I had a pistol ordered at my local shop and it got cancelled. I was referred to ATR by the manufacturer. I called and they said they had what I was looking for. I put a deposit down and went to pick it up a week later. Outstanding selection of firearms and fast and friendly service. All prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend them.

Previously left a one star review about a shot gun order I placed a month ago not being received. After contacting the store multiple times and getting different answers about shipments, location of gun and possibility of delivery dates I left a one star review. First, I was called and told shot gun was in store, then called back and told it was not, followed by calling and being told it was shipped then called again and said it was pending while being offered no explanation. Was contacted today, the morning after I left the original review, however the person that contacted me from the store seemed to be more upset about the one star review then about my dissatisfaction as a customer. Was told shipping is “out of his hands due to COVID-19 and he would call me with tracking number when he got it.” I understand that COVID-19 is challenging right now for both consumers and business owners but it was very confusing to be told different things and then to be scolded for expressing an honest opinion by a place of business.

I recently made my first firearm purchase there. Its a great environment. The guys there were comical and knowledgeable. Gun prices are very fair and they have a nice selection. Id recommend them to anyone looking to make a gun purchase.

Josh and his team do a very nice job. They are always eager to help and to explain anything that you need to know. Dont be intimidated here, they will explain anything that you need to know. Great group of people, the place is always clean, and they are very professional.

Great shop with great employees every time ive been there (alot ) its always the same. Friendly bunch of guys always there to help with what ever you need from handing you the firearm your thinking of buying to look at and see how it feels to the specs of it to asking if you need ammo and showing you where that caliber is at. Always treated poorly when I used too go there. The arrogant atmosphere is repulsive. I’ve found that gunrunner is better in every aspect! Better prices, better service, and better selection. Never will go to atr again.

Bought my first handgun here. A Rutgers SP101 which was fairly priced. Have have been there several times before and always impressed by the friendly knowledgeable staff. A very clean and well organized store. I hope to use their indoor range in the future. I would recommend this store to others.

Very friendly people, very helpful, if ask questions, they dont hassel you to buy something, if your shooting at there indoor range they let you have your own experience and dont push themselves on you unless you ask for assistance, I drive there from Morgantown and prefer them over others that are closer

I have shot here many times in the last two years. I have purchased ammo, firearms, and accessories for firearms. This is hands down the best local gun store. Josh is the best and does a great thing for the area. I see negative reviews on here about him and his business and I can honestly say I believe you people probably created the problem you had yourself.

The process was so painless. The firearms are frairly priced and being somebody thats just getting into handguns they are more than willing to take the time to talk to you. The gentleman I spoke with was extremely patient and was able to answer all my questions.I definitely have plans to go back.

I have one star because I couldnt give 0. Has nothing to do with the business itself, rather the attitude I got from an employee that works there. I looked on my receipt for his name, and its not there, nor did he introduce himself in any professional manner but its the short younger looking bald guy that works there. Purchased an AR 15 and a red dot scope for my son and he didnt so much as offer to install it for me or grant me one more minute of his time to show me the operations of the equipment I had purchased which tallied up to almost $600. Got the equipment home installed, couldnt get the red dot scope to come on. I took it back and tried to return it, and he told me they dont do returns on optics but he would do it with a $20 restocking fee. I elected to mess with it a bit for $20, so I took it home, replaced the batteries and still couldnt get it to work. Seeking advice from my friends and family in law enforcemtnt I was told it was inferior equipment. Took it back again and this time I got a younger loud spoken gentleman with a beard that was super helpful, actually put thought into what I was saying the problem was and showed me how to operate it. All the confusion could have been avoided if the guy that sold me all the equipment would have taken two minutes, shown genuine empathy, and fixed my problem before it became a problem. I have worked in and around a retail most of my life, managed new car franchises and rest assure, I have fired many men with the same non caring attitude as this salesman displayed to me. My wife, also in retail in a leadership role immediately commented how badly he treated me after we purchased from here. We both were looking for a place like this to shoot our guns, buy ammo, etc., unfortunately we wont be back

Listen up guys if you want great and friendly service with the knowledge to answer any of your questions then let me tell you this store has it it has anywhere from ATVparts to the highest end guns and accessories for a great price these guys will answer the questions you have and make sure that you understand everything your buying and if they dont have what you want they will go to extended lengths to find it for you all right here in their store

Decent store Josh and Eric have been very helpful throughout the years I have been going here. I have a blast every time I go there. Their prices are some of the cheapest ones I have found.

I had heard that this guy was rude and overpriced when it came to ATV repairs, but as he is close to where I live and pretty much the only game in town, I decided to give him a call anyway. When I called, he didnt identify his store, only his name, so I figured Id gotten the wrong number. When I asked if Id reached ATR Performance, he sullenly answered yes and demanded to know who I was. A customer, genius. From that point he continued to be unhelpful. When I couldnt tell him the model of my Suzuki (14-15 years old, bought it second hand for farm work, no papers), he basically proceeded to tell me to take a long walk off a short pier, because he couldnt help me. I began to ask What if I bring it in for you to look at?. I kind of figured if this guy really knew what he was doing, he could look at it, at least and perhaps tell the model. I guess hes not that good, and after listening to his condescending tone of voice, I told him that hed lost my business. So, in case this wonderful and socially intelligent person ever reads this: 1.) When you answer your BUSINESS phone, answer it with your store name. 2.) When someone asks for your help, especially within the specialty of your store, you say YES, and then find a way to do it. 3.) Dont assume the person calling you is an expert. He probably wouldnt need to call you if he was. Talking to a customer like hes an idiot does not magically instill your knowledge into his brain.

Very nice building, just 15 minutes South of Morgantown, off Exit 139 of I-79; large parking lot, which has been upgraded recently with new blacktop. They have a large selection of firearms for every taste, from .22 LR, all the way up to .50 CAL, and the ammunition also. The range is very nice, air conditioned for warmer days, and heated for when theres snow on the ground. Ive bought 2 firearms there, both of which I did through easy, no-interest payments within 90 days. A growing group of my work colleagues attend weekly to keep ourselves in good practice.The staff are very attentive, knowledgable and, more importantly, willing to help you get the weapon which would best suit you, and what they dont have, they can probably get for you within a few days!

I went there to target practice and it was a fun time. targets are provided for you at the cost of using the range. its a small range but good.

The gun shop emplyees are rude and dont seem to like their jobs.

Took in a wheel and new tire for mounting and balancing for my klr650 motorcycle after struggling to install it myself. They charged me $50.99 plus tax. Oh well, they should know what theyre doing, I was tired of dealing with it. Four days later I return to pick it up, they also struggled to get the bead seated. They said they finally got it, so I took it home. Checked the air pressure and it was over 100 PSI! I cant run a tire on the road that high so I let it down to running pressure of 25 PSI only for the bead to slip off again. I took it back only to be told I must have a defective tire. Frustrated, I went home and went to work on the tire again myself. I found that the valve stem of the tube was not installed through the rim strip hole but to its side, this caused the rim strip to get under the bead. Once I corrected the problem the tire bead went right into place at normal pressure. The tire was not defective! My biggest problem is they should have been honest and just told me they couldnt get it instead of trying to pass off an overinflated tire as OK.

Lying smartass owner, hes lucky i didnt jerk his ass over the counter and beat his ass. I will not spend another dime in this store. I was told i could bring merchandise back if i wasnt satisfied, apparently this was his sales pitch because i was told to leave the store after telling him he lied to me. I was told he couldnt make a warranty phone call due to defective rifle scope and i had to get a hold of the warranty company myself. I know for a fact that he could have given me another scope and contacted Vortex and had it replaced due to Vortex having an exellent return policy to the company to compensate the consumer.This company has the worst service and sales department. I will not return.

Stood around for 15min at their competitors across the road- no one acknowledged me...thank God! When to ATR- employees were very knowlegable and VERY helpful. Walked out in 20 min. with the AR I needed for much less. Thanks guys; Im telling all my friends. Be back for my Kimber soon!

Decent selection. Prices are slightly higher than area competitors. Owner is somewhat arrogant, and lacks good business acumen. Shop around before making a commitment.

Went there for the first time to check out a couple of handguns. The guy I talked to was extremely rude, when I asked a question about one of the handguns, he gave a very condescending answer. Customer service could be improved, but sadly thats a very common problem with a lot of gun stores.

Iv been there twice now and both times it was a waist of time... First time I went there they sold me the wrong clutch cable for my bike, and now this time they said they had the sprockets I needed and when I get there guess what, they didnt have it.
