The gentleman that helped me (I forgot his name, I want to say Alex, he is bilingual) was the best. I had lost my phone, he helped me get a new one the same day, even helped me figure out how to get the best deal with my military benefits. Would definitely recommend talking to him for all of your phone needs. Guy should be a a store leader, was also impressed with how well he was able to explain everything to me, since some things didnt make sense at first.

A longtime T-Mobile customer, I wanted a to get several T-Mobile services within a reasonable budget. I went to another location and was basically told that the things I was asking for were not possible (unless I got an expensive post-paid plan). So I went to this location and was able to get all of the things that I wanted- no hassles. Zayvion and Jaisi were able to get me set up with everything I wanted and well within my budget. The associates at this location were courteous and friendly with the customers and took care of us, even though there are a lot of us. Im thoroughly pleased with my experience at this store.

Lauren was beyond amazing. She dealt with us for two days trying to switch over our service, and get us our phones we wanted . the store did not have any phones in stock and she traveled to another location the next day before her shift to make she we were able to start our service. Everyone at this location was super friendly! very clean location with sanitizing stations at all tables. thank you again lauren you were great !

Attention!Be careful with T-mobile. Company sales are bunch of liars then you come to the store and fine the most disrespectful customers reps. I was promised to get two iPhone 12 Pro with trade in and given a price. The I can’t to the store to do what I was told to do, he read the notes then spend 30 minutes making phone calls and told me he will take care of everything then came back giving a totally different price and advising me to return everything and go to another company. That was after 5 days of going back and forth with this company. According to that rep in Westgate store he got 4-5 situation like me being lied by T-Mobile sales.

Best customer service I’ve encountered at a T-mobile store. The other location that was a Sprint store & switched to a T-mobile store was awful! Walked in for help with my iPhone before they closed, and waited for over 5 min. for any one of the 3 employees that were working there to acknowledge me, they never did! No other customers were even in the store! As I was leaving the parking lot I saw the other store and when I walked in I was immediately greeted by an employee. They figured out my problem within minutes of helping me. Now I always go there for any of my issues & new phones.

Very friendly guys that work here. Too bad the attention to detail does not match. Since this store seems to have almost nothing in stock, they had to order my new phone and have it delivered. Two days later my pink phone shows up. Only I did not order a pink phone. Take it up to the store (where the mistake was made), only to be told I have to call and take it up with customer service myself. I am now on hold with customer service, average hold time of 30 minutes says the robot attendant. Awesome 1,300 bucks I am spending here. Way to go T-Mobile, yet again reliably unreliable. Customer for over 13 years. This feels about right. And still trying to figure out why I also received a text when I left the store that says my 360 protection has been removed. I did not make that change. Icing on the cake. What a joke.

Really bad customer service at this location. All I needed was a phone number change I felt interrogated asked why I needed it the guy like demanded an answer from me? I mentioned my information was coming promised by a scammer and the guy kept giving me bank information advice that I didn’t ask for ???? I didn’t know the pin to the account and I had to find it, he gave me a further Attitude about it. I found the pin while still in the store but left and went to the north Olmsted store. They are so much more helpful I will never go back to this location. I felt so uncomfortable even being the store. How sad.

It has always a good experience here. Very polite and help fix things until it is done. Highly recommend to come here if you have any problems/questions. They help like your problem is their problem. I had T-Mobile service for about a year. I went into this store to cancel my service in June of 2018 because I was moving somewhere where their service was not good enough. The worker there told me that once my number was ported to my new carrier that my service would be automatically cancelled and I would receive my final bill.Then I get a call from a colletion agency in February of 2019 about a past due balance, and I found out that my service was never cancelled and I was being billed for that time. I called up T-Mobile and had them finally cancel my account (9 months after they were supposed to) I paid $160 and was told that was the remaining balance.Then I get another call from another collection agency in June of 2019, a year after my service was supposed to be cancelled, saying I owed another $120. Turns out T-Mobile failed to tell me that the $160 was for service only and I still owed money on the phones.This was all supposed to be taken care of in June of 2018, yet they managed to drag it out for a year and have it go to collection because I never received the final bill. I never got the bill because, on top of moving 3 weeks after switching carriers, they sent it to the wrong address. They used the address I had when I started service and not what was my address at the time, where I had received all other mail up to that point.I had their service and loved it. Then I had to cancel it because of their poor coverage and they managed to do everything wrong and cost me a lot of time, money, and even my credit in the process.

I have been a Verizon customer for over 12 years. I walked into this particular store with MANY questions. I was very much concerned about T-Mobile service in comparison to Verizon. The salesperson that I dealt with was Eddie. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, answered all of my questions, and most of all was not pushy in any way. I felt comfortable and confident after speaking with Eddie. He went above and beyond the call of duty. I will be coming back to the store adding more lines and recommending all my friends and family to see Eddie. Thank you for superior level of customer service!

One of the worst experiences where this store try very hard not to get new activations or extra work, to help you. Went couple days ago for a trade in option, store associate checked for physical damage on the phone, watermarks sensors were fine and never mentioned anything about home button cuz was a hardware issue no physical damage, next day when I went to complete the activation the same phone was not acceptable for trade in. Store manager at this location instead of listening to your question and explanation on trade in program was trying hard to shut you down and providing big zero customer assistance.Don’t waste time at this store rather try another store cuz online is disaster as well.

The associate here sold my boyfriend and I on a free tablet (you just have to pay taxes). I get my bill and notice that not only are we now on a 2-year payment plan for $264 total, the line has a $15/month data plan. Jasmin repeatedly said free, you just have to pay taxes, sped me through the forms without giving me a chance to read before signing, and never mentioned any of this. I guess this is on me, but I thought T-Mobile was the one carrier that WASNT always pulling stuff like this so I was off-guard (never had an experience like this at any other location). Very disappointed, will not return to this location.

The stuff do not know about what thy are doing!I went to pay a bill for a friend and the staff confirm that the line is active and later on found out that the line in cancelled last year!!! and they refused to refund my money back although it is their mistake that they accept a payment for a cancelled account!!!horrible stuff and horrible company!!one of the worse customer service ever that I had to deal with !!!I regret dealing with you T-mobile !!Shame on you! you have no respect to your customer have no care about your customers! shame on you !
