Everyone at Upfront Auto is fantastic! They always explain exactly what the problem is and are always more than willing to show me whats going on and why it is an issue. Being a woman, in the past I have had shops try to fix things that didnt need to be fixed so it is really nice to be able to trust everyone at Upfront Auto! Thank you for living up to your name! This will always be the place I recommend to anyone in the Fairmont area.

Up Front is, in my opinion, truly that, up front and honest. Travis is a consummate professional. He has never attempted to upsell or paint a more dire picture than what I already suspect when I bring them a broken vehicle. Trust in a mechanic is something that I find to be more difficult then what it should be, but after working with Up Front, my trust issues are gone. I know that if they can diagnose the issue that they will give me a fair market price on parts and labor. Also, workmanship has never come into question. In my experience with them they have always completed the job to a satisfactory level. I say this after having had them repair several of my vehicles over the years and their repairs stand the test of time.

My car broke down on my way here.( From NJ). And this was the only shop that would work on it. They did a great job at a good price. People were great. Highly recommend.
