Nice store, but a little run down. The sales representatives were nice, but they could not meet our needs as we needed a mattress sooner than the 7-10 day delivery they offered.

This place will no longer exist. Store will be closed on february 5 2020. Store at Plaza Carolina still on the mall.

The worst customer service Ive ever seen! I find myself going anywhere but this store if i need to buy something. Today I had to go because I needed a vacuum cleaner part only they sell. I found it on the shelf and went to the cash register to buy it. The cashier finished with the person in front of me then walked away! I thought she needed to put something back on the shelf but that wasnt the case. She just left and didnt come back! I looked all over the store to find a cash register but there was nobody around to use one anyway. I finally had to go to the customer service desk in the back of the store and ask if someone would sell me the part. This kind of thing happens every time I go there. Terrible Store!

It is no wonder the store is going out of business. Both items we purchased, a hose and a cordless screwdriver, broke within the first week of use!
