My insurance company was charged for a windshield that was never ordered by safelite. it was ordered by me 1 month later. Finally, windshield was installed by safelite. But, both wipers and arms broke off while driving the car in the rain. Had to drive to my car to dealership, 1 hour away to have them installed. Not fun, driving off Cape especially, in the summer!

Wow! It was fast (about an hour), professional, courteous and the staff truly made me feel like I was important to them. I couldnt be happier.

Had a good experience here. Dropped a vehicle off in the morning and was able to pick it up at the end of the work day. Employees were polite and efficient in dealing with the crack in my windshield. Even the call center was great when I called to check the status of my vehicle.

Had on light quote, brought it in to Falmouth shop. Made appointment and within 24 hrs, brand new, great new windshield was on vehicle. Very pleased at the entire experience. Affordable, efficient and professional the whole time in the need to fix my window situation. The best you can find anywhere in auto-glass, is indeed Safelite. I am pleased, without a doubt 5 stars...

Spent more time/energy coming up with excuses not to replace my windshield rather then do his job. Couldnt be bothered to leave his computer. Just more Falmouth customer service.

Didnt end up going because I tried to get an appointment in Falmouth, but had to go through hoops to get 1. Kept the orginal appointment with hyannis but called after driving by the location because it didnt seem like a safe area.

I will never call safe light again . They sent someone to fix my windshield. And all he did was try to find a reason why he couldnt do the job . After waiting 3 days for an appointment I didnt even get it fixed worst glass replacement co I have ever seen . Now I have to wait 3 days for a real glass co to come fix it

Glad I chose this shop in downtown Falmouth, Ma.Easy to get to and fast quality service. Plenty of places to visit/eat in walking distance while your car gets serviced. I would not hesitate to use them again. Honestly, why would you want to go to Brockton for this type of service???

The service was great! sean from the falmouth office came straight to my house and did a great job that was quick and perfect, they even came early at my convienence. the driver even worked with getting my insurance right. highly recommend this company theres no other way to get a windshield replaced!!!

Excellent fast service replacing my windshield.

There seems to be a disconnect between corporate, mobile, and local offices, as well as the insurance company. After a reschedule and numerous phone calls, I was still left hanging in the breeze. Places of business need to take responsibility, and show integrity and follow through.
