We had our master bath completely remodeled. The work itself was excellent, and I truly appreciated the design and decor selection: they were helpful, professional, and we were quickly able to negotiate a fair price. We did the update at the beginning of the pandemic (March/April 2020) and the design staff and especially the in-home workers were all very clean and careful. We had looked at about 4 different renovation companies and NV Kitchen and Bath was far and beyond the best of them: experience, professionalism, quality, and most importantly (to me) price!

NV Kitchen and Bath did a very complete renovation of a condominium for us. This included redoing the entire electrical system, gutting and rebuilding the kitchen, installing all new appliances, gutting and rebuilding two bathrooms, building and installing built-in cupboards, installing all new lighting and hardware, and installing new floors throughout.The job was particularly challenging because the condo is in a 1938 building with concrete walls and ceilings. The team also had to work around the restrictions that come with working in a condo in DC--limited work hours, the need to accommodate neighbors, DC regulations, etc.Our designer, Italo, had excellent ideas and suggestions and helped us find finishings that met our taste and budget. Our day-to-day foreman, Edgar, was a joy to work with and was unfailingly helpful and kind.We are thrilled with the final results. We got the warm, inviting home we were looking for and couldnt be happier.

They quickly assessed our situation, explained the required repairs, and worked with us to choose materials that would complement the existing out of production tile. In addition to repairing the water damage and restoring the look of the shower, they repaired the drywall behind the shower wall, painted, and installed a ceiling fan. The work was performed quickly, and they did a good job. We are pleased with the results. I was especially pleased that they were able to use the existing glass enclosure and sized the step into the shower to match.

We chose to work with the company based on their reviews, photos of their work online, and their quotes, which were much more reasonable than many of their competitors. We had NV Kitchen and Bath do both our small master bathroom and our half bath. Our project manager Oz Huseyin was fantastic, flexible, and reasonable. We went into the show room to choose our materials with their help of one of their designers, and they were ready to begin work just days later. The work went quickly and smoothly, but Oz told the workers to take their time to make sure it was done right, and it was! We ended with a beautiful product within a good time and reasonable price.

We completed a renovation of a full bathroom and kitchen with NV Kitchen and Bath. Their price was competitive with estimates received from 3 other local companies. A year ago, we had NV remodel our master bath. They did an outstanding job so we had them tackle a complete kitchen remodel, making the existing dining room the kitchen eat-in and the never used living room the dining room. They estimated 3 months for completion and that was accurate. The workmanship, attention to detail and ability to make changes as we went along, provided for an excellent finished product. Last month they remodeled our family room with the same wainscoting as was done in the dining room. They painted and put new outlets, doorknobs and recessed lighting. A wonderful job. Hats off to Oz, the project manager and the entire team at NV!

We had a great experience with NV renovating our kitchen in the summer 2017 so we brought them back in the summer of 2018 to renovate our three bathrooms. Our bathrooms were small and required a lot of attention to detail and careful planning and craftsmanship and plumbing expertise. They turned out beautifully. The company was very easy to work with and attentive to our needs. It kept our house clean during the construction phase. They came back to attend to a few details post-construction that we wanted refined. We would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to friends.UPDATE 2020: We recently completed our third successful renovation project with NV. As usual they completed the work to our exact specifications, on time and on budget. We have now used this company to renovate our kitchen, all our bathrooms, and most recently reface our fireplace and install custom built-in bookshelves. The one time we used a different company on a separate project - a basement renovation we wanted to get going on in a time slot that NV was booked - we quickly regretted it because we didnt experience the same level of reliability, honesty about how long things would take, and clockwork organization of different trade teams. We love working with NV because they are very customer focused, responsive, easy to communicate with, start and finish when they say they will, and have a high level of workmanship.

Our project included removing a bathtub and installing a shower, new wall tiles and floor.Working with NV Kitchen and Bath Remodeling on a bathroom remodeling project was a good decision all around. The design staff was very good at listening to our specific needs and adjusting plans accordingly. The crew covered walls and floors to protect other parts of the house, put in a full day´s work and cleaned up at the end of each day. The crew also stayed on the job until final completion. The crew worked diligently and efficiently. I am impressed By their special attention to the quality of the work. The workers hired were excellent, but the project manager(s) were unprofessional. The work stated in the contract was not done, we were charged over the price paid for our selections, a final invoice was not provided and we had to haggle by phone and email. Would not recommend until the projects managers are more professional and actually do what the company is hired to do.

NV Kitchen and Bath is my number one choice for contractors who can handle both kitchen and bathroom remodeling professionally. Sean Morris and his team have turned my bathroom into a luxurious room fit for five star hotels. The flooring is exquisite and the lighting is layered making it more enthralling to shower in this bathroom. I have to fight with my kids almost daily to get a chance to shower in there. Sean and his team were very professional and they have taught me so many things I had no clue about when it comes to bathrooms.The estimates provided were very accurate and I could not help but beam with joy at how affordable the entire project was. I thought I would have to dip into my 401k to afford a project of this magnitude or even get a loan. However, it was so affordable that I only ended up using a slight proportion of my extra savings.Another thing I want to point out is the way that the NV team thoroughly cleans the work area once they are done with the construction. I was thoroughly impressed by this. They wiped everything down and after they were through there was not even a single speck of wood shavings or leftover sand to be seen. When we moved into our new bungalow, we were exasperated by the limited space in our kitchen. There was hardly enough space to move around in the kitchen and the storage was minimal. Therefore, we decided to renovate it to increase the space and storage. My mother in law recommended NV Kitchen and Bath because they had done her kitchen remodel and it looked amazing. Working with Alex, Sean, and Steve was beyond marvelous. Communication from the team was always prompt and they held our hands through every step of the way. We would have never thought of installing granite slabs as countertops but Steve recommended it and they are stunning. Alex, the project manager, was always attentive to every single detail, which was very impressive. I will never regret the decision of leaving this massive project in the hands of such capable professionals. They turned my nightmare of a kitchen into a blissful room where our children and we can gather, socialize, and prepare meals. There is also ton of extra storage since they installed the kitchen island with cabinets and drawers. I recommend NV Kitchen and Bath to everyone looking to remodel their kitchen.

Update: After my original post, the owner, Sean, did reach out to me to discuss the issues. He has committed himself to seeing that all are addressed to my satisfaction and seems to be sincere in making everything right. I will revisit/update this review once the project is done.@Kristen, I am so glad to hear that Sean reached out to you. I dont have the confidence that the same will happen in my case. My complaints mirror yours exactly. My project (1 kitchen, 2 bathroom remodel) began on Sep 4. After 7 weeks, they have worked a total of 141 hours (assuming an 8-hour day, that is not even 2 weeks worth of work). They dont show up and dont have the courtesy to call/text/email. They hire unskilled workers (floor/backsplash/wall tile had to be redone in some areas due to shoddy workmanship). Nobody supervises the workers (the supervisor admitted that they are better at demolition and need to be watched every step of the way). At the rate they are moving, I dont imagine my condo will be back to normal until Thanksgiving, if Im lucky. On top of all that, the general mgr tried to revise the contract to accelerate payment (they already have 70%).

I hired NV kitchen and bath to add a second bathroom to my town house. Overall the finished project is perfect. I am so pleased with my new space. I did have some hiccups along the way (the PM I had was new and I later found out got fired in the midst of my project) which were promptly handled by Sean - he even went as far as buying me a new dryer to make sure all was right in the end. I would use NV Kitchen and Bath again as after I got a new PM everything went much more smoothly.

Remodeling my kitchen was never a part of my to-do-list but when I came across a brochure by NV Kitchen and Bath, I could not help myself but call and get an estimate. By the time the phone call was over, I was already sold and I knew I had to get my kitchen renovated immediately. I had no idea what I was doing but Sean and his team guided me throughout the entire process. They told me which ideas worked and which ones were not practical to have in my kitchen. I was also very impressed at how detailed and intricate their designs were. For an impromptu project, the result was amazing. Every time I go into my kitchen, I feel renewed. It is as if NV Kitchen and Bath knew what I needed in a kitchen before I even thought about it and I am really happy that I chose to remodel my kitchen and that I chose them to do it for me. We recently completed a total renovation of a small bathroom with NV Kitchen and Bath. Their price was competitive with estimates received from 2 other local firms. I chose NVK&B because of their interest in doing the job and that they were located in my neighborhood.Edgar conducted a site visit to take measurements and make design suggestions. At their showroom, he helped us pick out all of the new fixtures, tile, etc. He understood what we were looking for and came up with materials that complemented our ideas. We were able to do the material selection in a few hours.The project started on time. Prior to demolition, they laid down protection on floors and stairs and covered nearby furniture. The demo was done in 2 days.Overall the work proceeded pretty close to schedule. Workers generally showed up on time. The only significant delay was caused by some of the tile being on back order. Our project manager, Huseyin identified some construction challenges during his walkthrough that allowed the design to be altered before work began. This resulted in no change orders during the project. He was very responsive to calls and text messages and issues that came up as the work proceeded. Specifically, we requested that some tile work be redone and to have a medicine cabinet changed that didn’t fit quite right. Huseyin addressed each of these issues quickly without hesitation.Overall, we are very happy with the results.

As I write this review, my heart is filled with warmth for the excellent team of contractors at NV Kitchen and Bath. Sean, Steve and the rest of the team did an amazing job when I hired them to remodel my kitchen. I am a perfectionist by nature as well as a control-freak, and these guys understood that immediately we met to discuss the project. All my instructions were followed and you can actually see and feel my personality reflected in my newly remodeled kitchen.I have especially fallen in love with the new paint color that they put on my kitchen walls. When the sun sets or rises, the light bounces off the walls in a magical way making one feel like they could stay in the room forever. I was also very impressed with their prices as well as how well they cleaned up after the project was done. There were no smudges or paint strokes on the walls and everything was left spotless. I want to recommend NV Kitchen and Bath to everyone seeking to remodel their homes.

Im giving them 2 stars; one for the nice designer and one for the quality of materials.Out master bathroom remodel was really aweful from start to finish. It will be difficult to explain every detail of fault, but will give you a couple of reasons to NEVER hire them. The biggest problem was the tileling the shower. It was sloppy, tile was wavy and crooked. I emailed Sean (the owner) to show him pictures. He came out the next day with Oz and a host of other people. They took down the work that they had done. Re-Demo part of the shower. They said they did a bad job and had someone else do the shower again. One of the shower pieces wasnt cut correctly and thank God I was there to say...*that doesnt look right. (This is piece that the glass sits on) they took it away and yes it was incorrectly measured. More delays at this point. What about the install of the glass door. It leaked! They came out once to add more sealer, but it continued to leak. Oz words, this has never happened before. This has been a challenging job.So I emailed them...all of them recently and NEVER got a reply. I think the actual materials are good quality, but there is no craftsmanship. No attention to detail. Currently, the nook in the shower is not straight, the tile in the shower is not done well, drawer pulls are crooked and really there are so many problems I cant list them all and it just makes me upset. When you spend that kind of money it should have been superb. I wish I could upload photos...just dont hire them.

This is my first time as a homeowner and I wanted to renovate the house to become more modern. My budget could only allow me to make small renovations in the kitchen and I was slightly doubtful on whether reputable contractors would take on my miniscule project. They convinced me that no project is too small to work on and that they would gladly work on my kitchen remodel within my strict budget. WASTE OF MONEY, WASTE OF TIMEThey changed 6 project manager during remodeling my house. Except hard wood job, it was a terrible job. Their measurements was wrong, we were overpaid for the supplies. They did most of the jobs 2-3 times.They were very unorganized.Our old appliances and marbels was taken without our permission from the house.I have never seen as much inexperienced managment as this company. They planned 2-3 weeks for remodeling, they could finish 2,5 months. And half of the job we solved by ourselves.They did wrong connection one of our toilet, that’s why our house was under water at night 2:00 pm. All water, from second store to basement, came down. And they fix again. And try to charge that cost again to us. They bothered us too much.IF YOU LOVE YOURSELF AND YOUR HOUSE, KEEP FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, AS MUCH AS YOU CAN.
