Stunned to find this place 5 miles from my house after spending weeks online trying to figure out how to climb trees in my yard. They have absolutely EVERYTHING you can imagine related to climbing ANYTHING. VERY knowledgeable, helpful and friendly staff. Can’t wait to go back. I could spend days in this place.

They are extremely knowledgeable and helpful whether its rope access, climbing, rescue, or industrial fall protection. And they have an amazing selection.

I won’t be ordering from Karst again. As many have said, they lack basic communication skills to follow up with the needs of their customers. They *might* read urgent emails about making modifications to orders and they *might* read the special notes you type in when ordering. They won’t however let you know important details about your order being delayed or take any steps to consider the needs of their customers. Do yourself a favor and order from someone else. Vote with your dollars.

This company is absolutely awesome! Visited their warehouse and they welcomed me right in. I was able to find everything I needed and the entire staff there are extremely knowledgeable and beyond helpful. This will be my go to store for my rope access needs.

They are great on the presale side of things. However, if you have to return anything, it isnt easy to get confirmation from them that they have received the items and credited your account. I have sent several emails to them and they just ignore them. Returns are a problem with this company. Buy from somewhere else if possible.

Good place to buy ropes, saddles, and any gear you would need. From rock climbing, to tree climbing. Very helpful customer service.

Very helpful staff, friendly, and nice staff. They have alot of nice gear for work and play. Really look to visiting them again.

They have great product selection and ship promptly but they dont respond to messages sent via your online account on orders placed.

Super knowledgable and helpful staff

This is a primarily online store with a warehouse, however, Doug and the employees are super nice and super helpful and will likely have whatever it is you need in stock, or let you browse the inventory.

Awesome service! I order from them as much as possible. Rarely do I have to go elsewhere to find what I need.

Customer service and communication is poor. Refused to accept return of defective item. E-mail and phone communication was substandard. Very non-professional merchant.
