Ive gotten my past two vehicles here, New to me/used.I went back for a second time for a reason. Their used cars are priced well, and unlike some other dealerships who try to shake loose every last penny you own.They did the best they could to get me in & out as fast as they could with friendly staff.
This was the best experience that I have had when buying a new car. My daughter and I both purchased cars from Andy and he was beyond helpful!!!!!! We had checked out another VW dealership and the man there was so pushy so we decided to stop at the Falmouth dealership before changing brands of cars..Andy was the BEST!!!! He is helpful honest and very knowledgeable. I highly highly recommend Andy and this dealership!!!!!
Horrible experience there today. Long story shorter...I told the salesmen that I was on my way to buy, put a plate on it and set it aside. I drove a similar one the day before.I wanted the one at Morong because of color and less miles. Got there shortly after and a different sales lady stole the car out from the salesmen knowing I was on the way.The salesmen said nobody was on the lot when I called and he would. I was there in less than 15 min.I got there and the lady was pulling the car out.The people there took out the car and wanted to see if they would give them what they wanted for their trade.Morong wanted me to wait to see if they took delivery. Definitely not!!They lost a definite sale and any future buisness! The manager said customers on the lot are priority,even after I explained the situation of me calling and saying I was on the way.Not a good way to be treated. Imagine what their service is like if this is how the sales side is!!
Their lead times for service are a bit ridiculous, but Shannon and the parts department are extremely accommodating. Great team in place!
Scheduled the annual service appointment for my VW, was able to get on the schedule within 2 days of calling. Dropped my car off the morning of the appointment, and it was done less than four hours later. Great service, was called and informed of the scope of work prior to receiving the invoice. Got the invoice via email, paid online, and picked my car up at 4:30 the same day. Seamless process and top notch service.
Excellent and reliable customer service for my 2009 Mazda6. A super follow for service that requires a dealer. Closest Mazda dealer after Prime closed. A little pricy but work came in under estimate. Will return, maybe to buy a new car..
We had car trouble on the way up to Camden maine and luckily we found Morong.Our car broke down on 4th of July weekend and, Dylan in service was our hero. He made everything easy. I had a great experience at Morong. Dan (salesman) was friendly, knowledgeable and patient. As a customer Im very skeptical and cautious when making such a large purchase but Dan made this process easy. The first set of numbers were great without having to deal with the hassle of haggling back and forth. Matt in finance was very personable and clearly stated how all of the extras worked without being pushy. Never in my life did I think I would give a car buying experience 5 stars but Morong you earned it!

Four days before we were to leave on our honeymoon road trip across America in our 2004 convertible New Beatle an EPC and engine light came on. We called and they took us right in. The next morning Dylan let us know what repairs needed to be done to insure a safe trip. Dylan in service was very thorough in explaining everything. He moved around the schedule so that we could have the work done before we had to depart to make our first reservation. We are 1200 miles into our trip and our car is running very well. My car was done very quickly, and when I picked it up, it was beautifully washed. They found a nail in my summer tire that we had missed (very grateful for that). We appreciate the tight COVID 19 restrictions that Morong is following.

Excellent experience at Morong.Mat, the owner, really hooked us up when we had issues at Newcastle with a lemon Jeep. Keep in mind Morong is NOT a Jeep dealer, but they happened to make this work for us. A loaded, mint, 14 Grand Cherokee Summit, ready to go.Dylan took care of the procurement and keeping the Jeep off the site and into the service bay for our purchase. The Jeep left spotless, well detailed, and with fresh new brakes all around.The buying process was fast, got a great rate through a recognized national bank, and my kids had a place to hang out for 2 hours (with food) and no fuss.Would do business with them again, but I see myself keeping this ride for a while.10/10 would recommend. Trust me, Im a Local Guide, I get around!

I had a very satisfactory time exploring lease and purchase options with John Phillips at Morong. I had some very specific requirements, and John worked hard to try to meet all of them and then in securing the vehicle which met those specifications. He kept me posted on progress throughout the period and made the final visit for the pickup very efficient and agreeable. I also had a cordial time with Jordan who oversees the financial details of my lease. All in all, a very pleasant experience.

I always love looking for a new car but I hate the process of buying a car. That all changed last week when I went to Morong in Falmouth. I worked with Ted. He never tried to talk me in to anything. Hes easy to talk to and the opposite of what you expect at most dealers. I truly believe his goal is to get you what you want.Then came the part I really hate. The long laborious paperwork. Dave made that easy. He walked me through it pain free. I enjoyed working with him. Totally unexpected.During my forty years of driving, this was the easiest and most pleasant purchase yet. I dont write many reviews but I hope that this review gets at least one person to walk in and ask for Ted. You wont regret it and he deserves it.Thanks for a great experience.

Despite my Service Advisor knowing that I have a tune in my car the service dept. updated the cars software and deleted my tune without any warning. This means I have to shut down my 2 businesses for about 3 hours while I travel an hour down and another hour back to have my tune reinstalled at a cost of $65. I should have been consulted about the update BEFORE it was performed so that I had the opportunity to decline the update and save my time and money!! Inexcusable!!Also, since I now have the stock Audi tune installed I checked to see if an issue with my auxiliary heater controller was fixed. Its not. I was told the issue was because I had an APR tune in the car and not the stock Audi tune. WRONG! The computer still cannot find the auxiliary heater controller. Apparently no one knows what theyre talking about with this issue and its still ongoing at this point......And, finally, I will be buffing the scratch marks out of my cars paint very soon from where the service department washed my car during the auxiliary heater episode this last winter when I had a big, red placard hanging in it asking that it NOT be washed.I hope others have better luck with the service department at Morong Falmouth. At this point, I absolutely cannot recommend them for anything.
The guys at Morong in Brunswick - Charlie, Matt and Stan - couldnt have been friendlier. The, without a doubt, best, easiest, no-pressure, fair car buying experience I have ever had. I actually enjoyed it! (And how often can you say that?)

I’ve bought numerous cars from a variety of dealerships in southern Maine, and none of my car buying experiences have come close to this experience it was honestly that good. I walked into the dealership knowing the exact car I wanted, how much I wanted from my trade, and what my maximum monthly payment was. Every single criteria was met - I got more for my trade, my monthly payment is below my target, and I drove off the lot in the exact car I wanted. I was treated with respect throughout every aspect of the process. It doesn’t get better than that.

I briefly worked with Andy while searching for a luxury car. I ended up with another vehicle ( through no fault of him) but when it was time to search for my next car, he was the first sales person I contacted. Hes very easy to work with, responds daily to emails, and was just very pleasant to work with. He was not pushy or overbearing like a lot of other car dealers. He explains breakdowns of the car buying process and makes them easier to understand. I came in with a list of demands and he was able to meet them.
Buy a car from John Phillips. Hes knowledgeable and friendly. There was no pressure, and the business manager, David Hellin, made the financing a breeze. No high pressure tactics for extended-warranty, etc. Overall, the people I dealt with were down to earth. The ease of the transaction restored my faith in the dealership.

Dear Peter or Bill,why does no one pic up the phone in the Body shop.......? thats business 101.....what if an adjuster calls and wants to get an agreed figure on a job you have at the shop....? What if he wants an an agreed on a job you could schedule in if you had an agreed for it....?The nice lady on the operators phone told me you only have two guys working in the body shop......that dog wont hunt.....yes it is inconvenient to answer the phone when you paint ......but as far as I know your shop has only one booth......so one guy can have the shop phone when the other is in the booth,,,,,, you only lost a recon job today,,,,,,but in the future I,,,, along with family and friends will bring any 5,000 to 10,000$ hits some where they answer the phone and give proper customer service.......when you laid me off in 2010....in January....one of the months that should be busy.....*I thought back then that you should answer the phone better that lay off was the best that could have happened to me so I am not bitter about losing that job......I am in fact very grateful you kept me as long as you did......you had no work two weeks after I started.......We will still use service as long as they dont send us to voice mail.......oh well what a shame....you people had the best recon departments(Steve) Id ever seen....Chuck Johns

Throw out any perception you have of good customer service from a dealer. Its all bollocks. The difference in experience of buying, and owning, a car from Morong is on different level than any other ownership experience Ive had.I left Maine, unfortunately, and can now see the good level of service offered by my local dealers and what Morong does for their customers. They are the genuinely awesome.

The sales experience was great! They were beyond amazing especially with some very odd circumstances that happened around my trade-in. That being said, the service department is HORRIBLE! When I purchased the car, there was a glitch with the stereo. I was spoken to in such a condescending tone, was told it was user error and not helped in the slightest, until someone had a similar problem at a different dealership and, at that point, was taken seriously. That was after me calling for two months about getting it fixed. Finally, it was repaired. When bringing my vehicle in for maintenance I was spoken to about parking in the wrong area, despite there being no parking available in the right area and made to feel dumb. Similarly, I was quoted one price for something and at time of payment, it was doubled, but since they couldnt find the original paperwork with the half price quote, I was told to pay the full price. When recently in for service, it went well. Until all of my traction lights, ABS lights and tire lights lit up due to ANOTHER error on their part. Nothing they can do will make up for the time I have had to waste because of their errors. I will now be driving elsewhere for service, just so I wont have to deal with the headache of their bullshit.

Stay away. They dont own up to their errors and make it seem like the customers fault. Last month purchased a new 2018 Mazda Cx5, five years ago purchased a new 2013 Mazda3. The cars are great. Started the process with Neil who left then moved to Dan. One week after the sale received short email demanding payment on the crossbars (price $237.38) they had put on the but apparently because of poor internal communication and a mistake by the finance manager didnt charge me. I responded that I paid the amount due upon delivery but shortly after received voice mail from the sales manager questioning my good faith negotiation and integrity. Will be returning them as I never want to deal with this group again. Found the crossbars on the web for $148. Two cars (over 55K) and bought the extended warranty. If this is the customer service you seek then it is the place for you.
I have worked with Ted Cianchette for my last two vehicles and found him to be very easy to work with and knowledgeable. He worked hard to find the best possible car for me each time. I will continue to work with him for all my future vehicles. I cant recommend him highly enough.

I have been to other dealers who have rushed me into filling out paperwork and wouldnt work with me on a price- very different with this dealer. Morong Falmouth provided an easy, stress free experience with no pressure or rush. Tyler was great with answering my questions, and working with myself and the dealer to get the price and accessories I wanted. They were even able to match the rate for a loan that I was pre-approved for at my credit union. I received a call from Matt, the manager, a few days later about a Mazada promotion that needed to be added which would bring down my monthly payments. Overall great experience!

Women treated like theyre in Drivers Ed. I went in to look at a used vehicle and test drove a 5-speed 2015 Golf. Every opinion I expressed was contradicted as if I didnt know what I wanted. The sales guy put my boyfriend in the back seat and sat beside me during my test drive, and hovered over me the entire time telling when to switch lanes, to use my blinker, etc., as if I was in drivers ed. At the end of it, my boyfriend was pissed at how I was treated. As a 39 year old woman who grew up driving dump trucks and tractors, I really didnt need to be treated like a teenager driving a stick shift for the first time. I ended up buying the exact same car with fewer miles for nearly $2000 less down the street at Prime in Saco where I was treated with far more respect.

It has been one year since we made our last purchase from Morong Falmouth and it was time to replace the wifes car. Simon was not pushy at all, we sat down and had a genuine conversation about the needs for my wife and that we already had an SUV we were interested in. I have been trying to get someone to return my call from Morong Falmouth for over 3 weeks. I do not think they care about their customers one bit. I will let anyone know if they ever return my email, text, or phone call. Its pretty sad customer experience to be honest, pitiful.
Ted is by far the best sales person on site. Very low pressure and wont sell you something that you dont want or need. Knows his stuff and willing to go to bat for you to get a fair price. The next Audi I buy will be through Ted.

This review is for the service department, I have owned a Volkswagen for a few years and have almost always done the work on it myself. I came in for an oil change because I figured it was worth the extra money to not have to go out in the cold. While I waited I saw service representatives come out to upsell everyone on something they thought their car needed. An hour into waiting a service rep came out and informed me that my oil filter housing had broken and told me that it needed to be replaced or they couldn’t fill the car with oil. This part was replaced 50k miles ago and there is no way it should have broken.If you come here for a service appointment just be ready to pay a lot more than you anticipate because they seem to have a knack for up selling services.

When I purchased my Mazda from Morong it was a pleasant process. I shopped several dealers before deciding to wait for the new model year to arrive. During that wait (a couple of months) some of the other dealers bombarded me with annoying automatic emails, but when the guys at Morong sent emails they were obviously not canned, but instead written specifically to my needs, updating me about the new models ETA. When the new cars finally arrived they got me the exact model and color I asked for. And, they even followed up a few days later just to see if I had any questions or problems. Totally professional, no games, no pressure.

The care buying experience here is pretty good but the service is horrific. There is always an attitude, they arent very friendly, and nothing is ever easy. Once my car is no longer under warranty, there is no way i would give them another dime!

Tried to sell me on unnecessary $400 brake job for my Mazda 3. I found it sketchy and checked with another mechanic, and sure enough my brakes are at like 80%. I sincerely hope this was just an internal miscommunication, but I will not be going back. In general their quotes are on the high side, and the vibe I got was one of fleecing rich people rather than helping me out. The second star is because the facilities are nice and the service is good (cleaning is standard, and you can get a shuttle to anywhere), but you are paying for it.
We have purchased three cars from these folks . . . A VW, an Audi, and a Porsche. Finest kind of folks and their service department is good too. No problems.
Working with Dan made leasing a new Jetta so easy! Great customer service and very knowledgeable of what VWs have to offer. He showed walked me through all the cars features and apps!

Went in for a $90 oil channge and was charged $985 for services that I did not approve of. I spoke with Parker who said this is not our fault, the person that dropped the car off said (ok) whom speaks little English and was not authorized to make such a dission.Morong stood strong and told me to take it up with the person that dropped the car off. The worst part they never called ME the owner of the vehicle. Parker was less than customer friendly and basically this my fault.
Mark Dinallo has been helping my wife and I with service and repairs for years. Mark is always thorough with answers and very kind with any questions we have no matter how obscure. I trust him to help us make good decisions and as a result our 2009 TTS and 2007 RS4 are in amazing condition and running fantastic. We always feel like Mark is personally taking care of us all year long with honest and swift feedback via e-mail or phone. When I call him or e-mail him, he always knows when our vehicles are due for a service as well as informing of things to prepare for down the road (pun intended). On top of all of this I find Mark is a great person and has a great personality. He is fun to work with. I really do trust him.

Dont take anything here for service! I currently have to Lemon Law my car due to their negligence. They recently kept my car for 3 weeks to perform their final attempt at repair and didnt fix anything at all! This was after I already logged 30+ days in this service center since JANUARY!! Very inexperienced service techs. Service Manager has an excuse for everything. Dont waste your TIME or money.
Took my car here for an issue that ultimately couldnt be repaired. Although the outcome was negative, it was not the fault of Morong. Their service department was friendly, helpful, and accommodating to my limited budget.
