DO NOT BUY THEIR EXTENDED WARRANTY!!!! They outsource their warranty coverage. I contacted the warranty company and they dont know who I am. These guys inside Best Buy wont even talk to them directly so now Im trying to get a copy of my receipt from them and send it to the warranty company myself and who knows if they will honor it. I thought Pacific Kitchen was part of Best Buy, but they are not. I thought they were the ones taking care of warranty, but they are not. They dont even have a telephone number for their corporate head quarters.

This review is for Pacific Kitchen & Home, the company that handles Best Buys appliance sales. The guys who work here are generally very nice and helpful, and for that I give them 2 stars. I otherwise have mixed feelings about them.I successfully bought a Bosch dishwasher from them last year, and it was successfully installed by a third party without incident. Because that went so smoothly, I came back to buy a new refrigerator and laundry machines. I found my dream refrigerator at an open box price, so I bought it and scheduled immediate delivery. I received an email confirming the delivery date, and also saying that Id get a call the night before to confirm a more exact delivery time. I never received said call, but I took the day off to see if the delivery pulled through anyway. A few hours in, I heard and saw nothing, so I called Best Buy to check the status. They said something happened, and that it would not be delivered today, if at all. I am still awaiting a call from corporate to see what happened. Its odd how they find it acceptable to take thousands of my dollars and not know what happened to their promised delivery.Meanwhile, I also purchased a new laundry machine. The machine I wanted was not available to be delivered for a month! So I went to Lowes and they had it available for delivery the same week. Im now trying to cancel my first order from Best Buy, but there has been no response to my emails or calls from the sales people. Thats another $1000 pending with them.Sadly, one bad experience overrides all good experiences. I would not recommend buying appliances from Pacific Home/Best Buy.

They are now best buy sort of. Dealing with m on an appliance purchase was like trying to speak to a a rock. Disorganized, slow and basically asleep.
