Woke up this morning with a flat that had me extremely stressed out. They were able to fit me in and get my tire patched in about 20 minutes. Great and kind service!

Took my truck here a few months ago after new management took over, they did the work I asked for but I received a call from them AFTER bringing my truck home, receptionist asked can you bring your truck back our mechanic might have left a tool in your truck this place use to show you the work they did afterwards now they dont. Make matters worse my truck sat all day and I had to call only for the receptionist to say I was about to call you.My roommate took her vehicle here they failed to call by the time they stated, she had to call them. She asked for certain things and they forgot to do the one thing she asked. Place has gone down hill. Im looking for new place to take my vehicle from now on. 👎🏼

Had my truck tires rotated here. I think this place is under new management? All clean and painted. New employees too. Service was good.

These people go out of their way to make the customer happy that dont mind a little extra hard work to give the customers the best product Ive done a lot of business with them just because theyre good local people going out of the way just like they would for their own family to make sure you get a good deal and the best product I like that cant get that at Les Schwab

I caught a nail in my tire driving Highway 50, about 30 min outside of Fallon, NV. I called Les Schwab, explained my situation and they told me it would be a several hour wait for them to get me in. So I called C Bar R Tire Pros and they said they would get me in immediately. I slapped on my donut and headed over. The staff was very kind and they got to work right away to patch my tire. While one staff member was patching my tire another was taking off the spare and meticulously putting it back in my trunk (instead of just throwing it in the back) while organizing my tools. I was very impressed! They put my tire back on, Torqued it down, I paid a fair price, and I was on my merry way. I’ve driven over 1,500 miles since then and it has held nicely. Very impressed, would recommend they’re services to anyone.

I had two new tires installed on my van. Reasonably priced, and less expensive than the local competitors. They had me in and out in about 45 minutes.

Well after calling and ordering tires a day in advance for 2 separate orders they only ordered 1, it just so happened that one of the vehicles blew a rod, so I no longer needed them tires but the other set they didnt order! After dropping off the one set that I needed and they didnt order it took me 2 hours to call them back to see if my 2 tires had been replaced....well I was on hold for about 12 minutes until I hung up. . 15 minutes later I called again and they were just about to call me they said. They had nontiresfor my rims so I had to drive way out of my way to go find some tires for them to put on so I did and every one of them were clueless as to what the issue was, no did they even know about my tires that I had dropped off, and that they forgot to order them, and its now nearly 5pm I dropped them off at 105pm..needless to say I wont be returning any of my business to them again...idk if its just a bad day for everyone working there or if this is how they operate ...completely disappointed.

I’ve taken two of my cars to C bar R, and every time it’s been a great experience. Everyone has been really helpful, not just the people behind the counter. You just feel like they really do try to do what they can to take care of their customers.

Top notch service! Very honest! Quality work! I dont regularly take my vehicles to mechanics. Too many bad experiences with dishonesty and bad quality. The few times that I have, Ive gotten a laundry list of unnecessary repairs. This is the first time in years Ive been able to truly trust a business like this. Steve and his staff are very honest about what needs to be fixed, what it will cost, and how long it will take. Their system of taking videos and pictures of whats wrong was also a huge selling point. Dont be surprised if things take longer though. A top notch business like this gets A LOT of business, but its worth it to get your repairs done right. This is the only business Ill ever take my vehicles to now!

I took my car here to get 4 new tires mounted which took about an hour. Not bad timing. When my car was ready they informed me that they had to replace the valve stems with longer ones. I originally had steel stems and they replaced them with rubber ones. They charged me 2.50 for each one, which whatever, but if your gonna change something without talking to me first make sure you offer the same or better. I drove my car over the weekend and noticed vibrations from the tires so I took the car back on Monday. They rebalanced the tires free of charge. However, Im still feeling the vibrations and shaking in my steering wheel. My alignment is off now too. I noticed on the receipts from Friday and Monday that there were recommendations. Fridays receipt said my front brakes were at 6mm and rear brakes at 4mm. Mondays receipt said my front brakes were at 4mm and rear brakes were at 8mm and recommended getting the front brakes changed soon. Funny how I drive my car maybe 10 miles over the weekend and such a drastic change in my brakes occurred, one getting miraculously better. I wont be bringing my car back here again. Now, I have to take my car some place else to make sure the tires are good. For the 3rd time. Aggravating. Very nice staff but the quality of work is garbage and suspicious. Do yourself a favor and just pay the little extra at les schwab to take care of your tire needs.

Had alot of good recomendations from people to go here. I can say that none were lies. Needed new tires in a size i have been having a hard time finding. So i gave it a try. Soon as i walked in there was someone to help me. Got new tires installed, balanced, and all for a great price. Also got a list of some other small things that were wrong. They didnt replace anything i didnt ask for, and i will soon be back for then to fix the minor issues they pointed out to me.

While driving my daughters car cross country, the rear tire developed a slow leak during my quick stay in Fallon. I called C bar tire and they quickly and efficiently fixed what turned out to be two nails. Very professional service, they even checked all the other tires as well, getting me back on the road safely.

Got all four of my tires change today and they were friendly and awesome, good pricing too.

Good service, honest folks, be aware they dont mask or follow CDC guidelines, however.

I came to C Bar R, because I got a flat on my truck and the tire had to be replaced.. Couldnt be fixed.They gave me the cheapest quote for a 37 inch (quality name brand) tire, and that includes many places in Reno.I was so pleased with the service and the people at C Bar R, that I think I may have found the last tire shop Ill be going to.***** For you all with oversized tires******This is the only tire shop Ive been to out of 6 that have been able to balance my 37 tires. They have made it so I dont have any shaking from my tires while driving. from 0 - 85 mph so far and no shaking whatsoever. Im impressed

I understand its busy for them,but they should have a person available to at least take a quick look to get some kind of idea of the problem or a estimate.

In the spring of 2017 we were driving back to Northern California from what I would describe as a a not fun trip for some not fun business. Near Walker Lake around 5pm on a Friday one of our tires blew out. My boyfriend was confident we could make the next 300 miles on a spare ... I was not. Even though it felt hopeless because we were in the middle of nowhere on a Friday near 5pm I started calling around. Someone picked up at C - R and even though they closed at 6 and we were at least an hour & half away they stayed and waited for us. When we arrived and it was just one guy who very nicely waited for the start of his weekend to help us get home. He replaced our spare and also let us know that our other front tire was worn and needed replacing too. The price was extremely reasonable considering they were our obi wan only hope and could have charged whatever they wanted. I was also able to see from some things on the wall how involved they are in their community and I really appreciate that as well. Its coming up on 2 years since this experience but its one I wont ever forget. (Also I said I never write reviews but I would for you and I want to keep my promise). Hope you all are well.

Wow, these folks really stepped up during the lock-down. I was driving a diesel bus with weak glow-plugs and it wouldnt start on a cold morning. I needed some starter fluid, and these folks (not an auto parts store) were across the street from Motel 6 where I over-nighted. The guy thought he had a spray can but couldnt find it after twenty minutes hunting . . . so using their account they called to have NAPA deliver a can. Then he remembered where his was, got it and sold it to me at cost for 6 bucks. A half hour of shop time is worth at least $45, so what a bargain. Thanks CBR and if my experience is indicative of their customer service you residents in Fallon need to patronize C Bar R.

Had a trailer tire blow out on east bound I-80 west of Reno. Checked reviews and C Bar R Tire Pros were rated the best. The ratings are accurate. They put a new tire on the one that blew out and said we should go ahead an drive with the spare, as it had never been used, an was in good condition. Home was still 10 hrs away. We made it without any further problems.Thank you C Bar R Tire Pros you were awesome.

Great fast service every time

I could not reccomend this place higher. If I lived in Fallon they would have my business for life. I was passing through on a roadtrip from boston to cali and encountered some automotive trouble out in moab. I got completely swindled by the last auto shop and just brought it in to C Bar R for a quick tire rotation to get me on the road but they saw what was really wrong with my car. They did the rotation and Steve took the time to help me understand the mechanics of my vehicle and what I would need to do once I arrived at my final destination. Vivian gave me referrals to auto shops in my new home town and Steve even offered to talk to my new technician to explain what they had found.As if that wasnt enough, I have already driven away and Vivian called to tell me I left my vest there and she is mailing it to me.They truly went above and beyond. Not only were they friendly and helpful and affordable but trustworthy and just all around good people. They were the bright light in an otherwise difficult situation and one of the highlights of my entire roadtrip. Thanks again guys!

Place is a joke. 15 min wait took 2 and a half hours. Who even charges 45$ to mount 2 tires??? I will never go back and wont even send anyone I know there!

They always say your ball joints are bad. After everything being performed. Went to have tires put on and of course they said my ball joints were bad. Didnt mention my brake pads were shot.
