I appreciate them offering the first come first serve option for service. Sometimes is just not possible to align schedules and really it’s a nice ride to their shop anyway.Service is quick and the crew is professional. There is a lounge to sit and wait, plus there is lots of bikes to see and kit to shop while you wait.
Great cycle shop --- indeed the best in NoVa! Sales & service both very knowledgeable, helpful, patient in explaining exact noted specifications while listening to customers particular individual needs. Parker sold me my Yamaha MT-07, and Jeff arranged the service add-on [cell phone holder installed] -- each man went above and beyond, with extensive care and concern, to make sure i was fully content before leaving the shop. Sales Mgr. Dave and Parts Assoc. Dave also deserve a loud shout-out for their attentiveness! *Coleman Powersports -- Highly-Qualified & Recommended for ALL bike enthusiasts!*
I bought 2 jet skis and a double trailer. The staff were amazing every step along the way and really made the buying process as easy as could be. They were very patient and answered all of my questions. I will definitely be a repeat customer!
This is the worst place you can possible go to. Not only do they have the worst customer service, they are liars. So so rude and unwelcoming. Different employees say different things each time and I have the voice recordings to prove it. I brought in my generator and as you can see in the photos, that’s how they gave it back to me and they want me to pay hundreds of dollars. Save your time, energy, and money and go somewhere else where they would treat their customers respectfully and with dignity.
Bought a brand new 2021 Multistrada v4s. Had a smooth sales experience. David is an awesome sales manager and a true professional. My service experience hasnt been great though. Had break-in service performed while I wait. Its a 2-hour one way ride for me, but it worked well for me as I could get the service done while I wait on a Saturday. I noticed 4 issues after I picked up the bike. I spoke with the service department and they picked up the bike about 10 days ago. I keep calling them to find out when it will be ready but dont have an answer yet. 3 stars for service because of the quality issues from the break-in service and the delays with correcting those issues.
Kevin Siqueira in the services department was awesome to work with. Extremely communicative, timely, and nice. I took my bike in for a quick oil/filter change. I got a call the next day from Kevin letting me know the job was done but that my chain needed to be cleaned/lubed/tightened so I gave them the go-ahead. I got another call from him later that same day letting me know my bike was ready and even got a tiny discount for no apparent reason!! Will continue getting my Ninja 400 serviced at Coleman thanks to Kevin’s great customer service.
Coleman always does a great job. Easy drop off and easy pickup. TY!
I brought two wheels in to have tires mounted with the tires I bought from the store. I brought them in on a Saturday and it’s first come, first served, so the 3.5 hour wait was not unexpected even though I arrived 30 minutes before they opened. However failing to reinstall my rear valve stem cap is unacceptable. I brought in just the wheels so that I wouldn’t have to worry about someone not performing the job correctly. Apparently I was wrong and didn’t notice the missing cap until I arrived home 30 minutes ago. I may by parts there, but never again will I have any service. Yes, the cap is small and inconsequential, but attention to detail is everything to me and if you can’t reinstall a valve stem cap what else are you not doing right?!?
Called for a motorcycle alarm. David in parts set aside what I needed and offered to show me how to put the alarm on if need be when I came in to the store to pick it up. Got in and out of the store super fast and easy. Great job all!
I came in the dealership Looking around and Alex Evanoff came up to me. He was friendly and courteous. He was great. He was very attentive and helped me buy two Ducati’s. I was really in the market to buy a white bike. But was also interested in the Ducati line. I am not a fan of the red but he told me that white Rosso v2 Panigale was coming out in late September. I place my deposit and he made my whole experience go so smooth and effortless. Also The sales Manager Barry was super Cool too. I got the best service and price in the area. I highly recommend colemanspowers sport when buying a recreational vehicle. They make you feel important. Thank you Alex. I’ll be coming back soon for the slingshot!
Excellent service and very professional staff. I was able to get service in reasonable time and got all work completed within couple of days as promised. I would highly recommend family and friends to visit Coleman Power sports Falls Church, VA anytime.
I had a great experience all around with Coleman Powersports in Falls Church. Everything from our sales rep, to financing, to the final walk-through = the people were fantastic. In fact, everyone in the store was super friendly – continually checking to see if we were OK, needed help, or had any questions. My sales rep was Anthony Padavano and I would recommend that anyone seriously interested in a new bike, look him up. He was helpful throughout the entire process and things worked like clockwork from our arrival to departure.A great experience, and I love my new Ducati Multistrada V4S! We are extremely happy with how everything turned out. Thanks again Anthony and Coleman Powersports.
This is my second service visit to this location. I brought in my Diavel 1260 to have the rear brake bled and a recall service performed on the passenger foot rest. They checked me in promptly in the morning and had my bike ready at the end of the day. I picked up my bike the next day and found that they had done what they said they would do. No surprises on the invoice. Checkout was just as efficient as the check-in process. The in-out mileage showed a 4-mile difference, probably the result of a long road test (hey, it’s a fun bike to ride.) I also feel safer knowing it was tested thoroughly. I would have rated 5-stars, but I got it back with dried water/construction dust puddled on the front rim and splashed on the under cowl. It was spotless when I brought it in. No biggie - it gives me an excuse to pamper my little devil this weekend.By the way, if you haven’t been to this location, they have it set up like the drive-in bays at the luxury car dealer service bays. Ride up to the door, it automatically rises, ride through the garage and another door rises and you find yourself right at the counter where they check you in. Super cool and efficient. I’ll be back to Coleman for my next service visit. Recommended!
Can-Am Cam (Cameron), may be the most sincere salesman Ive ever met. Everyone that works at Coleman really loves bikes and riding. It makes a difference when people are passionate about the product their peddling. Would and will buy from them again. In fact, I probably will buy all my bikes from them for life.
Great motorcycle shop! Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful in purchasing a used bike. Hooked me up with all of the equipment at a discount very pleased with my new Kawasaki !! Would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a new or used motorcycle.
If you want to deal with an honest, highly knowledgeable, and professional motorcycle sales person, ask for PARKER GREGORY when you show up at the Colemans Fall Church location. I went to Colemans a few times as I was trying to decide on bikes over a period of months, and Parker is the most knowledgeable salesman Ive met in my 10 years of riding. He gave some great and honest feedback about the pros/cons of each bike, was never pushy, and was forthcoming about prices, fees, potential discounts, arranged demo rides for me, and worked hard to earn my business. If I ever need to buy a new bike again, Im going to do it with Parker.
Coleman Powersports was absolutely awesome!!! From the friendly sales people to the hard-working service department everything was top notch!!! I highly recommend Coleman for all your power sports needs!!!
Enjoy the service...Tre is the man great personality and well experience. Took his time explaining all vehicle and features of vehicles. Diffently come back to order my Spyder. Excellent customer service.
Who thought buying a motorcycle would be difficult? I first put in a request from Hondas website for a dealership to contact me regarding a motorcycle. Honda directed it to Coleman. I waited several days. No phone call. I then called Coleman and ask for the person Honda said they sent the request to. That person didnt exist. I spoke to the sales manager Dave who said he could help me out. Over the course of a couple of days I had several great phone calls with Dave providing basic information about incoming inventory. I then called on the third day and said I was ready to pull the trigger and put down a deposit for an incoming motorcycle. He said he would call me back. I understand hes busy. After waiting 21 hours I called back. I asked if Dave was busy now. He said he was not busy but I could clearly hear him talking to other customers while ignoring my questions. He then asked for me to text him my information, including my credit card information. At that point I said never mind. Im not sending my personal information over text. Im pretty shocked that I had this much trouble from a place that is so highly rated. Dave never returned my phone call.
Are you kidding me? You have to ask? THESE GUYS ARE AWESOME! I thought my 2021 SeaDoo Fishpro was done for. Spent 2 hours in the Chesapeake nursing her back to the dock with a max speed of 5 mph. After they listened to me describe the problem and checked me in, the proceeded to show me exactly what the issue was. They took the time to explain exactly what they would do to fix it and approximately how much it would cost. When they sent me the txt letting me know my repairs were complete, the cost was a lot less than I thought it would be. Thanks guys. I am a customer for life!Gregory Martin
Got my first motorcycle serviced here. Helpful and kind staff. Got me in and out quickly.
I’ve been a client of Coleman Powersports since 2017. The staff always treated me with kindness and as a valued customer. I’ve always been satisfied their mechanical work and their products. I highly recommend taking your vehicle there for any maintenance or repairs. I also recommend considering them for your next purchase. The sales team is equally professional.
What can I say except awesome. Tested like family help with everything possible never felt like my time was wasted.P.s. every bike that I buy from now on is from here until Im in my grave!
Very professional and helpful staff. I am very pleased with the service department and how truthful they are. Highly recommend Coleman PowerSports.
Tons of motorcycle choices, Kawasaki, Honda, Ducati, Suzuki, Yamaha and many many more. Staff is super friendly and accommodating. Youre not able to test ride the new motorcycles which is the only bummer considering that youll spend 8K + on a ride you cant test but with this Pandemic and everything being partially shut down its refreshing to see the dealership and its employees still being very accommodating and friendly even with no appointment.
Originally had some issues trying to get work done for my bike but after talking to the manager they took care of me. They sent someone out to get the bike and had it ready to go in a reasonable time. If it werent for the couple weeks of back and forth at first it would have been a 5 star review.
Coleman Powersports serviced my Honda lawnmower. I couldnt have had a better experience. The price was the best around and the service people were extremely friendly and accommodating. They even came out to my vehicle to help me lift the mower out and then back in. I definitely recommend them for lawnmower servicing.
Coleman has Ducatis, Kawasakis, Suzukis, Hondas and Yamahas almost all models. Pretty good selection not a lot of used stock. Helpful rep who knows what they are talking about. Theres a section for motorcycle gears and they also service all motorcycles. Expect to pay $1000-2000 on top of the list price for dealer fees, freight, prep cost, tax, license and title fees, etc. I went in to try Ducati monster so many people has recommended me but its too heavy and bulky for me personally. I have narrowed my selection to the Ducati scrambler, Suzuki SV650 or Kawasaki Z650.
I had a great experience with Coleman power falls church, they have great customer service and the turnaround time is exceptional. I wouldnt go anywhere else. P.S. the service manager Carlos hes the best Ive dealt with in the area. Keep up the awesome work guys.
The best shop for bikes bike gear and service. Trust me you want to take your bike here or buy your bike from them if buying new. Top notch service Hella good attitude. Always up on stock. You will regret if you go elsewhere.
Utilized Coleman PowerSports same day Service on a Saturday. Although multiple bikes were being serviced before mine they were able to turn around my bike in just a few hours. The staff were friendly and professional!
Coleman is the only place I would consider taking my Sea-Doo for service. They not only do a great job at a reasonable price but they go above and beyond to make sure that everything is perfect on your power sport vehicle. I highly recommend them.
Anthony was great to deal with. He handled everything professionally and in a timely matter. No complaints about working with him.
I am a 10 year veteran customer of Coleman at both locations. They are the only vendor that services my muscle machines through the years. They have a collaborative culture that empowers the team and experience of its customers. Delivering a successfully repaired customer machine.
Incredible experience today at Coleman’s; took my bike for an small adjustment at service shop - guys are usually very kind here and Jeff took really good care of me. Great place to shop for clothing gear, motorcycles services and why not buying a motorcycle here.Highly recommended. Thank you guys.
Awesome experience. I came in with an unforseen bike issue and they took care of me right in the spot. I was in and out in a few minutes. Everyone was courteous and offer help every step of the way.
Great service and help. Were able to get me a replacement master link and the right tool to do the job. Saved me while I was 4 hours away from home.
Great experience talking to Parker. My first time visiting a dealer and he was super helpful and provided all the information I needed, as well as guiding me around the showroom to try sitting on all sorts of bikes and teaching me more about everything. Was glad to have gone here for my first dealer visit.
I purchased a Honda EU7000iS which is $5,000 plus. Had serious issues with the generator from the beginning. After many horrible communication issues, not fixing the problem and going back and forth to have it repaired... now they are refusing to continue to repair the generator because the Owner said theyre losing money repairing the unit THEY SOLD US. Do not buy any generators from this store because you will end up with terrible service, constant repairs and possibly end up being refused service. Extremely disappointed and wish I had never bought this from here. I will be contacting Honda and notifying them of this dealer and what happened. I dont even own a food truck and they respond assuming what I use my generator for. Then try and back peddle on saying they WOULD NOT SERVICE MY GENERATOR BECAUSE THEYRE LOSING MONEY TO REPAIR IT.
Working with Jeffrey was great! He was very professional and informative. He also gave good options for servicing my motorcycle, and was honest enough to say that service probably wasn’t necessary (I still asked if they could check it out and see if they could reproduce the issue I was seeing and the did an incredibly professional job). Thanks!
Awesome customer service and great people all around 👍🏾....
Ive been getting my bikes serviced at Coleman for over 20 years, and Ive also purchased a motorcycle from them. Pretty much all of the employees there are extremely friendly, and thats the main reason why I go back. Special shout out to Steve who does pickups and drop offs, and is simply a wonderful human being. This would be a 5 star review, except at my most recent visit I was told there was varnish in the bottom of my fuel tank, but I was just the factory liner. Also, they advised that my bike which has just ober 6,000 miles on it and is a collectors model needed a lot of unnecessary repairs totalling over $2K. So, your mileage may vary when it comes to service.
Worst establishment. Unpleasant and rude staff at service. Newbie to the motorcycles and took my CBR500R to get the Honda break in service(600miles) done & left turn signal was hanging out(not dropped, someone knocked off in the parking) and i waited for 10min in the service lobby to be assisted thought both of the service advisors were just talking to each other. Then comes a tech and looked at the turn signal and just left without saying anything. I was just waiting in the service area for a bit. Then Mr.Kevin comes and took the info to lock me in for aug 18th(seemed to be least interested to help out). Now you know what? Found some good establishments who can At least treat their customers with respect and politeness. I know this review doesn’t bother the business owner or the manager over there. But yes, at least people know now. I’m not coming back and giving any business again.!
Alejandro has been amazing from start to finish! Made my experience easy and simple. Coleman is the place to go. Thank you!!!
I went here to get my first ever motorcycle and Angela Kaufman made whole bike-buying experience AMAZING! With me being a newbie, she helped me out big time. With her extremely high knowledge of bikes, she walked me through the process and matched me up with a Kawasaki Ninja 300. She was very patient with me, as I asked a million and one questions, and even called to check up on me once I got home with my new ride. She was beyond professional, knowledgeable, and courteous and I have nothing bad to say about this place!
Quick turnaround. Clear comms. Good stuff.
I purchased a brand new Honda CB650R back in October 2020. Mind you, I purchased it outright so I expected to get my title in the mail very shortly after that. Let me explain something very simple, the pandemic is not an excuse for this staffs lack of customer service. Saying that it is horrible is an under statement. Let me explain. I have called Celeste from the tags and title department over 20 times. I never once got her on the phone to actually talk to her. I cannot simply leave her a voice mail because her inbox is full. Please keep in mind that we are now in January of 2021. My 1st set temporary tags expired on November 1 2020. Victor from finance sent me another 30 day temporary tags until my actual tags and title was sent in the mail. When the November tags expired in December, I asked for another temporary tag. Did I ever receive it? Nope! I have not been able to ride in over 2 months now because Im not the type of person who rides without the proper paperwork. The general manager has no been help either. I left emails to her explaining my situation but never received a response. Good luck getting anyone of these people on the phone. Overall just a very poor mismanaged dealership. I wouldnt take a chance buying a motorcycle from them dont waste your time.
Great staff cool rides an and will find a price to fit your budget
Lots of construction outside. The staff was friendly and informative.
Excellent dealership with helpful friendly staff. Angela K (sales) went above and beyond when helping me select a Ducati motorcycle! Very knowledgeable! A pleasant experience overall!
They worked on my old Honda Shadow and did an amazing job. They answered any questions I had, were highly attentive to details, and were very ethical in the recommendations they made to me. Concerning my last comment, they could have easily recommended more work than required because my motorcycle had a few unique problems. The head mechanic even came out to explain, --very cool.
Coleman Powell service team was friendly helpful and knowledgeable of there equipment. All of my needs were met. Thank you Jeff and your team. See you at the end of bike season
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER. Scam artists and thieves. Paid $1200 for an extended warranty and it was never registered. No one will take responsibility or ownership. They wont even give their full names. They dont return calls, emails or texts.
Great place to take your bike, knowledgeable staff and immediate service. Couldnt ask for better
I had a great experience with Parker the sales man and the lady in parts. But the sales manager is disrespectful to his employees. I was instructed to bring cash for the best “DEAL”. Once I made the drive I didn’t receive any “DEAL”. I was charged for MSRP and the other fees and the deal changed because he knows the machine I was their to purchase is in limited supply in our area. Never again will I spend money here. My friends and I got treated poorly here 10 years ago and I thought I’d give them another chance. NEVER AGAIN!
Horrible customer service! Im in the market of purchasing a new motorcycle. And I had a horrible experience with this shop. I definitely will not be purchasing a motorcycle from this establishment.
Wouldnt send my enemies there. Called and asked about a bike and the salesman told me he had one and was looking at it on the floor. I drove over an hour and when I arrived asked about the bike and the salesman informed me he was the one I spoke with and would check. All said and done it was all a lie....there was no bike and he deverted to try and sell me something else. Very disappointing and will never recommend them or go back. Be cautious!
I had such a great experience, especially with customer service. They provided a realistic time frame for my repair work and exceeded it. Coleman Powersports has become my preferred location for all of my needs.
Every time Ive been there, the staff has been patient, fair and willing to explain something to a relatively novice rider. Theyve earned my business and loyalty.
I had a Find It Now GPS security system installed on my Vanderhall by Coleman Power Sport. The system performed as advertised and Im excited that such a technology is available. Really what I was happiest about this install was the level of service. The technician that performed this install detected an issue that had been plaguing me intermittently that left the vehicle unable to start. He successfully traced the issue and corrected it. They helped me out with transportation so I didnt have to contact someone else to pick me up and even offered to deliver the vehicle once the issue was corrected. Kudos to Coleman Power Sport, well done!
Super professional, excellent customer service, will ne back again.
No pressure sales and very good service!
Coleman powersports showed me a great buying experience. My salesman Renaldo was very personable, professional and good dude. My financing with John was quick easy and informative. They even gave my daughter a free hemet which was so kind! This made my daughters weekend and my buying experience that much better. They made a customer for life in me. Thanks Coleman!
Disappointing experience, bike took forever to be handled, ended quite expensive for what was had to be done, moreover, one of the agreed service was not done. Much disorganized. I was used to better service in the past.
What can I say, this place takes good care of me and never once have they disappointed me! Great environment!
No place with this kind of selection in DMV! Sales & Service. They can/may deliver. Financing~ Worth the trip..
Hi we got help with Alejandro and he was really cool! If you need a motorcycle go see him !! Very helpful and patient and will even entertain your kids lol
My bike was repaired in full. The team at Coleman Powersports were always very responsive and courteous. Doug in service is magnificent, put up with a lot throughout the whole process. Very appreciative for his patience. If you need to buy a bike or have it serviced. This is the place to go. Alejandro sold me my bike and was very nice to work with as well. Whole team here deserves a 10 out of 10!
Had transmission replaced on my 2018 Yamaha FJR as part of a recall. Coleman was very responsive when I called and scheduled immediately. They had to order repair kit. Work completed 12 days later, which significantly beat my expectations. Only have ridden 8 miles this far, but all appears well. Service department was very forthcoming about what they were doing, and answered all my questions. Kudos to both Yamaha & Coleman.
I came in with my friend Brandon searching for a bike within our budget. Alejandro being the first person when you walk in, helped us immediately letting us know to let him know if we had any questions. We did not end up purchasing anything the first visit due to a soft negotiation our initial visit. It was sort of a word of mouth negotiation, so that we could get an estimate before returning.Brandon and I took the time in order to do our own research when it came to understanding the value of the bikes we were interested in. I would honestly not come in without completing any sort of research. We called around to see what we could find on the market and ended up coming back a week or two later with the proper understanding of what we were purchasing. What sold me on the sale was when Alejandro went above and beyond when making sure I was taken care of, after understanding that we had additional Uhauling costs we were trying to prevent. Because we ordered two bikes cash out the door, there was plenty of room for negotiating a price where both parties were content. Unfortunately we only got to enjoy a few months of the bike before getting in an accident. Nonetheless, happy to be alive and def looking forward to purchasing a 600+ cc bike after enjoying the 2020 Ninja 400!
Buying experience was good. My service experience this week was not so good. I set up an appointment for regular service interval. Oil change, lube, filter. Two days after the appointment date, calling both days, the job was completed very late. Understand COVID delays, but say that. Don’t tell me it will be done and then not do it. After telling them I was in route to pick it up, the maintenance was done when I arrived. Maintenance looks all complete and well done.
Just moved from San Diego and needed maintenance done to my FZ6. Found this place and gave them a try. What won me over was the great customer service. Awesome maintenance service and preventive maintenance (recommendations) breakdown. This will be my go-to place in the future.
When our WaveRunner started running rough the guys took it in right away, checked it out and solved the problem. We appreciate the quick turnaround and professionalism.
I dont leave reviews but this is the worst dealership I have ever been to. The service department is awful. Was told I needed a new tire, I said ok do it was told to go to the parts department to order the tire. Apparently, they dont talk amongst themselves. Went to the parts counter and watched a guy play with a rubix cube for three minutes before he looked up and told me he was new and didnt know what to do. Have tried to make appointments on line and never gotten call backs to confirm. Called to check the status of a basic maintenance job on my bike and was told, if you havent heard from us thats the status. I understand people are busy but come on. Prior trip I was charged $120 for my state inspection, I found that interesting considering Virginia sets the cost of the inspection, oh and I was supposed to get it for free because I bought the bike from them. This will be the last time I take any motorcycle to this place.Response to Coleman:Thanks for the offer to call, but as Dennis was the person I purchased a bike from and never got any response from him when I called before about issues, I will pass. I will take my business elsewhere from now on and anyone I know that is purchasing a motorcycle, parts, or servicing a motorcycle I will tell them to steer clear. As a side note, my service appointment was for Tuesday for an oil change and rear tire replacement. Still dont have my bike back, I could have done this faster.
I would definitely give 0 starts if possible.I dropped of my Ducati last week to get serviced there for the first time and definitely not going back to this company!! I paid for the basic coleman service which was all checked done but maybe 40% was actually performed. Chain was never lubed or adjusted. Tires werent checked as said in their service check. I also provided all parts which is fine but i gave them the parts in a box that contained my motorcycle user manuals and a few other small personal items which the person who checked me in told me well keep the box for you. I forgot to ask about the box while picking up. But after i left i called back and told them to please have someone look for the box because apparently the box wasnt even there for me and no one knew where the box is. Mind you that there were extra parts that were supposed to be returned to me. For sure they didnt use a large can of chain lube just for my motorcycle!!And ever since last week Ive been calling almost every day and every time im told you will get a call back today and never get any calls about my box.I paid almost $500 there in my first time. Im pretty sure this visit wasnt even worth $100 for this kind of service and terrible treatment and unprofessionally service!!!Please save your time and money and dont go there!
The team did an excellent job—stored my bike over winter, outstanding service on check in and check out. Shiny, smooth and ready to ride home—THANKS GUYS!
My vehicle was not serviced.
I will now use the internet for my parts, my family has been using Coleman for years. We have several dirt bikes, street bikes..ect. I also try to support local business however when a tie tube is $9.95 with free shipping and I am okay with them charging -$14.00.They received the product, cash out inventory i get it.However to charge $51.00 is just wrong to change a tire tube. There is no way it took 30 minutes labor and then some other fee. Its one thing to make a profit its another to just screw over a customer. Its a shame after all these years that I will no longer shop there and utilize the internet. There are other places for m/c tires as well- to be clear I handed them the tire they did not remove it.Best of luck, hope the $38.00 bucks in profit was worth it. I was even fine with the couple of bucks on the parts I ordered, but I cant get over this.Best of luckEric
They are a little low on some stock, but staff is super polite and very attentive.
Coleman strives for excellence in customer relationships and service. Together Parts and Service Managers worked to get me on the road ASAP when my spanner was lost on transit. Billy the parts Manager called me and later dropped by in person and followed through. I would not hesitate to buy a motocycle from Colemans.
Very fast friendly service also the work was performed before the time expected
This place is amazing the staff is nothing short of phenomenal I want everyone to recognize Angela she was my sales rep, who went above and beyond to help me find the right bike, and an amazing deal, she worked with me every step of the way to make my buying process smooth and fast, I came in and was out in about an hour!! Also Alan, in gear and accessories, he got me the best gear for safety that fit my budget, but provide max protection, jacket helmet, and he also installed my Intercom and communication system that plays music through my helmet, he was professional and kind and courteous throughout the whole process and helped me get back to riding, Angela and Alan and a awesome team I can’t recommend them enough!!!
Great guys over there, if you need your Vanderhal serviced customized or parts installed ask for chip and the crew.
I was in town from California. They were only shop around that were willing to change my tire on my 2014 BMW GS 650 with a quick turnaround. They had it done in 30 minutes. Great and friendly staff.
Great experience at Coleman power sports.Very Professional and Courteous people. I feel great trusting my vehicle in their hands. Always working to make sure the job is done right.
Brought my Honda Metropolitan in for what I thought would be an Easy Fix, but it turned out to cost more than I could afford after showing me all that needed to be repaired. Said Staff were very professional in every way towards me. I thank them for that.
They are good guys. Be patient as they are swamped with work and have to stop and answer 300+ phone calls a day.
The worst customer service from any dealership I have ever got - -
