A nice stop for breakfast with a variety of bagels/sandwiches and both hot and iced coffee. The log cabin breakfast sandwich was pretty good (although I’ll note that the “maple syrup” on the side was not real). There is a nice outdoor seating area available. If you don’t feel like waiting in line, make sure to order ahead
I think its a dirty little secret but most of the restaurants and cafes in the area get their bagels from Cape Cod bagel. It is one of the best bagels Ive had if you like the chewy kind of bagels, this is the place! With covid-19 concerns they are only operating right now with limited staff and through an open window with a table set up outside. The line is always long during the normal morning window, they make a great selection of sandwiches on their bagels but theyre cooking staff is limited as well. I believe the kitchen is only open till good morning, subject to change
Marilyn and her team catered our wedding brunch on 10/16/21 for 200 guests. It was exactly what the people needed! The bagels were fresh and delicious, the lox was bountiful, yummy fruit and muffins, etc. Her team delivered and set up a really nice spread and were easy to work with through the planning. Great value, great experience, great bagels- highly recommend!
Gets the job done as far as bagels and coffee go on the cape, much better than stopping at a Dunks in my opinion. Tasty breakfast sandwiches and surprisingly good flavored coffee. I got the chocolate banana iced coffee and it was much better than flavorings at other bagel shops I’ve tried.
I love their bagels! They are phenomenal! Get there early and try one when they are just made and war. You can eat them with nothing on them and its heavenly!
Never disappointed here. Food is perfect every time. Best staff ever. Cant say enough good things about this local favorite. You must try them.
Although the bagels and coffee were good the service subpar. Out our came out after 5 other orders after us, who also ordered coffee and bagels. Little disappointing.
Lots of sandwich options, and love that they have a gluten free bagel. However, they aren’t stocked on everything and their online menu isn’t up to date.
Fantastic bagels and sandwiches. You can call ahead on your way into Falmouth and hen grab your order at the window. The team there is so nice. I once phoned at 1:55pm as I didnt realize they closed at 2 and they accommodated my order.
These bagels are just absolutely perfect. Ive never been disappointed with anything. Talking to the staff is like talking with family. They are absolutely amazing.
Awesome place for a solid breakfast bagel! I got the fiesta bagel on an onion bagel and it was delicious plus filling. I would come back here again and Im planning on it. They also have great iced coffee by New England Coffee (I had the Maple Walnut flavor). Sad I missed that they had a lox bagel, but will be back to try it out and report back.😀🥯
Their agels are the best! Picked some up today and they were still hot!
They were out of Cajun but offered to make more. I ordered bakers dozen, extra Cajun.--->Not to disappoint.Fresh & Squishy soft.On the way home I ate one and all I could think was MILK, MILK WOULD BE GOOD RIGHT ABOUT NOW.I came in because Eric bagel guy is always around town delivering in the white van & hes a very cool representative for the company.
Very good at asking for tips. VERY BAD AT RUNNING A BUSINESS.
Cape cod bagels has been a forever favorite in our family. Since the pandemic, this place has TANKED. in all things service and food quality. Every time we have ordered from them they have gotten our order wrong. Cream cheese on the side (and we get home to cream cheese on the bagel) scallion and chive cream cheese (and we receive plain). It takes forever to get orders out, and at this point in covid the outdoor ordering system is honestly just trash. I’ve given them multiple extra chances to redeem themselves but there’s been far too many screw ups and flat out average bagel quality for me to continue giving them business. It’s a true shame
Cape Cod Bagel’s employees and bagels are truly wonderful!! Such attentive and hardworking people and delicious bagels! Would recommend!
The only place in Mass that still requires a mask and makes you stand outside months after all Covid restrictions lifted. Will not be getting my business until they come back to reality.
Felt like an episode of Punkd. Over an hour for a couple of bagels.
The best bagel shop in New England. A pleasure to buy our breakfast here. Thank you for serving in Falmouth
Waited in line forever. I get that, Saturday morning, etc. But the wait wasn’t worth it. Bagels are decent. Asked for toasted and they weren’t. FYI - they microwave everything. The egg is microwaved, the bacon is microwaved, etc. Got two breakfast sandwiches and a bagel ‘toasted’ with cinnamon cc, two coffees = $25. I would skip this place next time.
Decent bagel great cream cheese.
There are few places that last decades, its good to know CCB has, been a steady customer from the start, great bagels great selection and love the scallion cream cheese
Always a great take! I owned a delivery company for years on the Cape and made it a point to plan stops around Cape Cod Bagel. Whenever I am in the area I stop in. You cant go wrong with any sandwhich on the menu,
This is the best bagel I have ever had in my entire life. My girlfriend and I come here every time we are down the Cape and we’ve been coming for over 10 years.
The closest you can get to New York bagel East of New York City. Theyre fresh have great chew and are soft on the inside. They have so many classic and unique flavors that are sure to suit any palette. They also have an eclectic breakfast and lunch menu that will dazzle your most fickle eaters.
Great food! Recommended!
Always the best service and freshest Bagels on CC! Been visiting since a child 25+ years and remains consistently exceptional
Good bagels- nice selection. Go early if you want your choices- they run out quickly. Great sandwiches.
Awesome honey granola bagels!
When Im in Falmouth. First stop to get a garlic bagel egg sandwich 🥪😋
These bagels are insanely good. Just as good, if not better (!), than NYC bagels. Would go out of my way to enjoy these again.
Hey I love it so much
The wait time here was awful. I saw an old woman wait 20 minutes for a coffee. I waited 40min for a bagel sandwich. There was no time frame given when ordering, nobody addressing the line outside, and they werent polite.Other things that were interesting: no coffee flavors, no straws (but the cups they serve the coffee in required a straw), and they do not spread cream cheese on bagels for you apparently-which I can get done even at Dunkin if I ask.Food just wasnt good enough to deal with all of this
Good bagel, good cream cheese, and excellent chocolate milk!
This is a great place! All of the bagels are made right here and youll also find plenty of other fresh baked goods. The staff was especially helpful and friendly. There are also both indoor and outdoor tables. You can get fresh made sandwiches drinks and dessert here. I would highly recommend this place.
Great place for bagels and breakfast sandwiches--something for everyone. The coffee is pretty good. They have flavored coffee and creamers out; non dairy creamers are behind the counter. Usually 4 or 5 soups available each day. And some fantastic, unique items from Cape Cod artisans. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend.
Make sure you request creamer and sugar. They do not put it in coffee and I did not realize until too late.Lumberjack bagel however was awesome
Great place to stop after a long ride to get to the Woods Hole Ferry. Ive been here many many times and I have to admit Im glad there is a bathroom stop before I have to wait in line for the steamship to get me out to the vineyard. Bagels and cream cheese and salads are great quality. Never been disappointed.
Best bagels on the Cape! Love their cream cheese too. Get there early to get the best selection!! Call in your order to skip the long wait lines. Open during sheltering in place and so glad they are😊
We love these bagels!!!! Definitely better than the bagels we’ve had in New York hands down. The French toast bagel, plain bagel, fiesta bagel (sandwich), banana butter bagel (sandwich) were wonderful. Definitely recommend, and once you try them once you’ll go back again and again
Ordered at the window and ate in their beautiful patio garden. Very enjoyable! Pleasant staff!
Awesome breakfast sandwiches and the girls there are very nice
LOVE this place, food was fresh and delicious
Great bagels. Will come again
Best bagel in town
Overpriced and underwhelming. Spent over $15 for 3 bagels. I wrote a review on Yelp and the owner (Marilyn Fox) was dismissive of my complaints. Horrible horrible customer service. There must be a better place to grab a bagel. DONT GO THERE!
I have loved Cape Cod Bagel since I moved here four years ago! The staff is always friendly and the bagels are so delicious! They have a great variety and a beautiful restaurant. We bring all our family from away here and they are always blown away! I highly recommend Cape Cod Bagel for a great breakfast sandwich. They also have a gluten free option!
We have loved this place for years. Yesterdays experience was very different. Current Covid procedure is: Stand outside at the take out window. You can ONLY either pay with cash-and receive no change OR use a credit/debit card-and be asked to announce your credit card number, expiration date AND security 3 digit code, in front of the entire crowd. I refused, and held up my card and made the gal read and write it down. They then, did not have what we wanted to order, and left us waiting a bit before hashing that out. When they called my name to pick up our bag, I was rudely scolded by the young gentleman handing our bag out to me, due to my mask being dropped...you know, since we were outside. We shall not be returning anytime soon. That experience was a BIG no Thank You.Bagel Haven in Mashpee has just as good quality bagels, and much better customer service.
Excellent bagels but so disorganized, long wait even when booking ahead
We come here at least once a week and we have been for a very long time. The bagels are the best Ive ever had and they a wide variety of cream cheeses to pick from. There are a dozen or more kinds of freshly brewed coffees to choose from as well. There is plenty of seating for everyone and in addition there is a very large patio for outdoor dining.
Never can go wrong with a cape cod bagel. Best bagels anywhere! Staff is new each year with a few regulars who do well training the new. Coffee is good too and reasonable price
A few years ago Cape Cod Bagel would have gotten a 5star from me hands down. I have been there 30+ times in the last 8 or so years and at first they could do no wrong in my eyes. But as of lately, it seems that they just dont have the same POP that they used to. The coffee is pretty good to average. The iced coffee is not good. The bagels are A1 so they still have that going, but the breakfast sandwiches are just pretty good. Not sure exactly what it is, but I just feel like they used to be better. Sorry guys I have to be honest though. But lets just say this, I will almost definitely go back at some point when Im in the area, so theyre still doing something right. 👍
Very good bagels but they did not complete my order.
My friend whom I had visited for the weekend couldn’t recommend this restaurant enough, I was naive enough to trust his referral and even go back the next morning, both times I finished my bagel feeling far more disappointed than satisfied. On my first visit to Cape Cod Bagel, I ordered a sausage egg and cheese with jalapeño cream cheese, I’m aware that’s a strange order. However, upon opening my sandwich, I discovered it was absolutely covered in cream cheese (we found ourselves making jokes such as: “would like some bagel with that cream cheese, etc). Not to mention, it should really be marketed as too much paprika cream cheese instead of jalapeño, as I have never had worse cream cheese in my life.On my second visit to cape cod bagel, my friend went ahead and ordered her strange but usual order, a bagel with ham and cream cheese. I opted for the “fiesta bagel” which i will happily rate a 5/10. I digress, despite my order having far more ingredients, her sandwich costed nearly double. I must also include that someone in my party ordered the jalapeño cream cheese once again. It became a house wide joke how bad the cream cheese was and how much was left on the plate. Both visits, the friendly but disastrously aloof staff, did their best to make our orders timely. Despite my explicit instructions both times I ordered an iced coffee I received it hot or not at all.In conclusion, I could go into meticulous detail on my criticisms with Cape Cod Bagel, but that should really be left to either Robert Irvine or Gordon Ramsey as they’re the only ones who could fix the home of cape cod’s worst cream cheese.
Excellent bagels.
Best bagels around, New York style. Only place on the cape that seems to understand how to make good ones.
Don’t Bother....waited for more than 25 minutes for a cold sandwich. One of servers kept scratching her head with food prep gloves on in the food prep area. Only one of the young workers was actually doing something. The bathroom was board of health worthy. While there seemed to be enough staff ..service was slow and erratic. Very little interest in customers after you paid. One member of our party cancelled her order for a bagel after waiting for almost half an hour.
Bagels are awesome, but call ahead to minimize waiting time
The everything with lox was delicious. I chose not to get the bagel toasted and it was super fresh. The staff was very nice and filled with smiles
Stay away!!!! They have a lot of customers and quality of food is significantly lowered for volume. Toasted bagel was cold. Butter was not melted. Insult for the price. They have a wall of microwaves... enough said. Coffee ok. Much better options!!!!
I went here more in years past and the bagels and wraps were great. I rarely treat myself to a lunch out and went today for a clover chicken wrap. I was disappointed to get far more lettuce than chicken salad and I think the chicken salad had more mayonnaise than chicken. There was only a small amount of the cheese spread at one end as well, which is part of why I ordered the sandwich. For $9.00, I would expect something better than this.
Come on, space bagels. Best bagels in space . Look it up. Or dont, its not that complicated. These bagels are so good they were requested by the ISS. You can enjoy them without the hassle of going into space!
Best bagels and food! Socially safe
Skip Dunks and Starbucks for breakfast here if youre in the area. These are some of the best breakfast sandwiches around. There is a wait most days it seems, but thats hardly worth the complaint. Just leave yourself enough time just in case.Recommend: Sausage, Egg, &Pepper Jack Cheese on Asiago/Egg/French Toast bagel. I switch it up depending what sold out.
Best bagel place HANDS DOWN!!!
Won’t be going back . No need to pay 4 dollars for a tiny bagel toasted with cream cheese . Didn’t taste much better than a Dunkin’ Donuts bagel . Didn’t help either that they’re not open and you have to wait outside in the sun for 20 mins no matter the size of your order because they do not do process your order in the order it was received. I’ve worked in restaurants for the majority of my working career and I can say they do not have a good system going. Phase 2 started almost 2 months ago🤷🏽♂️
The BEST bagelReal cream cheeseFresh ingredientsGreat family
Pretty boring bagels. More bready than what I would classify as a good bagel. Their everything bagel barely has any pizzaz and is more of a visual distinction from the others rather than flavor. They sell some chintzy gifts inside that no one should ever buy, like hot-glued together zen beach rocks that you could make on your own as easily as slipping out a fart in a room full of noisy people. That said, theres no where else around to grab a fresh(?) bagel and the service is good, so hey, why not?
Best Bagels on the Cape. The coffee is flavored in the bean and they have more than 10 flavors brewed each day. Bagels are as close to NY deli style as you can get.
Thanks Marilyn. Could have been an off day, but when we went in last Sunday, there was an unhappy customer that got the wrong bagels and asked for all to be replaced, since he got garlic instead of salt. He could have been a little nicer... but I noticed that all the staff stayed at the register and continued to talk about it when he left, which was awkward standing in line. Also, ice coffee options were limited. We ordered 2 french vanilla ice coffees and there was only enough for 1.5 coffees. My boyfriend was going to do 1/2 french vanilla, 1/2 regular and we were told there wasnt any regular. He mixed cinnamon w/ french vanilla and it wasnt a great outcome. We enjoyed our bagels. Thanks so much!!
Awesome beagles! They have a great selection of freshly made bagels. The staff is very nice and always willing to help, you must go here.
Just tried for first time breakfast bagels and coffee was amazing! They even offered breakfast for gov. furloughed employees which is a blessing. Will definately be back!
Wonderful food and friendly staff. Very nice comfortable setting. Creative with the menu and fresh food and the very best bagels!
These are my favorite bagels. Crispy on the outside & soft on the inside. Delicious cream cheese. Many flavors of New England coffee to choose from. Staff is very nice.
Excellent bagels. Ive enjoyed their bagels for years and never disappoint. They are always fresh and delicious, lots of great varieties.
This place is amazing!! All their bagels are great and so are the cream cheeses.
Very disappointing. Ordered bacon egg and cheese on rye. Thats what I got. It was terrible. Bread was soggy barely toasted, egg looked awful. Looked like no cheese, bacon looked fake. Co-workers laughed. Said I got porked. Wont order there again
The bagels are ok and the place and stuff are nice. The worst fried eggs I ever ate though. Do know what are they made of. The do look like eggs (almost), but this is where it ends. Likely pre-made somewhere and frozen. Do not even think that they were made from real eggs to start with rather then some colored powders.
Great coffee, great sandwiches. I ended up getting two extra large maple syrup iced coffees. Also, the south of the border sandwich almost killed me with the spice level. A+.
Great mom and pop shop thats better than Dunkin or Starbucks
Absolutely delicious I was surprised with how good the food was. Great place great food great people
As a New Yorker I can attest that the bagels here are terrific. Great variety and toppings. Reasonable prices and friendly helpful staff. Id suggest they add egg white ommelettes to the menu.
Bagels and sandwiches are fresh and delicious, but be prepared to wait...for awhile. Even when the line is not significantly long, service is slow for a bagel and sandwich shop. The result, however, is worth it; cream cheeses are flavorful and do not scrimp on ingredients (try the bacon and scallion!) and menu items vary from your traditional sandwich to french toast bagel, sausage, and maple syrup. There is plenty of indoor seating, and pleasant outdoor seating as well.
Really a great place to grab a quick bite and breakfast. We came everyday during a hockey tournament in falmouth and were never disappointed.
Ridiculously long waits. Be sure to call ahead and place your order
Great fresh bagels in a great range of flavors. Breakfast sandwiches are delicious and served all day, they have a great selection of house special sandwiches and you can also create your own.
The jalapeno cream cheese will clear your sinuses if you can handle it. Delicious. So cool that they offer local artists and authors a space to sell.
Great bagels...skimpy on the cream cheese though. The ham and cheddar bagels are so tasty.
Wasnt pleased with the staff. Their bagels are really good though with a lot of flavors as well as flavored cream cheeses. Good for breakfast and lunch.
I finally made it here. Bagels are wonderful. Blueberry muffins are superb
They have 20 different kinds bagels great coffee good staff and theyve been around a while this place a good place to go
Quick stop in for a breakfast bagel. Nice little place.
Delicious as always! Great quality for 30 years! Thank you!
Good bagels! And hot San Fran Dark Roast coffee too!
