We visited the store on two separate occasions and had two different salesman on those days however both were very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They really seem to care that you sure of your preferred mattress type and helped stay within my price point very well based on what I thought I wanted out of a mattress. We have now had our new bed for a month and its great, we couldnt be happier with our purchase!! Thanks so much!

Purchased a S & F mattress at this store. Bar none, the best information, customer service, delivery efficiency, and overall value of any business weve visited in a very long time. To top that, the mattress, foundation, and adjustable base we purchased are amazing. Most comfortable mattress weve ever slept on and we could not possibly more satisfied with our purchase and experience. Recommend this store without reservation and plan to go back there for the mattresses we plan to purchase for our kids. Note: We had no existing relationship with this company or any of its personnel. We went there to try a mattress brand that they carry, that we saw advertised on social media. We ended up buying something different, but did business there because from the moment we walked in, we were treated so respectfully.

They really know their business. Knowledgeable, friendly and treat you right. My wife and I were slowly getting aches and body pain. I would wake up and my shoulders would ache for hours. My wife said it’s our mattress and she was right. I would compare it to slowly getting sick and not realizing when the symptoms started. We went with a Stearns & Foster. Worth every penny. We purchased a new mattress because we were waking up more tired than when we went to bed. Tyler at Mattress Central was very helpful in explaining options to us. We had been to other stores, but found what we needed at Mattress Central. We were not pressured into buying something we did not want and were treated with respect. Tylers integrity and honesty when our order was shipped to a location in Ohio instead of our local store was outstanding. He kept us informed regarding the delivery and set up with updated information nearly every day. We love our new adjustable bed.

Had been mattress shopping for a couple of weeks before we found this treasure. A little out of our way (approx 1 1/2 hours) but well worth the trip. I dont know that we have ever been treated so pleasantly during any shopping trip. By the time we left, wed felt like we had known the owner forever. He never once pressured us into buying anything other than what we were shopping for which was a decent priced nice mattress. His prices cant be beat. His customer service is impeccable. Highly recommend this locally owned small business, they clearly care about their customers as people and not dollar signs.

Ryan was very nice and polite. Let me lay on different mattresses and then retry a couple until I found the one I liked. Had it delivered the next day by a very nice gentleman who helped adjust the bed platform. Sleeping better than l have in a long time.
