Its a fairly small store and the selection is quite small as a result. the mens clothing dept is basically active wear and graphic tees, and the majority of the housewares department seemed seasonal -- no plain pillows or tablecloths, everything was pumpkins and fall leaves. if thats what youre after, then definitely worth the trip !

As much as I try, I’m just not a fan. Not a lot of choices. I wasn’t greeted, and only asked 4 times by the cashier if I wanted to save 10%, and get a credit card while checking out. You would think the first polite no, would have been a solid response but agitating the customer by asking three more times was awful customer service. I didn’t shop here to be pushed to open a credit card that I already declined.
Show up at 6:48 they close at 7 and they have the front door locked and blocked with shopping carts. There more worried about getting out right at 7 then actually selling stuff. I just wanted to look for one thing!
Nice location, clean and neat. Prices are great but selection is narrow. That said the products are of a very high quality. One drawback is that there is no mens shoe selection.

TJ Max is always a mixed bag you dont know what youre going to buy or find a hidden treasure everyone at the Northgate branch is extremely nice especially the ladies in jewelry
I hadnt been here in a while. Seemed to be more organized since the last time. I was even asked 3 different times if I needed help by 3 different people... attentive or over kill? Covid safety measures of course.
Found more than I was looking foe which is always nice. Prices were alot lower than Marshalls.
Well organized and great selection. I entered when there was 15 minutes until closing time. I was able to grab what I needed and be checked out before closing!
Bathrooms aren’t open and as someone who has IBS or for other people who have gastrointestinal diseases it’s unacceptable.
Someone hit my car in the parking lot today and the staff, i think the manager specifically...I was so caught up I didn’t even have a chance to catch his name, was so so nice and helpful. He waited with me, checked in with me and did everything to help me find the person all while trying to do his job. Same with a few other staff members. I didn’t have a chance to thank them correctly but I appreciated it so much and will definitely be back again soon.

I love this TJ Maxx. Its clean, organized, and not so big that its overwhelming. They have a great kids section with diverse inventory for babies and kids. I very much enjoy this TJ Maxx!
Some decent finds, especially if youve watched The Home Edit and you are looking for acrylic containers for organizing all your small stuff into managable storage.
Nice deals on quality clothes
The bathrooms arent open on 1 of the busiest holiday weekends Mothers Day. I know were living in a pandemic but I use the bathroom during phase 2 at this same location and now were in Phase 3 with almost 80 percent of the US population vaccinated so whats the problem except my future UTI infection or my kids having an accident on the floor because they cant wait. Even Goodwill has there change rooms and bathrooms open now and is open later than this TJ Maxx. People were trying to literally run in at the last minute cause they close so early lol. Staff was not apologetic at all for the situation.
Its a TJ Maxx. What do you expect? Nothing relevatory or surprising about it. Im not really their target audience, admittedly. I guess if I needed new pillows Id buy them here.

Their hours are more of a suggestion than actual open hours! They didnt let people in 15 mins before closing time which is very strange. I had planned to come after work before going somewhere else and had to change my plans because of this. Really disappointed.

They just dont have a good selection for mens clothing but I usually go to get the best bath soaps, shampoos, conditioners, lotions and clothing for my mom!
This is one of the cleanest, friendliest TJs that Ive been too. Im always greeted with a friendly face, and they have many staff walking around checking in on you. BONUS they have the BEST dog toys!
Great sizes. Bought suitcase. Only one pair of pants left from the trip. ( Alterations)There. Had to replace clothes that were taken uptown. Lost my birkenstocks. Yay. My favorite. Store in Charlotte NC too.

If I could give a no star I would. Bought a ring on discount, after 3rd use, the ring was destroyed. I went to show to the manager and pretty much she said, were discount store so we don’t back behind our products. And literally made me lose the money I spent. In this time, we should be helping each other and not take advantage of people. The $70 I spent may be too small but guess what, in this time it is a big help. I am very disappointed.

Its TJ Maxx so yeah no where I want to go but its cheap. Didnt find crazy deal like I have at other stores but its hit or miss. Clean and staff were nice. Just cant get corporate stores a good review.

Good selection of housewares and clothing. The parking lot is quite small, but I usually find a spot. As a male, the selection for clothing here is quite slim compared to the selection for women. Id love to see more of a selection for us men, because hey....who doesnt like a good deal on clothes?! Past that, the store seems well kept and fairly organized. I really like the prices on cookware and utensils here, and its usually the first place I go to when I need something kitchen related.

The Christmas Selection this year is INCREDIBLE. The associates were just the right level of helpful. They were there if you needed them and said hi but never were uncomfortably present or intrusive. Also if you have a TJX REWARDS card check the app to see if you have any $10 certificates. I forgot about them and had almost $100 in free shopping on some already great deals.

NO MIRRORS, NO BATHROOM, no dressing room, even mirrors for sale are behind the register... why?? “Because customers are congregating at the mirrors”!!!!! Yep thats what they said.... every other TjMaxx, Marshalls, Ross and Macys and EVERYWHERE has mirrors and bathrooms avail. NO customer service here... unbelievably ridiculous 😞

Where do I begin? Well lets just say that they have everything I need or want every single time I have been there. High end name brand makeup, clothing and shoes. Amazing furniture deals. Vanity storage, organization tools and equipment. A bit of everything. I love this store. Its all the same stuff you get from a department store but at a much much cheaper price. No defective product just quality products at an affordable price . Highly recommend this place over department store if you can. Love love love

I love to shop here for my young teenage daughter. One has to look, but you will find things she will love at a very reduced price. I got 3 cool pieces for less than $50:00. Shoes are reduced also, but totally hit and miss with sizing. They have a little of everything. Very handy parking and always a few available.

This place is pretty nice! I went in looking for some Valentines Day decorations for my mother. I not only came out with her Valentines decorations, but also a Gaming keyboard, Gaming mouse, Gaming mouse pad, Gaming PC headset, and a smartphone-compatible gaming controller. My total bill came out to $45 after tax.
The store was closed at 7:50 pm ! But company undated the work hours till 9:30!

Its one of the messier T.J.s I have been in. The ladies selection isnt well organized. Large athletic section is nice. But the rest of the options suffer. Good shoe and purse size area.

Great deals, some hard to find items here. This is a store you have to check back frequently as there are new good bargains weekly. Parking is tight out front and it gets busy, but worth it.

Found some good deals today and the cashier (Phillip H.) was so super nice and sweet to my 2 year old son when were checking out. I often forget about this place and opt for Ross but I think they have a better selection and organization than other outlet stores around Seattle do.

Great place. Not too much stuff so its not overwhelming, but lots of different types of home items. Their shoe selection is great as well!
Prices are lower than retail but not much lower on some of the inventory. Also, no pants in larger sizes, so I will have to ship someplace else for clothes.

On lunch break I went to TJ Maxs to see if I could find a 2 1/2 quart pot and did, plus several items I did not expect ... They have some very eclectic tastes in their kitchen wares and food isle which are usually reasonably priced but some items way over priced for the type of store ... However the busy cashier line moved quickly with 4 cashiers working ...

The selection of plus-size clothes is seriously lacking.
Clean, well organized and the staff in the mens area were very helpful. I found a couple nice button ups for $12.99 each. There was a lot of Ralph Lauren but shirts still ran $40.

Clean and surprisingly organized for a busy store. Replenished daily with random treasures. The products are usually good quality and not expired. My favorite place to get gifts and socks.The registers are numbered and announce when they are available on a loud speaker so you can shop and deal with your life instead of watching the registers. Usually 2-3 minimum staff but 9 or 10 registers that pop open quickly when busy making checkout pretty fast. Usually 2 or 3 people by the entrance for greeting and anti-theft enforcement.You have to get let into the bathroom so they are quite clean, but dont bother going back there if you havent coordinated with staff.

I was blown away by the very helpful staff. Kathy in particular helped me with my questions but I saw her also bringing water to another customer who was coughing with a dry throat. When do you ever see such service in a store? I was shopping for a few household items which I was able to find.
