(This is for the food truck.) The custard is good, but the hair in my custard wasn’t. I noticed a hair sticking to the styrofoam cup and started to pull it away, only to find that it was coiled deep inside my custard. I had only walked three feet from the window so I immediately went back and asked for a new custard since “this one has a hair in it.” The woman at the counter stared at me and asked “what’s wrong with it?” And I said again, “there is a literal hair in it.” (Which matched perfectly with the woman scooping the custard who had long hair not in a net.) They gave me a new cup without even an apology for the gross experience of almost eating another human’s hair. Won’t be back.

The whole experience was awful from the long long wait at the drive thru to the very unfriendly guy who took the order and the whole sundae tasted horrible right down to the very hard pieces of something not related to ice cream left at the bottom of the dish. I think they used the cup as an ash tray before using it to make a turtle sundae in. And if you are not going to put cherries in the turtle sundae then dont advertise that you do because I paid for those cherries that I never got!

Ordered for delivery. East Coast Custard has a great product. Just I wouldnt get delivery again. By the time it arrived, already melting and running down the cup, the bag was ripped because they were leaking.

The custard is delicious, and even though there are only a few standard flavors, mix-ins are available to enhance the treat. There is no seating inside, but there is a patio outside if you want to park and eat there, and there is also a drive through. The prices are very reasonable, and the staff is friendly and quickly serves your order.

So many delicious options....and dont sleep on the hot pretzels! I got a strawberry shortcake that was *chefs kiss*.

The ice cream was yummy, but it was kinda pricey, for 3 childrens hit fudge sandays it was $13.00!

Wil give a 2 star because I love the ice cream there but will say the older women working drive-thru was just rude and when she asked a simple question I was asking my kid and she raised her voice asking the question again as if someone didnt understand it the first time I come to this place quite a bit and have never had a bad experience but if shes a manager or the owner would hate to keep giving her my business with that bad customer service

East Coast easily has the best ice cream in town. Their selection of flavors is quite high and I have yet to be disappointed with any of them. Their concretes are one of their best items. You can mix in almost anything and its all fairly priced. I can also recommend their fudge brownie sundae, which is my personal favorite. I have no doubt you wont be disappointed.

Same great Custard. The parking lot can be a zoo during busy times but if you park at the adjacent lot or on the street, you can avoid the hassle.

It is good but I was disappointed when the strawberry cheesecake pint had almost no cheesecake taste to it.

I ordered and paid for a chilli dog; however, it didnt have any chilli on it. Just ketchup, mustard, and relish. I didnt t know it until I arrived home. Too tired to go back.

Although they moved locations, East Coast Custard is a definite go-to for our family! They have such a variety of ice cream and their shakes are SO GOOD. They have a little outdoor patio to sit and eat your ice cream. They have this little merry go round my daughter loves to go on!!

Sometimes there is a line, but its worth the wait. Staff is always friendly and will let u sample the custard if you ask. Sometimes when I get a Sunday its in a cup that is a bit too small but its whatever. Great place for good times.

We love East Coast Frozen Custard! Whether just stopping in for dessert or picking up quarts/half gallons for at home, you cant beet the selection, specialty flavors, or quality of their product. Staff is always helpful and does their best to keep up with the demand. The cafe mocha shake is incredible and the banana split is highly recommended!

East Coast Custard is a cute little ice cream shop. Their sundaes are pretty good and their signature East Coast Custard is popular for a reason. Their ice cream does seem to melt inordinately fast for some reason, but their service and selection are solid.

Excellent custard. Great owners and workers. Am so sorry they were forced to move from their previous location. Yet although farther away now we still make the trip. Well worth it.

Good ice cream, but every single time we have came, most of the workers are so rude. I also saw a guy walking up towards the order window once, and the window got slammed in his face. A simple, “I’ll be right with you, sir,” would have sufficed.

Wow. This place has the best ice cream in Northeast Ohio. Yes theres Honey Hut, Mitchells, Zero Zest, etc. but East Coast is delicious and always my #1 choice.

Ive always loved their birthday cake concrete and buckeye concrete but now I cant have too much sugar. I had their sugar free raspberry frozen yogurt. It was delicious. Sooo good. I wish they had more sugar free options but this is the only ice cream place around that does so Im thankful for that.

Photo speaks for itself. I know I ordered and paid for extra marshmallow cream. I wasnt aware that the cream was a liquid. Could not leave and go home to eat. It dripped out of the container as the server handed it to me. I didnt brother even attempting to go to my car with it. Had to ask for a bag. This picture with the banana, cherries and ice cream moved to top of cantainer, shows the whole bottom half with a liquid mess. Not even milk shake thickness.Trying to sit down at the outside tables was extremely hard with the seats being locked down.There was some good flavor in the product, but not worth me taking a break from my diet. Threw 80% of it out. Ate the banana and cherries.

Service, while bordering on unfriendly was quick given the volume. The outside seating area needed a good powerwash, but we were there very late in the day. And the metal chairs are not at all comfortable. I was particularly happy they have a fat-free, sugar-free option.

I love the variety of flavors. They also have frozen yogurt in various flavors and daily flavors. You can buy quarts to go. There is a drive-thru. Whipped cream doesnt come on a regular sundae-?, I dont like that. However, it is the BEST ice cream place around!

New location...same Wonderful flavors like Story Road Crunch and Mango yogurt. For the kids there is a mini carousel. Lots of metal patio chair seating. Two windows keeps the lines down staffed by very friendly teenagers. Definitely recommend stopping by to get my fav Mini concrete made with creamy vanilla custard and Heath crunch... yummy!

I had the butter pecan custard it was phenomenal I really like East coast custard I originally saw them on the food Network channel and Im glad I got to go.The young man at the drive-thru was extremely helpful with checking for artificial dyes for me so that my little boy could have some and enjoy custard for the first time. its a place you got to go to to experience some really good custard you cant call it ice cream its definitely custard enjoy!

Custard is so good. It is a softer ice cream in scoop form. I got chocolate peanut butter, it was one of their daily specials. I would definitely go back again. Tomorrow they have spamoni flavor...I want...I need....😍

It was okay. Granted-We had an order for 7 people but it was mostly melted by the time we received it. We had banana split milkshakes. It may have been better if we had a smaller order or someone on the staff helped the guy out.

Ive been going to East Coast Custard for many years, I dont think theres anything bad about them. They are almost always jamming. They a lot to choose from, and their prices are very reasonable. So, be adventurous, and try things.

Disappointed with concrete treat. Its advertised that you need a shovel to eat. Not even close, we could have used a straw. Our 4 concretes were very loose and extremely soft... none of them even resembled the pictures or written description on web page.
