I experienced very good service during my phone call and especially during the service visit at my house. The problem I was experiencing was taken care of in a very professional manner!

Comcast working up street disconnected my cable. Cant get them to fix it for 3 days. Got lied to by customer service and put on hold for 20 minutes .
