Knowledgeable employees. I tend to go here often for my car parts. They ask me what vehicle I have and the motor size and get me my part. Other places tend to rewrite more info than they need... For example, I was looking for a transmission filter. After going to one place that needed to know the make/model/engine size and if it was 3 or 4 speeds, how many bolts on the transmission pan, and something else I dont remember. Since I didnt have this info, I went to Napa. They only needed the make/model/engine size, and gave me the right part. Very knowledgeable, easy to work with, and Very friendly too!

They said they had a part that they did not have I kept telling him I needed a manual reset 30 amp fuse drove over 30 miles to get there to find that it was the wrong part
