The message just keeps repeating the same thing. A live person would of ended the conversation in less than one minute. So sad for such a large pharmacy.

Save yourself and go to Walgreens. I receive phone calls from CVS that my RX is ready and when I get there and they dont even have the COMMON antibiotic in stock. Or try calling and they will just ignore the phones all afternoon. Its a lose-lose.

Worst pharmacy I have ever used!!!!!Utterly useless. No help.Update: went to pharmacy area holding my eye, looking for eye patch. I have developed diplopia and I have been extremely disoriented. Asked girl behind pharmacy, if we do theyll be one aisle 8. Went to aisle, couldnt find. Used my good eye to see what the woman was doing. She looked at me then looked away pretending not to notice I needed help. Thank you.UPDATE: So they didnt refill my prescription the other day. Told me it didnt go through. Yet I have the order receipt telling me my order is being processed and if there are any problems they will contact me or my prescriber. After they didnt fill it, I called, they told me to contact my provider. Instead, I just decided to wait a bit. Called again later and they filled it for me. This place literally takes pleasure in peoples pain.

Bought an electric toothbrush with the regular price listed as $49.99. In this store, there is a label nearby showing that there is a 30% off discount. CVS online store also shows that there is 30% off, making the final price $34.99. However, after checking out, I still paid the original $49.99. Clearly, the staff would not apply any discount if the customer did not mention it.

The pharmacy is absolutely terrible. I’ve been using them for 5 years and for 5 years they continue to mess up my refills every month. And then they talk down to me and give my doctor’s office an attitude when we try to correct them. Today I have officially had it with them. They told me (after a long dispute of them again messing up my refill) that my medication would be ready by 9:30am. I should up at 11:15 because again, I’ve been doing this for 5 years and know that my meds wont be ready when they say they are, I wait in line for 15 minutes in the drive thru and they tell me that my meds are still not ready. I have only kept them this long because they are the only 24hr pharmacy near me. At this point since my meds are never ready when they are supposed to be, 24hrs doesn’t even matter. I am changing pharmacies and never ever using CVS again or suggesting them to anyone. It is the most frustrating thing when a simple task becomes an all day affair that is full of attitude and ignorance.

Has to be one of the best CVS’ in the entire chain. EVERYONE in the store is helpful. Pharmacists like Brian and Tony are fantastic. On top of that the store is open 24/7.

Having visited this location multiple times, more often than not I have found the floor staff/sales clerks apathetic verging on rude. They do have the occasional friendly and attentive employee but I prefer not to shop here. On another note, the store is clean well-stocked and organized.

Cvs pharmacists have, as of recent, lost their professionalism. Prescriptions have not been filled and medication counts are somehow coming up short on the customers end even though they swear they double check their counts. I hate to think someone is stealing medication but when I tried to rectify the issue I was brushed aside. We are Following up with cooperate to see if we can find out who is behind the missing medication. And how to better treat customers when this problem occurs.

Cute building gone. Monstrosity now.Original CVS was built where Christophers Restaurant used to be (flashback holla!).That CVS & its layout was designed by a drunk 5 year old.Parking lot access had unnatural angles. Pulling in or out meant 3 mph and guy behind you suffered accordingly.Only one exit since the opposite side is enter only.So they crushed that mistake and built a FU to the town with a mini Walmart sized store that is trying to compete with full grocery store across the street, another full grocery store in the mall and the evil WM empire in the mall as well.Falmouth will let you put up a ferris wheel in your front yard if you pay the right people and apply during the dead of winter when the summer residents are gone.Aesthetics of the town are non existent. The charm of a cape town has been missing for over a decade.Main street is a mishmash of stores that constitute a train derailment.Traffic waddles through at 8mph.Use the Stop & Shop across the street... so much easier.

I dropped off 2 prescriptions from another pharmacy because I just moved to Falmouth. I asked for a flu shot and they said I had to pay 30.00 dollars because I did not have my medicare card. I just went back today .a week later and they said I must have used another cvs. she insisted I was wrong with a bad attitude and I left and called my doctor and said they should have given me the flu shot so I went back to walgreens which is much farther away. I will never shop at cvs again

This CVS is useless. Working for a Drs office near by, I have wactched them mess up nearly ever prescription we send over. Today I dropped off a prescription and handed them my new insurance. They asked if it was a new card. I specified, no, it is a brand new insurance. The woman took my card and made a copy of it and gave it back. When I came back a 1/2 hour later. They charged me full price and said it didnt go through my insurance. They had no record of me leaving my new info. They told me I could go wait in the drop off line to update it, but I was on my lunchbreak. So later I called to move the prescription to a CVS closer to my house, and the girl on the phone said she didnt know why they told me that, they had my insurance all set and my price was adjusted. TOO LATE NOW.I understand, things happen, error are made, we are all human. But, I have watched them mess up almost everything we send to them. They also blame the Dr.s office when they dont have records of your refills, when we (at the drs office )have actually called it in to a human being that works there.
