I made an appointment through their app to get the covid vaccine, got my confirmation email and on my Walgreens app, got there 15 minutes early and after waiting for the 2 ladies to get done playing with a stuffed animal to wait on me I was told I didnt have any appointment scheduled. When I told her I had made it that morning she looked again, said no, nothing there. She asked for a confirmation code so I showed her my email, I got thats strange, but we dont have any vaccine left, come back tomorrow as a walk in. I told her I had an appointment and shouldnt have to come back as a walk in. When I got home and called customer service she found my appointment just fine, couldnt understand why I couldnt get waited on.

Is always fun to browse in Walgreens, and the people are always so nice to me. I can always find something fun or tasty or healthy here.

The clerk, with dark hair and glasses who works Wednesday afternoons, asked for my ID and then refused to sell me some beer because my ID looked fake and the photo on it seemed off to her. She said this in front of other customers and when I showed an alternative ID, she still refused to sell me. She refused to be reasonable and to listen to me. She also told me to leave and to go across the street. She was very rude and went from being somewhat professional to very unprofessional. Also I asked to see a manager and she said she was the manager. She shouldn’t be working here.

Went to check on flu shots

Requested a prescription(s) re-fill a week ago, kept being told after waiting in drive thru on several occasions that they would be ready tomorrow. Still waiting. Long, slow drive thru. Tried calling several times, just get put on hold. Dismal customer service. Apparently the pharmacy has inadequate staffing; without the necessary training to conduct business in a way that meets their customers requirements for medically necessary products.

I made an appointment to get the flu vaccine on their website for 1:30. When I arrived at 1:20, I was informed that they refuse to take appointments and would not see me since they close for their lunch at 1:30. There was no mention of their unique hours in my booking of the appointment through the Walgreens website. Dont waste your time with their useless online appointments, just go elsewhere.

Nice lady, but only one person could fill prescriptions. I was told 20 min and waited a hour.

I had my daughter pick up the medication i literally waited 6hrs from being on hold, to processing slowly to not communicating to the patient whats going on, so Im left with sending herto the drive thru by 6:30. They close at 7, this odd after being put on hold another 13mins an getting disconnected cuz i kept getting put on hold no matter what most the time. Im having a panic attack unfortunately by then an the woman I will not say because I know her an still have love for her but angered at how she slammed my meds in the drive thru container an walked away. It is not our fault it was not proccesed till 15mins before your shift was up. Although all requests etc were turned in hours before hand. Im disappointed because I went cuz I felt comfortable. We all have bad days, but dont take it out on a customer:( Wasnt her or my fault. Work on communicating, calling back patients so they are not bothering you an they know whats going on..Call if there are problems so the patient knows especially after its told to you everything is good be ready for pick up from the pharmacist, then no texts tosay plans changed an try to fix it when doc offices are still open. Sorry for the rant. Alot of issues lately I never had before but this last one was it :( I hope things get better..

The ABSOLUTE WORST customer service in the pharmacy I have EVER experienced. They need to get their act together! Wont let my daughter ever go there again!

Walgreens pharmacy has a wonderful lady whos name is Arlene is the best she gets the job done. She always goes the extra mile!!

The same old familiar store. Usually items. Pharmacy hours are not the same as the store. Closes by 7 weekdays and 6 on weekends.
