Well laid out. Have some pretty cool stuff. Was disappointed that they dont have rubber bands. You would assume that a craft store would have rubber bands but I guess not. The staff are nice. Overall, its good.

As always I love me some Michaels, I couldnt wait to move here from Hawaii just so I could live in Michaels, lol. I go as often as I can. If I worked for this company my pay check would never make it to the bank.

I went to Michaels to get things I needed to make cupcakes. They have a variety of cake and cupcakes products. Besides that, the store has a whole selection of jewelry, crafts, toys etc. You should come visit. They have safety dividers at the registers and everyone wear a mask.

I give 4 stars! Figure a franchise should be consistent, and this is just the same! Don’t mean for that to be a bad thing - Michaels is da bomb.com and I will probably will wander around there again. I dig it.

Been here a few times. Staff is extremely helpful. Bought a poster frame that was damaged and exchange was effortless.

Surprisingly showing the emptiness of a store going out of business. Still lots of things on the shelves in numerous departments but the empty shelves stand out. Not too crowded and people generally masked and distancing.

If this is the store in Seven Corners- the lady at the frame shop was SO wonderful! She helped me pick out a reasonably-priced frame and advised me on how to care for my art long term. Ive basically been admiring my newly-framed print on the wall throughout the day every day since 😂

Well-stocked. Excellent prices. Use coupons. Has just about everything you need for arts and crafts. Face masks required for entry. Was fairly crowded for a weekday.

I remember when I was younger and loved going to Michael’s. Michael’s doesn’t have anything i’m looking for anymore. Simply looking for a watercolor set is challenging. Michaels has changed to lower quality and just random toys for kids.

Michaels always smells so good! They already had lots of Halloween and Christmas stuff up. A lot of variety as well, there were different things than at the other Michaels I usually go to.

The staff was pleasant but not able to help me with understanding my online order for pick up.

Trying to find something simple like puff paint and Mason jars in a single retail store is impossible. No matter how many times we called they said they have them. No puff paint. Like where else would you even find it (in person), tried target & walmart. Literally driving all over. Coulda spent 2 mins and found everything online no hassle. Retail is dead bro. Like its in the ground right now.

Poor Customer service.

Showed up at 6:50 today to run in and purchase one specific thing. Doors were locked and lights off. Disappointed I returned to my car to try and find another place to purchase said item. While sitting in my car at 6:57, I see 4 people who I assume are employees, leave the store and re-lock the doors. I know I arrived close to store closing, but I looked at hours before I left my house and knew I would arrive with enough time to run in, grab my item and leave. I have worked in a variety of retail establishments and restaurants, and never has a door been locked before the posted closing time. I am disappointed at this and hope this is not standard operating procedure. If so, just change the close time to when you will actually be closing the store.

We were in and out. It was very easy to find what we needed despite COVID-19. Appreciate the employees for keeping customers safe.

I like going to this Michaels store because they are well stocked. The store is clean, well lit and organized. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. If they do not have exactly what you are looking for, they will look it up and recommend another Michaels or order the item for you. They also offer quite a few discounts.

Michaels needs better lighting. That is what I preferred about A.C.Moore--nice brightly lit store!

Went here this morning to find macrame cord... i walk in and the entire staff is at the front of the store having a meeting with whom i assume is the manager... i walk up to ask if theyre open and am stared at and told yes only to walk around the store trying to find macrame cord for twenty minutes listening to the manager yelling at the staff for their behavior. the back of the store was an absolute mess with equipment and stock leaving the yarn area a total disaster. walked to the front finally after waiting patiently for help to be available and once again felt like i was interrupting to ask for help. was told “check aisle 82” and was sent to somewhere totally unrelated to what i asked for and finally got fed up and walked through their group AGAIN as the manager continued yelling to exit the store. talk to your staff BEFORE THE STORE OPENS

This has for a long time been my favorite craft store, and I believe best Michaels in the area.

Found a beautiful leaf mat and harvest designed plates and napkins for Thanksgiving. Awesome store, Christmas was in the store everywhere. 🙌👍😊

The people are very nice that work there but the store is always very disorganized.

They have a fair selection but it could be more organized. They seem to lack help/employees too. The few times I visited, the employees did not understand what certain items were. For example, I wanted raffia. They had no clue and I couldnt find it in the store. I went next door to JoAnn fabrics and they took me right to it.

Lots of great crafts and frames, and usually the most stocked that Ive been to between the Springfield and Arlington location, and has extensive hours. This location does seem to be short staffed on Sundays if you want a frame from the top ledge bc the ones on the bottom are beat up or broken, so Id probably go during the week again if I could.

Today I was waiting patiently in line. I had arrived @5:30ish and the store closed at 6pm during these times. As I and 2 other people (AA) were behind me waiting, a employee (short Hispanic lady about 5 ft black hair about 140lbs) had stated that the lady before me was the last person in line to have entrance into the store. At that time it was 5:52, and she went on to say that by 6pm we wouldnt have access anyway. Well I walked off but I stayed around for a bit. I came back to the store at 6:02 and there was one man (Caucasian) in line facing the door who wasnt in the line before I left. This SAME FEMALE EMPLOYEE was also handling curbside pickup. As she was about to walk back into the store, I caught her attention to ask her for the store number. She acted as if she didnt know what I was talking about but luckily enough a customer who was just leaving the store gave it to me. I tried to send a corporal complaint but its shut down. All in all, I feel like her message was offensive and quite frankly, I dont think it was her message spoken. And I say it like such because the form of her body language showed that she tried her best to clean up the message she was told to speak. My tip would be to not send ETHNIC employees out to cut the line short due to RACE. Better yet, when 6pm strikes stop the customers at the door at tell them their closing. Not a min before nor after.

A good store for art and craft supplies. However, on this trip I was looking for small unique picture frames. They did have small frames just not the interesting selection I remembered them carrying a couple of years ago. They all looked the similar to one another. Wood black or metal. Nothing artistic or decorative. This trip was disappointing since I had to go somewhere else. For other supplies they have a very good selection. Prices are good too.

It is a good store, but seems to lack organization and cleaning. It also didnt seem to have good selection, like they just got leftovers.

I have used Michaels stores for decades and this location is well stocked for the different paints and art supplies I needed for a DIY project I was tackling. Everything from silk and dried florals were there as well. Those are the two primary reasons I usually shop at Michaels. I liked that it was tidy, well organized, not crowded and the cashier was friendly as well since the area is a crossroads where some clientele can really bog down the customer experience.

I used to like this store a long time ago. Its become more of a home decor store more than anything. Most of the employees dont know anything about any of the products other than putting it on the shelf and rining it up. Theyre not helpful at all. The selections are limited and they always tell me to go to a bigger store. The quality of the products has seriously declined and the prices have sky-rocketed. The cashiers are slow. There will be a line of 10 customers with one extremely slow cashier until someone from the back comes up 15 minutes later and moves equally as slow. Most dollar stores have several of the items Michaels sells a lot cheaper. Michaels was once my go to craft store, now its my last resort. I prefer AC Moore or Hobby Lobby now.

I really dislike Michaels. I shop there, but Im never happy about it. Theres always this plan to use some great coupon that never works because the fine print excludes 85% of the stuff in the store. Sure, theres lot of see stuff that I like to buy at Michaels, and Im not trying to be super negative here, but I always feel slightly bitter when I go there.

I mean....its Michaels. Pretty standard to all the other craft stores. Easy to get lost and wind up with way too much in your cart. It can get a little busy and there are hardly every more than two or three cashiers, but I use my wait time in line to google coupons. Theres almost ALWAYS a coupon available somewhere...often on their website. #score

Employees here can be SO slow. We had a big line (more than 10) waiting to get fabric cut and I let the two cashiers at the front know that the woman cutting was swamped. I expected them to come help her but instead I saw them on their phones and restocking items that werent purchased. Took me more than 25 minutes to get 2 yards of fabric. Then they were slow at the cashier and that took another 15 minutes.

I had never been in a Michaels before. Theyve got lots of stuff. Immediately asked a stock clerk where to find what I needed, and they were polite and helpful. They had what I wanted. In and out in about 7 minutes. Met all expectations.

If you are into arts and crafts you’ll adore this place. It has wide options of craft materials. Yarns in most colors. Decor items, jewellery making and other stuff. Not many staff around though.

Julio at the custom framing section was wonderful! He was so helpful and very sweet! Not to mention that Michaels had a TON of frames to choose from! With the excellent customer service Julio gave and the great selection, I will definitely shop at Michaels from now on.

Michaels has a lot, but it does require patience to find what you need. One trick: check out Michaels online for specific items; the results tell you which numbered rack the item is found in the brick and mortar shop. The racks are all numbered- all 110+ of them.

Awesome sale. Got these awesome washi tapes pack for only $5 but they didnt have a golden lettering brush pen so I had to order from Amazon.

Their computerized inventory system really doesnt work well. The manager at this store queried her terminal and told me that the item I wanted was not in stock. I went to their website and called three other Michaels that showed it in stock, but phone calls to each revealed that they were, in fact, out of stock. I then agree to buy the display item unboxed. Then as I walked to the registers, I saw, not one, but two boxes of what I wanted (a 7-foot artificial Christmas tree). Grrrrrrrrrrrrrr, but the manager was very nice.

5 stars because Jesse in the framing center was great! Incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Will definitely go to this location again for framing services.

There are so many good things here, and you cant leave without buying anything! All childhood temptations come back seeing different crafts and painting tools.

One stop shop for all crafting and decorations. Staff were very friendly and helpful despite the Christmas sales going on.

You have to love Michaels, they have stuff you dont need ... but you buy it anyway. Well stocked and the store is well layed out Somethings difficult to find Customer Service, which makes you wander and find the stuff you buy, but dont need. Located on the top level of Seven Corners. Plenty of parking.

A very fun craft store. They also offer a lot of home goods, holiday decor and games, etc.

Check out is sometimes slow. But they have everything the kids need for their crafts. I love the selection of art supplies from kid-appropriate to more serious pursuits. A lot of the products are on the cheap/plasticky side but the prices are good. Delighted that they have origami paper!

Michaels had some fun things. I bought some decorative flowers which have really brightened up my home.

The variety and selection are very poor; even after chance after chance of giving them time to stock a variety (a good variety) of craft materials, michaels has still failed the general consumer. If you decide to shop there, please please compare prices with other comparable craft stores such as Hobby Lobby near Winchester, and A.C. Moore. The only reason to shop at Michaels is if you own stock there.

This place is a must have when youre feeling crafty. I get most of my craft supplies from this place. It feel sometimes cluttered, but that can be people rummaging through the merchandise throughout the day.
