car for what was about a 5 scratch on the side. Every time I was there to attempt a pick-up the car was worse than when I had initially dropped it off.Do NOT trust they will accurately document the repair work or hold up their warranty.Upon bringing it in they said the trunk was never painted so it wasnt under the warranty. Except because of all of their mistakes (entire back of my white car being yellow due to a bad clear coat) they had to paint the trunk, the rear bumper cover, and both rear quarter panels, except they didnt keep a record of those mistakes only the initial estimate of work.I asked their rep what they had documented was painted and he showed me a paper that said just the bumper and right side. I asked what the right side was and he said Driver. When I told him they had painted on the passenger side as well and he said Yeah, thats the right side. Nothing about the failed attempts or additional damages caused back in 2016.If you must go here due to insurance take your own before/after photos.In addition they denied being responsibility for every single one of the failed repairs as well as the additional damage. I was forced to bring in my own photos and provide before and after comparisons before they agreed they had caused the damages and repair them. Without those I do not believe they would have fixed anything.

Everyone involved with my glass replacement from in-person customer service, to the person on the toll free call, to the glass replacement specialist were friendly, helpful, and efficient. I would use their services again for glass replacement.

I worked with Luther Collision to repair my Civic after a crash and they handled everything quickly and smoothly. There were some issues with a third party piece used to replace an OEM part on my car, but Todd was quick to help me out and make everything right!

I had my passenger side view mirror smashed in a parking lot and Luther was the suggested repair facility by my insurance company so I went with them.From the beginning I did not have a great experience. I made an appointment to have my vehicle examined and I ended up having to wait an extra 30 minutes once I arrived, on time, for my appointment.After getting my vehicle fixed I noticed that the mirror they put on was not the same as the original one. They told me they would be using a second hand part, which I was okay with, but this wasnt even the same style of mirror. It was noticeably smaller than the original and the glass on the mirror had burn spots from the heater.I took it back and had them look at it, at first the service manager said that it was not possible they had the wrong mirror. But after I asked him to look at the drivers side he agreed to get the broken mirror from the dumpster and compare it. It was not the same mirror so they agreed to replace it again.Since then everything has been okay. But now that it has gotten colder the trim by the mirror that they installed started falling down. Im going to have to take my vehicle back for a third time to get the trim fixed. Something that shouldve been done correctly in the first place.

My 2015 f150 was stolen and the theives smoked Newport cigarettes and blunts in it. I dont smoke. They ran into something wreaked the whole side $9k damage. I got 2 estimates from ford fealers. Luther dealership is who i bought the truck from. Luther estimated $9k they were $1000 more than the other dealer but the reason i went with them is it was a 1 stop shop. Fix the truck, re-key the truck and detail the truck. They fixed the truck just fine got it re-keyed. They didnt fix the glove box had them fix that the day i picked it up. The problem was the truck still smelled bad like smoke. Sure they detailed it but it stinks. After having it for 3 weeks. My rental car allowance all used up. I had to take it back again. I lost a job that extra week because no way to do it without a truck. I had to have my 88 year old father follow me there to drop it off and pick it up after they cleaned the headliner and ran an ozone machine in it. They are 70 miles from my dads house. I lost $800 the job, i had scheduled for the week after my truck was supposed to be done, i lost out on. Not happy. I yelled at them very stressed out this didnt make it better. Luther collision did their job just fine the company who detailed the truck didnt but i cant review them and it is luthers job to make sure the subs do a good job. I should have stopped payment on my credit card. My deductible was $1000. They cost me more than that. Rich kept making excuses like it will go away in the winter, or it isnt too bad. It either smells like smoke or it doesnt not happy at all. I am self employed i dont get paid if i am not working. I Wouldnt have paid the detail shop. I keep lowering the stars on here as i write this pisses me off. Oh and the St. Paul police wont do anything to the theives either got off scott free. Im out thousands of dollars.

Rushed the repair. Paint quality was terrible, broke parts and assumed i would not notice. Ended up having my car in there 3 times. They took it for a test drive down the interstate as well so really a joy ride. Although this repair was a while ago i would advise people to STAY AWAY

While stopped in Fargo for a single night, I was rear-ended at the intersection of I-94 and 45th street (beware the double right turn on red lanes!). In any case, I immediately began shopping around for quotes on the repair work. I called Luther Collision and they were able to take me first thing the next morning, at 8 am. I met with Richard, who was prompt, concise, clear, kind, and exceptionally friendly. He immediately wrote me up an estimate, took pictures, explained exactly what the damage was and the procedures necessary to fix it. And all this after knowing that I would not be able to stay in town long enough to get the work done at his shop. He even further explained the aftermarket parts market, the OEM parts market, and how insurance claims like mine would work, considering that I would need to get the work completed out of town. I did not have my vehicle worked on here, as I had to leave, but I must give them 5 stars for their promptness, thoroughness, and the exceptional education.

Worst service ever. Left car dirty. Repair was not completed - mirror molding was improperly installed. I had to fix this myself when I got home. They never called me to let me know when to pick up my car. I never intend to go back.

Walked in for a simple qoute on a door handle, no need to have someone look at a damn door handle to qoute me, but I needed an appointment. I told them it was just a door handle and stated still need an appointment. So I told them Ill go elsewhere. Walked outside called up collision experts Inc., and got a qoute over the phone in seconds. Now thats how it should be, why waste time when its as simple as a damn door handle.

Quick service, nice reception area. Difficult to setup appointments on their site however.

DO NOT take your vehicle here. We had work done, thw axle screws were not tight and fell out while driving, a fire started in the engine and they never told us, and the car has had issues since we took it there.
