Friendly staff. Easy in and out flow for products. Everything is neat and in its place and its placement makes sense. They have fair prices and good deals.

Oh boy where do I start.. Well the food there on the shelves is always stocked. Great choice of clothing for my whole family. Prices are reasonable in most departments. Only thing we dont like is the self check out is card only and no cash back option. The registers are only maybe 3 open at a time. Not sure if there under staffed or what but its like this daily. 🤔

We drove over a hundred miles to shop hear and got hear a little over an hour before closing. We had to rush but we got what we came for. Some of the few employees who were working was very friendly and helpful, yet there was a ton of employees just standing around talking. There was only 1 register open but when we got there she said she was closed and we had to use the self checkout. We needed to get cash back but the self checkout doesnt allow that.. I definitely will not be going to that Walmart ever again

Its always nice to go in here. I know people, and they like me and my Service Dog. I found what I needed easily, stopped to chat with a few people. I miss the directions for the aisles because I never felt like I was going the wrong way, but I dont miss people going the wrong way when directions were specified. So... maybe its better this way. The store was tidy, things were shelved in the right places, and tags were easy to find and read. An all around good trip.

This Walmart has very competitive food prices. I lived in Sparks and Reno, where all the prices are higher. Ground beef here is generally $2 a pound in the 10 pound roll. I enclosed the picture!

Fallon Walmart is definitely under staffed, after stopping the greeter lady on her way back up for help it took 25 minutes and still no response to her call for help. I went on a search for a employee. I stopped a young man Austin who was not on the floor, from back. But he did help me get a shelving unit down and carry it out. Thank you for your kind manner and helping.

Great I got all my money refunded after 4 40 tvs that did not work and king bed and frame never showed up at all..

There are never enough cashiers for the lanes, usually only 1 or 2 open out of 20 something WITH long lines. Always have to resort to self checkout. Also, the isles are ALWAYS full of pallets for restocking conjesting the isle for customers. Best to restock after hours since this is not a 24hour store.

This is store is usually busy and large. When compared to my usual Walmart it is a bit of a puzzle at first finding things but It has quite the selection. Choices that my local Walmart has if I order online and pick up.

Got our vaccines at Fallon Walmart today. Customer service was amazing. My only issue was why in Jesus name wasnt there more people scheduled? One pharmacists, really? Props to the pharmacy staff you all deserve a raise. You are front line heros!

Store is usually well stocked but employees are rude and tend to stock during the busiest times of day as opposed to night time when there are less customers. Walmart has really gone down hill...20 years ago they had it figured out...now I try to avoid going if I can

I went later in the evening so it wasnt packed full of people. Staff were helpful for the most part. I had to wait for 20 minutes to receive assistance in the electric department, and had to actually walk up front to ask the lady at the register if she could radio somebody to assist me. That was a little frustrating but it wasnt my worst experience at a Walmart by any stretch. Ill shop there again but will try to do it either early in the morning or later in the evening as I really dislike how packed it is for the majority of the day.

This Walmart very clean, freindly, produce looked great, convenient to many other businesses.

This Walmart has reached an all time low. As mentioned in other reviews, there is only 1 cashier open in the mornings. More attention is given to those who do not even come into the store, guess its easier when not face to face. Personal shoppers clogging up isles. Not properly stocked and always being done during regular shopping hours. No customer service. Friday before Memorial weekend they were selling old dried up corn on the cob . Walmart should be ashamed.

Was a tad disappointed the closed down the McDonalds since my grandson wanted nuggies. But store is always well stocked just wish they had all these new food items we see coming out at other stores.

For every one person with a mask on, 20 didnt have one on. No handsanitzer. This store acts as if there is no pandemic. Business as usual. Will travel 2 hours away to go to Target.

Employees standing out front while there is zero carts inside the building. This is the normal operating procedure here though, customers are expected to bring a cart in from the parking lot. Then once you are in there is the sour faces of the yellow vest wearing employees who are too busy talking to each other to help a customer. I wont name names but there is a certain group of ladies who are rude and have zero customer service skill. How is it they get the yellow vest? Isnt it some kind of manager position? Anyway, this store is lacking overall and in need of proper management

Everything was great except whole families would walk in not wearing masks everywhere we looked people werent wearing them and associates would just shrug when people not wearing them would come in

Time was, when I preferred to go to Wallyworld because I could get what I wanted or needed and at a reasonable price... Not any more.... Id rather go elsewhere and pay a little more and KNOW I am going to get what I want or need..... Unless you folk are financially strapped, go elsewhere for a higher quality of goods.....

If I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT SHOP HERE!I live out of state & my fixed income parents live in Fallon. They purchased a gift card for me for Christmas and as I am just getting to it, it is kicking back as invalid.I called the store and talked to an employee, who was of NO HELP AT ALL. She said even with an original receipt they MIGHT be able to help me. What??!!So I came to the conclusion that, when operating with gift cards, Walmart is in the business of scamming people. DO NOT PURCHASE GIFT CARDS HERE (or anything for that matter)! Theyll take your money & if you have an issue activating it they will tell you there is nothing they can do.Take your money to a local joint despite paying a bit more & stop feeding the Walmart giant that is in the business of scamming people.

Not a big fan of this store. Set up backwards to most Walmarts I have ever shopped at. The isle signage was poor at best. I am still not sure if it even has a candy isle. Spent a lot of time wandering back and forth looking for things. Then to top it off both water dispensing machines were in need of repair. Unfortunately this is my closest Walmart at 100 miles, but I will drive right by to another one in Carson City or Sparks next time.

It was very clean compared to other Walmarts Ive been too. That was a welcoming sight for me. It seemed like prices was higher than other ones Ive been to. For me I wouldnt mind my paying a little more for a clean enviroment.

Love this walmart, has it all and we got our covid 19 shot there.

We are running in our camper and stayed the night parked in the lot. It is so convenient to run into the store and pick up fresh ground beef or chicken or even hit up Mceedees for a sandwich or dip cone. Yes I said dip cone. My wife was amazed they had her dip cone in the McDonalds. The staff is friendly here and the atmosphere is sort of laid back. I sware I was serenaded to sleep by someone playing a guitar. Could I have been dreaming? Anyway it did seem more relaxing here than it has been at other Walmarts, and the dip cone sealed the deal!😀

Even in these difficult times this store still has discourteous, unknowledgable staff. When we encounter friendly, helpful employees, we make it a point to share their great service to us with not only store management, but Bentonville main office personnel as well. This store could really improve and be a shining example of small community top notch shopping experience for sure.

Got my Moderna shot today, most gentle nurse ever! So glad I went there for my appointment.

To my surprise people werent very friendly customers and Associates @ employees The young lady advised me that they didnt have the tires my car needed day would have to order them and reschedule me for 7 days out which surprised me so I agreed to the appointment. I stayed home for the week when I went for the appointment the automotive department at the time of my first visit did not write down the information I gave her in the first visit make and model & tire size .I was so disappointed I chose to go somewhere else and purchased my tires for my automobile. The associate that scheduled my appointment also gave me the bad news she wasnt very apologetic nor did she care she should had in my opinion . For these Reasons Im not satisfied with this location automotive department
