Because Justin is there, this store deserves 5 stars.My hvac pulley broke. Had to wait 3 days to get the new pulley. Justin suggested me to use the super glue to fix pulley for temporary uses. He offered me all the tools and nicely teached me how to use it and fix it. (He have done the most important glue job) Thankfully the weather was not hot, i did not have to use AC, but the glue was strong enough.Extra thanks to justin again.

The staff at store 903 guys are really great! They always go out of there way to help me. There very Honest. Needed a 10hp motor and couldn’t find it anywhere, They were able to source the motor out for me and had it delivered to the store within 24 hours. They even help me load it in my truck. Thanks again Guys!

Had many Great experiences until today.. The guy up front goes crazy about waiting outside and 2sec later says OK I am allowed inside!Stop trying to scare people and control them!! He then goes on rant about Not accepting cash?This guy does Not belong in Customer service!I will make Grainger my very Last option...

Fully competent staff. Lockdown or not these people knew what I needed and had the part on hand! My compressor pressure switch malfunctioned after 50 years of continual use and I needed to get back to work asap. Grainger and its associates knew the best fit for my situation. I could not have been more thrilled to see Americans at their best in whatever situation thrown our way. Bravo and Godspeed.

Send one of my employees to pick up a order of 3 items.When the items came, i only received 2 of the 3.Branch does not have direct contacts, have to go through their cooperate number to get any sort of help.

Great place to get lot of part or industrial products that you cant get from Home Depot. But its a little expensive.
