Took my daughter here today for braids and Woozie was so nice and friendly to me and my daughter and did my daughter’s hair beautifully! She was very patient with my 2 year old and didn’t rush through her braids even though she was starting to get antsy at the end. We’ll definitely be back!

I came to Woozies to have my 8 yr old daughters hair cut and styled. Ive been looking for someone who could work with textured hair because it is hard to find a good one in the Newport area. Woozie was amazing and affordable. She made my daughter feel so comfortable and inclusive in every step of the process. They say you get what you pay for well in this case we got MORE! The salon is clean and sanitized between customers. Woozie was helpful in consulting with me on my style and my braids were neat and lasted long. I was very happy with my style and it was a great first braiding experience. The salon and stylists are professional while keeping it laid back and friendly.

Woozie is very professional and personable! She is the best hair stylist in fall river and i’m glad she was recommended to me. Her prices are very cheap and shes very accommodating! If you don’t like what she’s done she will fix it until you both are happy with the results. As an African American with kinky hair I’ve never had someone who knew how to do my hair in this city nor the surrounding cities. I’m very glad that i am able to walk out of a salon and finally like what is done to my head. I’ve been going here for about a year now and I don’t see myself ever going anywhere else.
