I saw the sign listed as a $25 oil change and was interested, however if it seems to good to be true it probably is. I had taken my car to this location and told them synthetic oil when asked, however they had put regular and then closed without fixing it. I had researched and found that this isn’t a huge issue however it’s not great for your car. Today I went to a different auto shop and got another oil change, they told me that it look as if my oil had not been changed or that they used dirty oil. Take from my experience and pay more to make sure it’s done right. Extremely unhappy with this experience

Work was done quickly and very inexpensive compared to other auto repairs in the area. Paid $80 less then quoted down the street from them!!

HORRIBLE SERVICE! Cant even do a simple brake pad and rotors replacement. Gave them 2 rotors and 4 sets of pads and still got charged $400 to end up with squishy and squeaking brakes. One of my wheels was missing 2 lug nuts and didnt find out till I inspected the wheel cause it felt like my tire was going to fall off on the highway, couldve killed myself due to their stupidity..not to mention I bought a new caliper off them for $130 and they kept my old bracket and spray painted it so it can look new. Do not trust these street rats they clearly dont know what their doing, felt like the girl at the front desk tightened them by hand and wont even bleed you brake line unless you tell them to so. Unless your looking for a bunch more car problems and an empty wallet I suggest you go somewhere else or do it yourself, wouldnt even go there for free.

Stay away, they have no knowledge and experience, they will just keep charging you to replace good parts on your car until you say I cant spend no more then you leave after spending couple thousands for nothing and the car issue still there

Very dishonest people. I inquired about a potential upcoming routine maintenance for my car, which the woman checked during my visit. Told me I needed new replacements which totaled well over the 500 mark.So I brought my car to the dealership to do the work. The mechanic at the dealership tells me that I am still good with those particular parts. He tells me I probably have another 25k miles to go before I need to replace those particular parts.Im glad I didnt listen to the people at JC Performance. To anyone reading this, dont take a chance on this business. Small business owners willing to stick it to an unwary customer for hundreds and hundreds of dollars if they can get away with it should be left wither and fade away with all of the other disreputable businesses on the trash heap of history.

Dont take your expensive cars there like a Mercedes Benz, Bmw, Audi nothing European cars! i have a 06 mercedes benz and my fan kept on coming on constantly and i was pregnant about to go into labor in a week i told him i dont have much money! if the work will be over 1000 i cant do it! dont me with 600 is fine! ended up fixing my car and putting parts that didnt need, found out he repair my parts with tape and has no clue about european cars! took it to the mercedes benz to rreset my car because he messed it up and charge him 200.00 for it and charged me that! my car was there for a month and charged me 1600 for the fix of my car! knowing i dont have money right now and just had a baby and wasnt working! they are rip offs dont go there! there no good! not to remind you i didnt make a payment for 2weeks and they showed up to my house for the money! they are insane!!!!!!!
