Friendly staff. They didnt have a jacket for my daughter in her size so they were nice enough to check others stores and ordered one from the company to be delivered to our house. They are very helpful.

Lots of customers when I arrived. Got into line to wait my turn having a online order for pickup. An associate noticed I had my phone in hand, she came over and asked my name I told he, she left for one minute. Coming back with my order in hand, she verified my ID and I was done and out the door. Thanks to her I didnt even have to reach register to pickup order. Thanks for the great service.

Hot Topic always has someone offering assistance, they have so much in those tiny stores, but more womens 2x-3x would be good the XL is closer to a medium.

I always love going to hottopic, they have super cute clothes and really nice perfumes. I also love all of the nightmare before Christmas gear they have!

My Granddaughter Alea and I stopped by Hot Topic to look around and she was so excited! She bought Demon Slayer T-shirts, Night Before Christmas Lunch Bag, a Ramen Noodle Bowl, etc.!

I have always gotten my band tees from Hot Topic, but the manager on duty the day we were there was unbelievably rude. Look people, if you dont want to deal with the public, find another job. If I ask a simple question, dont roll your eyes at me like Im the rude one. This is your job!

Best cashier and helpers! Helped me find exactly what I needed no matter how long it took! Extremely nice workers that tell you exactly what the best deals are and what to do to get them! Definitely worth coming to this store.

Went to go get an order pickup and the two people closing didn’t even acknowledge that we were in the store and just kept talking to each other. Once I told her my first and last name she went and got my order. We stayed in the shop for a minute to look at a shirt and I guess they thought we left as they continued to make fun of my last name??? Please grow up and be a decent human being. Didn’t catch their names but the girl had brown short hair and they were working the nighttime shift on 12/2. Please do better.

This place is great. Between Hot Topic and BoxLunch, theyve always got the nerd in your life taken care of. I only wish they had more sizes available in store, especially when it comes to plus sizes.

Not enough elbow room, music is too loud, always has been. I like the fact I can find something unusual there if I wanted it.

Cade and Fynn were incredibly helpful to me and my mother today! Their customer service went above and beyond to help us find the certain BTS merchandise with no hassle at all. They even went to the back during their busiest hours on a holiday Saturday To check their inventory in the back. We would have been SO lost without them today!The greeter In a rainbow mask was so sweet too! Although I didn’t catch their name, they deserve a compliment as well.Overall: Great energy in here for their customers. I appreciated their cheerfulness (as a Store Manager myself I know holidays wear people out!)

People give current Hot Topic a bad name compared to what it was in the early 2000s and 90s but its not bad just different. Hot Topic in 2020 is just Boxlunch with dark mode turned on. Friendly customer service and a decent selection.

Glad the mall near me has a hot topic. Altho I dont care for current fare (Disney and funko figures), I go there for the jewelry and makeup and clearance. I remember when hot topic was gothic lol.Extended sizes are available online. Its rare to see a size 13 or even a 15 in the store. I was able to snag a MCR backpack for 60% off so that was cool 😁

Awesome staff at hot topic the staff is super friendly. Never have any issues with anyone over there and great selection. And the manager and the staff are excellent and when I needed help they were there to assist me and very friendly and knowledgeable. I will recommend any one go over there.

I’ve always loved going to hot topic since I was a kid. Now I’m taking my kids there and let me tell u the prices are a little outrageous. For one Transylvania surprise box, was 6.99 or 7.99. Wow this struck me everything is too over priced. Said there was a sale 30 percent off everything in the store. Not true the things I bought for my lil guy we’re not on sale nor the things my 13 year old bought. Although we were of course asked if we needed anything and told what things were supposed to be on sale, the register service was terrible. We stood in line for literally 20 minutes I had three people in front of me who didn’t have but few items each. There was two check out lanes and still stood for twenty minutes. Very unhappy with the whole experience. Love hot topic items but not at the prices and the terrible service.

Seems like a pretty Gothic store, and, dont get me wrong, they do have some Gothic stuff if thats what youre into, but theyve also got such a wide variety!Stranger things, Friends, Disney, spongebob, etc. Its a fun place!

Helpful staff

Messy, unorganized visual marketing. Staff were quick to greet us multiple times (annoyingly) but when it came to checkout, we spent 20 minutes in line with 2 items while customers at the register continued to shop, holding up the line with an inattentive clerk. Bad experience on a Sunday afternoon.

One of the worst experiences Ive had in the mall in a LOOONG time.I was told I COULD Use hot cash WITH the way the t-shirts were priced.. then after waiting in line for 20 min plus was told NOW--No I cannot use my hotcash on Certain t-shirts.. but since Im already getting two $10 shirts-- I can go get a 3rd for free since its 3 for $20.. THEN after getting out of line and going back thru it(another 20 min) Im now told the 3 for 20 doesnt work with the hot cash!?!--On top of all this BS, the small -Red Head- who was the one giving us conflicting info in the 1st place, has zero people skills, was Extremely Rude & Does Not seem to know what shes talking about from 1 minute to the next. AND she spoke to her co-workers in a disrespectful and demeaning Manor.

Friendly (and a bit scary) staff. This is a place where I can find all my favorite things from DC and Marvel to anime and Disney. I love it!

Stuff is such low quality

My friends and I went here for the buy two get one free sales. While the store was small and cramped and I know they had no control over the rude customers as there were lots of them, the employees seemed happy and willing to help. The prices were expensive even for the sales though and two of my friends had to leave due to being so stressed by how crowded it was and cramped. I love hot topic so I will go again. I just wish the store was larger and the prices were a little cheaper.

I love this store but, I got A new Slipknot Hoodie right before Xmas on discount and just a few days of wearing it, the pockets thread unraveled and one side of the front pocket is broken :( I still love the hoodie though.

Awesome store! Its the only store I have seen with the unique oversea items..like ghibli and anime. This is a store where you go to buy unique items, however, if you want something basic, I would go to another store. And its also on the expensive as well, although they have many sales and rare items!

I love the Disney items at Hot Topic; everything here is definitely overpriced, but rare to find. The employees at this location were rude and not helpful at all. This is a large store, so they have a variety of things.

I used to love shopping here. Most of what they carry now is crappie and their staff is not personable at all.
