I really could not be happier with my experience with Wolfpack Armory! I placed an order with them knowing that the lead time was going to be 10-12 weeks. After waiting for that amount of time, I reached out. They were quick to answer the phone and explain exactly what was going on. They like many other firearm suppliers had be overwhelmed with orders. They got my order together and then went out of their way to make my experience better. They sent me two free produces and did a custom cerakote for free! Great company and great people. I would 10/10 recommend them.

Ordered Feb 28th 2021 wait time was 10-12 weeks didnt get an update so I called then emailed they got back to me within a few weeks and told me they havent received all the forged lowers yet like they were projected so they offered me billet lower receivers instead which is what I wanted originally just didnt have the money for it so I jumped all over it I appreciate them for making it right I just got them in the mail shipping was super fast and even tho I had to wait 16w-4d for them the $260 difference took care of any hard feeling I had lol I will indeed deal with this company again

I love my custom built AR I receive as a gift a couple of years ago. It’s extremely well build. Wolf Pack Armory works with their customers to ensure they get exactly what they are wanting. Edit- 4 star, product finally received..... orig. review 1 star Zero Communication. 1/2 order was shipped. They will not contact me back about where the rest of my order is. I received the 1/2 order 4 months ago, I still do not have a full order. I have tried contacting them 6 times now. 3 emails and 3 phone calls, over a 3 week period. I have received zero communication back. My order consisted of 10 matching sets of upper and lowers. I received all the lowers and NONE of the uppers. What is going on!!!

Purchased an upper/lower set from these guys on the advice of a gun forum I belong to. I really appreciate the craftsmanship and how responsive these guys were when I needed to make a change to my order. Definitely will be purchasing again - thank you!

4 months and no reponse to any of the inquiries i sent regarding my order. I see no hope of getting what i ordered.In the mean time i have built 4 other ars with custom barrels, triggersI would attach a photo but i dont have anything to show for waiting 4 months for a product

Buyer beware!I Ordered an custom LE9 pistol (for $1572.10) 6 months ago.... Terrible experience.Firearm had over a 60% jam rate, feed issues and ejection issues. After sending the gun back multiple times and 6 months later. I returned the firearm for a refund. Then Joe decided to keep a restocking fee and shipping charges. I currently do not have a single item from Wolfpack Armory in my possession and they kept $242.21 from the original order and I paid an additional $40 out of pocket to ship the firearm. That was a $300 mistake.The 6 month time frame mentioned above was due to sending the gun back multiple times with anywhere from 4 to 7 weeks waiting between. The malfunctions happened the 2nd time I pulled the trigger and I notified the Seller immediately. The issues are easy to duplicate with standard 115 gr 9mm ammo. I tried 4 different brands.I will say through everything Joe and I were very cordial toward each other. I just wanted a firearm that worked consistently and it became apparent to me after (3) tries. I was not going to get that. I just wanted to send the merchandise I purchased back for a full refund. I wish Wolfpack Armory the Best moving forward.

I have been dealing with Wolf Pack Armory around three years.Very professional and well made products.A great bunch of guys.

In August 2020, I purchased some customized kits from Wolfpack and understood the extended lead times due to unprecedented times. After about 6.5 weeks, my order shipped. Weeks went by with no delivery or update to tracking. I had lost hope and even USPS conceded that the package was missing and recommend an insurance claim be submitted. Wolfpack eventually agreed to send me a replacement order. But just today, 28 days after my package was supposed to be delivered, it showed up! And boy it was worth the wait. The fit and finish is immaculate. Very happy! Brian and Joe from Wolfpack were good to work with and this was certainly a difficult situation for all involved with the package being missing for so long. I much appreciate all of their help and look forward to ordering again from Wolfpack soon. And Brian and Joe, if you started work on the replacement order, I want to buy it!! Excellent machine shop! I have done business with these guys for years, and have had nothing but great experiences.

Always impressed with wolfpacks firearms. They provide all the rifles used in my security firm and everyone of them has proven to be extremely accurate and reliable and I dont say that lightly. Majority have atleast a 5 to 10k round count and we even have some with 30 to 40k round counts with no issues. I replaced the firing pin on the first rifle I ever purchased from them but other than that theyve all ran flawlessly.I highly recommend wolfpack armory to anyone that will use there products in a tactical environment.

Great product, my father was very happy with the item I bought him for Christmas. They are behind because it is hard to get parts. I called and talked to the people there several times and they were very nice. it took them 9 to 10 weeks to get mine built and sent to me. I will say the only thing I do not like is that they use USPS to ship their firearms instead of FedEx.

I have utilized Wolfpack Armory’s gun smithing services on a handful of projects that I was unable/ skilled enough to finish on my own. From a finished an upper on my SBR build to installing an AR buffer tube assembly on my Vepr-12. They are super professional, prompt, and always willing to answer all my misc questions. One of their in house built AR’s is my next firearm purchase.

I called to check the status of a order. turns out I was a week early but the costumer service was above and beyond what I expected and I didnt even have a compliant. I didnt expect to be put on hold and someonephysically check were my order was in the shop. I was fine with being told its probably in engraving that would have fine by me. Just based on that its a reason to order from Wolfpack, still waiting on the order which I was already fine with. I just had to write a review just because I was so impressed with how much more they did for a impatient guy for a order status. Sorry I called early guys you earned the 5 stars for sure. You guys are awesome

Very poor responses to email/no respose unless asking about an order thats past their lead times I guess. Asking about parts they sell seem to not get a reply at all.

I called Wolfpack Armory to ask a few questions. I actually called twice within about 10 minutes. Every question I asked was answered. I am going to buy a gun from this company asap! Their customer service is incredible!

I purchased an ar - 9 80% and lower parts kit. Billet lower and beautiful craftsmanship!Shannon Scagel is part of the pack totally worth the weight! Today I dropped anothern$500.00 received and impresses!

Bought myself an 80% lower and upper kit as well as a handguard and had a minor problem when first received it but they handled me quickly and got me set and good to go way faster than I could even hope for. Great Products as well. Definitely gonna be my go to for parts

Great people to deal with.

I purchased a lower for my AR 45 build and later the matching upper. The lower came in and looked great, but the mag release doesnt properly release the mags. It needs adjustment. Not a huge deal.When the upper arrived was when I was most disappointed. The cerakote job was decent. The handguard is nice and the BCG is pretty good. The upper itself is a basic mil spec upper.If these items were Palmetto State priced, then Id be extremely happy. I paid about $800 for what was advertised as top tier quality for an 80% lower and a complete upper and got about the same as PSA quality. The only thing separating this Wolfpack Armory build ($1000+ when done) and a build Id get from PSA parts ($650-700) is the WPA will already be cerakoted.

Not only their products are top notch quality in every sense. The costumer experience is A++ as well. Their webpage is easy to navigate, its gallery has some of the most bad */** looking rifles Ive ever seen, and the speed to process and ship orders is, in my experience, the fastest in the industry.

I wanted to updated my review. I had two missing springs but I was lucky enough to have those two in an extra oops kit. It took me quite awhile to put the lower together over the last 24 hours. Both from inexperience. and the fact this thing is TIGHT. It fits together absolutely amazingly. After full function tests. It performs fantastically. I am extremely happy. The few issues with communication Dont affect much. Great company. And will absolutely buy from them again given a chance.I originally purchased my order of the AW-15 on Apr 29, 2020. I called twice during that time to ask a couple of questions regarding full length of rifle. And Brian was excellent in his answers and customer service. I received delivery of the rifle in July. Upon returning home there was an issue. The bolt release pin holes were not drilled. I called and they said they would correct the issue. And I sent it back out immediately. There was just over a month and two week wait for the specific bit. I called once a week and spoke again to Brian and he did a great job. I asked if they could put the lower together for me since I ordered the kit and had to return it. I was assured it would be done. I received the rifle on August 18, 2020 and upon opening the box. It was not put together. I called and spoke to Brian again. He said I would have to pay for it. I reminded him it was said they would do it. he apologized but nothing was offered for the wait time in correction. Or not putting the lower together.Shortly after I went through to organize and inventory the parts that were sent back. Upon return of my lower. I noticed I was missing a few of the springs, one of the takedown pins from the lower kits. I noticed there was a business card for the owner in the box. I called and and spoke to Joe Weaver explaining the missing parts and the fact it was not put together as was agreed upon. he asked if it was on the invoice and I said yes. I could take a picture. He declined. Some of the missing parts were removed ( I had partially put the lower together upon the first day I received it) some of the parts were scratched and evidently re cerakote. Those parts were not put back in with the rifle. He said he was sending the missing parts out right away. I called a couple of days later to see if they had been sent. Joe mentioned he was not in store and would call Brian.I love the way my upper looks and the bronze. I am excited if I can shoot my rifle finally. As of right now I cant give a top mark because the rifle is not even put together and has not been fired. Until I can complete the rifle and put rounds downrange. I have to rate my experience fairly for what I have currently. An expensive paperweight.

As a Law Enforcement firearms instructor I am picky who works on my guns. Wolf Pack Armory is the only place to go. If you need repair work or custom builds its a one stop shop. They have top notch customer service and want to help in any way they can. If you need repair work or looking for a new gun give Wolf Pack a call first you wont regret it.

Never had the chance to speak with him on the phone but Joe has been helpful from before the purchase all the way to completion of my ar9 build. Multiple emails, he never stopped replying quickly and with the answers I needed. Great customer service and products for a smaller company I had never heard of. Glad I chose Wolfpack over QC10. Really easy to talk to...U can also have your guns built exactly how u want them so u are not paying for a gun ...Then u get home and spend more changing the hand guards..U tell them what u want and they build it..Just as u want....I just ordered a 556 16 inch barrel rifel a 300 10 inch barrel pistol n a 300 black out 8 inch barrel and I cant wait to shoot them...
