Very prompt response time to correct our no hot water issue. Edgar and Dan were methodical and persistent in taking the time to troubleshoot the problem. Edgar called a plumber on staff to verify the solution and replaced the faulty part (which was under warranty, hooray!). I had a 40 year old boiler that had to be replaced. What an enormous team effort was performed in disconnecting the old one, removing it and bringing the new one in to be installed. The Tech, Dan, is an outstanding installer, paying attention to every detail and upgrading all pipes and valves, etc. that were needed to be replaced. Falmouth Energy is an outstanding company that is always here for fuel deliveries even when the snow was 2feet deep. Chris, Cheryl and all of his staff have always been very professional and when there is an emergency need, very prompt in coming to attend to the problem.

We have owned our Falmouth Cape Cod house for a little over 3 years, butour first year could have been calamitous.We had not lived in an oil heated house since 1994 and as a result, we neglected to keep an eye on the tank fuel gauge. Luckily, we were in our Cape house when we ran out of oil. Falmouth Energy answered our desperate call at 2:30 am, and graciously delivered oil 3 hours later. We are now on auto delivery. Ive been a client for more then thirty years and have never had an issue with Falmouth Energy. Oil deliveries always timely. Burner servicing has always been of very high quality. Staff is generally available whenever I need to speak with someone.

Recently. I had a persistent problem with my gas furnace and the staff at Falmouth Energy was very responsive to two separate problems that affected my heating and hot water. This required many visits and the installation of two parts. They responded in a very short time to each of my calls until they were satisfied it was solved.

Have always experienced good response to service calls and have been extremely satisfied with all aspects of their business.

Furnace went out and we requested service. They identified the part and then began to search for a replacement part. This effort was a comedy of errors that left us without heat or hot water for a week. All along they, specifically the owner, told us the part was being expedited which we found later wasn’t true. Now they tell us they will no longer service the furnace, which they sold us, because parts were hard to get.I do not recommend them for any level of service

What an Xmas that was. Fatal leak in boiler and Matt comes over xmas eve and really saves my basement from flooding with a patch that i would never have thought of. Keeps me warm right through the holiday.Texts me all through the holiday.Then day after xmas Dan and Ian come over with a new boiler and 6 hours later its all hooked up and the house is very warm. Horrible! Grinder pump that was supposed to be installed in September finally got installed this month. Supposed to install the pump grinder next to the street. Decided to dig up the sidewalk and put it next to the house. Never called to tell us.

Falmouth Energy has provided our oil and maintained our furnace here for 5 years without any trouble. The furnace man explained tips about maintaining our hot-water heating system to make sure the boiler pipes do not get clogged. They also managed installation of an on-demand water heater with no issues. In my experience, they have always been courteous and prompt, and we have never run out of oil. I definitely recommend them.

Recently I had Falmouth Energy check and clean our heating system. The technician that performed the service was very polite and knowledgeable about our furnace. However, when asked to install a new WiFi thermostat, his knowledge was far from proficient. Instead of admitting his unfamiliarity with the unit or contact someone else immediately for answers, he ate up over two hours of time for which I was billed. Even with the thermostat uninstalled I was billed for the time. After speaking with owner of company, an amount covering furnace cleaning was agreed. Invoice received was for a much higher amount. To say the least I have found another company that promises to deliver what they promise.
