Quinn the manager was on 10 out of 10 with customer service. Pure and genuine from greeting us when we walked in, to being patient with us while checking out. He is the manager. Kudos and blessings! Our visit occurred about 4pm -5pm, on Friday … which the store was pretty quiet. Good time to come to the mall without traffic.

I had Cortez R as a sales associate and when I say his customer service game is amazing!! He really made us feel like our business was wanted and appreciated, he was helping multiple parties but when he approached each party he gave his undivided attention! And tht was very appreciated! He didnt seem frustrated and was not making us feel rushed. You dont see this kind of customer service very often! So great Job Cortez R. Thank you for your phenomenal service!

Previously had a bad experience at this location however todays visit redeemed that ten fold. Friendly courteous staff ready to help. I got the traditional footlocker vibe during todays visit, Ive missed this so much. I love feeling good spending my money with a business that show they care.. keep up the good work!

I finally had to write a review about another example on why Americans are turning to online shopping. Retailers are not getting it! I have not bought shoes in a retail store in a few years now because they cant keep shoes in stock. My son went shopping today for shoes and they didnt have his sizes in stock. Amazon does and will be delivered in 2 days. If he doesnt like them he can return them for free. I hate to shop locally anymore because its a waste of my time. I dont see how they are even open anymore.

Awful service. Actually, thats not true. Lets call it no service. Employees were too busy talking to each other to bother helping me. The store was poorly lit, and merchandise was not well kept. You know, its funny...I came in looking for a premium sneaker experience, and I am underwhelmed. Got better service elsewhere....I mean, even that Macys had better service! Bought new sneakers there out of spite.

Service has been bad here for years.Super rude staff. Dont even know why I bother walking in anymore. I came in just looking around. When I asked to try on a few different pairs and sizes I got a lot of attitude from the employee. I wasnt digging her service so I got up, walked down to finish line about 100 steps away and bought 3 pairs because the service was amazing and friendly.

Never had a bad experience. Its a shoe store not sure what people expect if you need help just get someones attention there not rude there young and havent been taught proper service dont fault them fault management.

The people that work here are extremely rude. I’ve gone in a couple of times to get a head start on a shoe and the workers would always catch an attitude and make it seem like a big deal. One of their managers even started talking down on customers and questioning why they even want to buy shoes.

They were helpful but I saw 4 salesman with only one guy checking out. With this being time for kids getting their school shoes I can understand but I just felt that the salesman who werent helping customers should have help the cashier. The time it took for him to provide good customer service to each patron, caused the rest of the people checking out to wait alot long than necessary. I bought one pair when it was crowded. Then returned about 20 mins later to buy another pair and it took even longer with less people in the store. I do prefer to shop at Finishline.

Dont go here and purchase nothing and want to return it.. there is not enough money in the store to get your cash back... ...but they had no problem taking my money at time of purchase. Wasting my time and gas and money on this ....customers service couldnt care less... not apologists at all.....Bad business! Bad customer service.... they sinks!!!!!!!!

Went there once inquiring about some NMDs, decided to pass because they didnt have my size and the colorway choices was slim to none. However, when I said Id pass on purchase, and that Id get them elsewhere one of the workers said No you wont in a sarcastic rude tone. Not sure what power trip this dude is on, but they need to step their customer service game up bc ppl are flocking to Finishline and other shoe retailers. Plus their military discount policy is bogus.
