Love the smiles & pleasantries when we entered. Offered samples, which was very considerate & very helpful. Upon completing our purchase we learned that several stores in this area were closing this spring ... so sad to hear since we just found them! 😯 Loved the Have a blessed day! as we left.

Friendly staff and I usually leave with a big shopping bag full of candy without every going over $50. So sad they are closing. I love this store and shop there often.

While your chocolate is wonderful the service of your young employees was not, my friends and i stopped in one is Vegan and your young worker called her a big spender because the products are not Vegan friendly. This was not the appropriate reaction of your employees to be little a customer. I understand our world is very negative right now but this treatment in no way helps show good will or good character. Sadly my other friend and I will think twice about spending money in your store again.

Candy store outlet, with ice cream & fudge cases. Prices are marginally better than retail stores on regular-line chocolates and candies, much cheaper on bloopers boxes. Great variety. Store staff is very friendly, helpful and patient. Great selection of often-hard-to-find sugar-free candies & chocolate, and they always have at least a couple flavors of sugar-free ice cream. AND the restroom was clean. Need a gift, or a treat? This is a great stop!

The name Russell Stover sells itself but when you couple that with friendly staff with a smile on their face willing to help with any of your questions thats why I love the place and Ill be shopping there for a long time to come.

Very friendly atmosphere. Staff helped me find what l was looking for. Gave out free sample. Even carried purchase to the car for me. (I use a cane) every purchase can lead toward free items in the future. Got a lot of Christmas shopping done in one stop. Made a few more stops there too.

Great customer service, answered all of our questions. One of the employees offered us a free sample. I caution those with any fruit or nut allergies because they do sell products made with fruit and our nuts in them. They also have an ice cream bar and make their own carmel apples.

Chocolate Lovers DREAM. After dinner, my hubby and I make a dash to Russell Stover Chocolates as a well deserving treat to end our date. The employees are bright, bubbly and oh so friendly. I love it.

The staff is friendly and very helpful in making choices. (We all know making choices between different candies can be difficult 😋.) The prices are a bit disappointing if you arent wanting to purchase large quantities, seconds (they call them Bloopers), or close-dated chocolates. If you are just wanting a small quantity of their premium candies, competition in the retail world has made prices comparable at Walmart or Walgreens, so its not worth the extra trip.
