Not professional and Very RUDE to customers.

My dad took his cars to this shop for many years. After his passing I have been taking my car there whenever I am in town. After having worked in many shops, I am aware of an independent garage’s struggles. They might not be the cheapest, but the service is good and they are straight shooters in diagnosing issues. They are a good choice for any minor or major work.

I was hoping for a better experience. We always visit Firestone for our car service.We are not living here, so may be this is how the Cape runs its services. First of all, their name and website is legit Firestone chain. We made an appointment for oil change. Then, when we got there, we couldnt use the Firestone credit card. They said that they are independent garage and does not affiliated with Firestone (so how does their name is Firestone!). We thought alright, it couldnt be that bad, just get it done since we needed it for our next trip. We got the synthetic oil change, which cost us double the amount of money we usually pay. Plus, they recommended the next oil change in 3k miles and usually it lasted for 7k mile.Overall, not a good experience. We wont go here if were in the Cape.

One of the important local businesses to identify is a solid, trustworthy mechanical shop. I tried several in Falmouth and have identified Falmouth Firestone to be such a business. This shop has consistently proven to be reliable and, honorable in their business practice. They will provide you with appropriate estimates, deliver when promised, and consistently charge fair and appropriate costs.

Falmouth Care Care and Dennis Car Care are owned by the same bunch of grumpy men who only want to make as much money off you as possible. I was in the market for tires, and got a fantastic quote from the location in Falmouth (AFTER rudely help trying to work with the man in Dennis). I couldnt immediately place the order, but I called back a week later to get a price completely higher than the initial quote. Forget these guys honestly they are rude, do not want to work with you, and are a poor representation of the working class on the Cape.

Wonderful service

Avoid this place - Im out $700 because of them. I took my Civic here for a timing belt change, seemed ok for 3 years which apparently is JUST over their warranty (surprise!) even though less than 10K miles on the belt. Then I suddenly run into timing belt problems - turns out they installed a cheap after-market belt prone to jumping time. This was verified by two different shops (one a Honda dealer) that both put the blame on the installing place. I contacted Falmouth Care Care and asked what they could do to help make this right, but they refused all responsibility and hid behind their claim that it was out of warranty period. I didnt pay $700 for something destined to fail in 3 years.So please, avoid this place and go to a reputable shop that will stand behind their work and not put poor components into your vehicle.

I dropped off my Toyota Tacoma and left it with them for a week and a half. I needed my radiator flushed and checked for leaks and my heater fixed. They rotated my tires and did a oil change. Then when I asked them about why they didnt fix the heater or radiator, they responded with It didnt make it on the list. Extremely dispointing.
