Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I have been buying equipment for years and throughout all places, Middletown Tractor was without the best experience I have had. I drove roughly five hours as they were the only folks who had the machine I was looking for, but after doing business with them I’ll be back for future equipment and machines regardless of the drive - they were that great, namely Jordan Lamb! The prices were extremely competitive, the hospitality of the staff was excellent, and the service was in and out! If you’re looking for a new machine, give these guys a call, and ask for Jordan!
We visited this location to inquire about a sub compact tractor and some implements. We spoke with Brandon, who was able to answer all of our questions. He then drove up a tractor with the implements we were interested in, and explained to us some of the features, including demonstrating to us how to attach and detach each one. In addition to that visit, I would email Brandon questions and he would respond promptly. Eventually we purchased a 1025R tractor with 5 implements. The entire process went very smooth with no issues. Delivery was scheduled, and the tractor was brought over by Tim. He unloaded everything, and proceeded to explain to us every single feature and function of the tractor and the implements we bought. He took his time and was very thorough and detailed, and he answered all of our questions. Overall, we were very pleased with our experience thanks to Brandon and Tim. I definitely recommend this dealer to anyone interested in John Deere equipment in this area.

Bought a zero turn mower from Middletown about 2 years ago. Earlier this year, I bought a Ventrac from them. At every turn, the sales and service have been outstanding. Suffered some self inflicted damage to my Ventrac. Adam and Zach went above and beyond to get everything perfectly repaired and returned to me. I cant speak highly enough of these guys and the other staff I have encountered at Middletown Tractor.
Friendly staff, nice store, huge selection of equipment. They have a few locations which is nice. Prices are high, but with JD you are buying the name. Just like any other trendy brand.

I trying to buy a chain, oil, and bar oil, and the employees did not have masks on. This is the second time I have been there and the employees were not wearing masks. I brought it to their attention and they still did not put masks on. We are in a pandemic, there is a Statewide mask mandate, and the employees are not following the Statewide mandate. I called the Marion County West Virginia Health Department to report them and also called the governors office. After over a year of being in this pandemic you think that they would learn by now. I did not make my purchase and went to Ace Hardware in Shinnston by the things I needed. I love shopping local and giving my money to local businesses but if they will not follow simple guidelines to keep me healthy I refuse to spend any more money. At the time of my last visit we were still under a mask mandate per the Gov office. The guy who was trying to help me was NOT 6 feet away and was NOT wearing a mask.... Plastic shields do not help in these situation.... I have been fully vaccinated since March but my father is over 70 and the LAST thing I ever wanted to do was become an asymptomatic carrier and pass it along to my family! This would have been 100% not acceptable... I just found out that bonuses are paid upon star ratings and Zach did not recieve a bonus because of my poor review... Management should be more motivated by actual costumer service and not the monies that might be in their pocket... Maybe look into actually following the guidelines... and dont worry... I will not EVER be in the store again... and I will be telling EVERYONE I know not to enter the store either.... ACE here we come!

Got here at 11 am looked around for 30 minutes or so Noone came out to offer assistance no salesman even came out to greet us pretty bad service here business turning away money there is something wrong

I dont even want to give 1 star worst service dept ever been waiting over a year and a half for them to pick up my tractor to fix and service no call backs and no loaners Ill neverbuy Deere again and dont buy from them its all lies go get case new Holland or Kubota cause this place is a joke

Went in to purchase a new compact tractor the other day. Spoke to Jordan in sales. Jordan was straight to the point and factual. Even told me a few truths about the smaller tractor being a better deal but the 2025 was a better fit for me. Could have been in there more then 25 minutes. Great transaction.

Clean and spacious store. This store sells equipment and food for farm animals. Supplies for fence building and maintaining your property. Tractor Supply also carries dog and cat food,toys,beds,doggy doors and anything else your pet needs. They also sell baby chicks!! Too cute.

After an unsatisfactory experience with the service department I was contacted by the Service manager; she did not want to make excuses but rather expressed the importance of reestablishing a working relationship. I purchased my John Deere from Middletown 3 years ago and their service had been reliable. The MIddletown service department set appropriate expectations and fulfilled each and every one. Good customer service is hard to find; Patricia and her team did well in righting a wrong. Thank you.
Todays visit was not as pleasant as expected. The salesman seemed uninterested to assist us. He was very hurried and either lacked the knowledge or simply did not want to help us. I hope when we decide which implement we want first our next salesman will be more relaxed and friendlier.

They havent turned their paperwork on me for the irs last year and I never got my tax money, ive tried calling them and no one answers. Ive about had it and Im gonna to hire a attorney if no one will get back to me in a timely fashion.
Purchased a new tractor with a front loader, the invoice stated and I was charged for a 53 inch bucket, only problem is, the bucket I got was the smaller 49 inch version. Once I realized the mistake I called, after some frustration and the fact that I would have to wait 2 weeks for the correct bucket, which was a problem because I had a job that needed done, but I had parts that fit on the 53 inch bucket. I was not happy.So I get a call from one of the managers and he offered to let me borrow a used 53 inch bucket until mine came in, great! Allows me to keep on working!He even stated it would be delivered the next day! And it was here! I can get to work and not be delayed by waiting for my new bucket.Been 2 weeks, I called on a Friday, they got back to me later that day and told me they could deliver my new bucket on Monday.Will update as things occur.
They have been very professional in the past, but we recently dealt with a sales representative that was rude. I dont expect anyone to cater to us, but professionalism would be nice. I guess they want your business when your buying a tractor or chainsaw, but youre a bother if your just want a part for it. Next time I visit, I will consult another representative and hopefully have a better experience.

I wish I could rate the sales department by its self. I could not have been happier with the buying process. I purchased my new 835m Gator on June 25th 2019. About two week later we also purchased a second nearly identical Gator for my dad. Both buying experiences were class A.Unfortunately my Gator had a bad thumping noise underneath that I was pretty sure was not normal. When we brought my dads gator home my suspicions were confirmed. I called the service department and told them I needed to have my Gator looked at and fixed. I asked if I needed to make an appointment so that I could wait until they were ready to look at it to bring it in. The gentleman in the service department said no appointment would be necessary and made it sound like they would expedite the repairs since the Gator was literally 4 weeks old. I had the Gator at the Fairmont Middletown dealership at 8:30am at opening time on Tuesday July 23rd. I stopped in on my way home from work on Thursday the 26 at 430pm. I was told that they had not had a chance to look into it yet. Let’s just say I was less than impressed. That’s why I asked if I needed to make an appointment. I didn’t pay that much for a machine that I don’t actually need and use daily. On Monday the 29th after again not hearing a word from the service department I got my salesman involved. He at least told me what was going on and what they thought the problem was.Today is August 1st. After no more communication with the dealership I decided to stop in again after work. I’m now told that they have the part on order and it may be here by the middle of next week. I wanted to ask if someone had to swim to China to go get the part but I refrained from doing that. I am very disappointed that this is taking so long. I’ve now made my first payment while my machine is in the shop and I’m going to waste at least 2 weeks and maybe longer of the stingy 1 year warranty that it looks like I’m obviously going to be needing. This dealership had no problem expediting the sale of $47000 worth of merchandise but seem to be in no hurry to fix it.I guess the fact that they waited three days to even look at my Gator is what really disappointed me. Who knows when they would have looked at it had I not stopped in to inquire. I may review again later at the conclusion of this ordeal.Chapter 2Was able to pick my Gator back up on Aug 8th. The warranty work took 16 days and was not an extensive repair. Seems a bit long but I’m guessing most service departments in most dealerships would be similar. I should have asked if they would pay 52% on a monthly payment. However I’ve got it back now and it’s good as new or better than new I guess.

I had our lawn tractor picked up Middletown Tractor to have serviced in January and it has been over three months and still not received it. Service department scheduled delivery today but did not deliver when scheduled. Then, service department called back and said they would be to our house shortly and never showed up. We called and the service department manager said we were not even on the schedule for a delivery. I will never have my John Deere tractor serviced at Middletown Tractor Sales again.

Bought D110 at Lowes in Morgantown. Delivered last week. Tractor vibrated violently when the mower was engaged. Talked to Middletown Tractor. Was told it could take 21 days service turn around not including pick up and delivery times. What to do with my yard for that period? Tough! Tractor went back to Lowes. They were great. Picked up the tractor next day. I thought John Deere service was supposed to be so good!

Got the shaft when I bought a $90,000.00 tractor. Had a loader on the tractor but they charged me for the bucket to go on it. $1,000.00 dollars more for it. Warranty is for the birds when you have to rent a tractor trailer to get it there. Because you have to pay for them to come to you....
