Theres been nothing but problems with every visit.. Tonight was the final straw with them closing at 6 pm, when normal hours say they dont close until 9. But this isnt the first time. Very inconsistent. Im moving my scripts somewhere else.

If there was a zero star choice l would have chosen that!!! The lack of compassion and the poor customer service is ridiculous. Certain meds cause a judgement from people and the pharmacy cashiers are those people!! Horrible horrible customer service!!!!

Forced to go to CVS by insurance company or pay....have never gotten a prescription in past couple of years without some difficulties. Get messages and emails that say they are ready for pickup, not there, long waits, staff unprofessional, computer not updated....should I go on? With all the negative feedback nothing changes!

Placed online order to be shipped to houseThey filled 2 of the 3 prescriptions & one was not supposed to be filled and was shipped then another one was never sent but chargedPrices were incorrect and was told not can be doneSo you make a mistake and fill one incorrect prescription forget another and it’s oh wellNot good customer service

I worked at a CVS pharmacy for 5 years, so I try to always give the benefit of the doubt; however, time and time again the pharmacy fails to meet customer needs whether it be with prescription refills (and keeping the customer informed of delays) or the way they speak to customers (not myself, but those I can overhear when at prescription pickup—no confidentiality nor tone management). It is unacceptable behavior for anyone involved in customer service. This is both the technicians and the pharmacists.

This is the worst pharmacy. My family has been going for years and they consistently don’t fill prescriptions that have been sent to them, they will even text saying it’s been filled. I have gotten extremely sick multiple times because of them not filling my daily medication refilles. My brand loyalty kept me going but yet again today they didn’t fill my meds in time and I’m extremely sick.Not just that but they are extremely rude and when they have made a mistake they don’t really try to help you. Also, will keep you on hold often for over 25 minutes then respond in curt tones. Clearly corporate needs to step in and really look into how the pharmacy is run from the other reviews it’s clear there are a lot of issues.

The Fairhaven store is the worst CVS pharmacy around. You refill your prescriptions thru the app and set a time for 24-36 hours later and you get there and they tell you that its not ready. I refilled on the app at 2 pm on a Friday and it said it would be ready for pick up at 10 am. I got there at 3 pm the next day and was told it wasnt ready yet. I received no phone call. This happens all the time!! Im a diabetic and I refill a lot!! Time to switch pharmacies!Update: I still have never received a phone call but my app says it will be available on Mon at 4 pm. It takes 3 days to refill a prescription at this location! Unacceptable!!!

I am not one to take time out of my day and write a review, but this was unacceptable. Today was the 2nd time in which the store manager gave me an attitude. I informed her that I needed to do two seperate purchases. She instantly changed her tone, and said “Well, how many transactions am I doing because if its a lot I cant do it because Im the only one here?” She then proceeded to call for back up. I tried to use my $8 off $30 coupon, and forgot to hand it to her, and she responds “Um the coupon?!” I will not be returning.

My recent experience with the “consultation” staff at CVS was unacceptable. Instead of helping me to understand my benefits when I asked for an alternative med from my insurer’s formulary (I brought it with me), the staff member said: “it doesn’t matter-you have to pay the deductible anyway.” This is incorrect since my deductible is applicable to meds on tiers 4 and 5 only. I received correct information from the Stop and Shop Pharmacy in Fairhaven where I bought the med. Be proactive, ask for prices before your Rx is filled, and If the price for your med seems high, you don’t have to accept it. Be vigilant and ask questions when purchasing your meds at CVS, or better yet take your business to Stop and Shop.

My experience with CVS is not good there customer service has gone down hill. There is always an issue with my prescription pick up. My prescriptions are never ready when I go to pick them up. I just called and switched to Walgreens.

If I could chose zero stars I would... Its so crazy. Ive been here about five times, Not once did I walk out with something. Im an avid couponer, This Cvs is pretty local to me so Ive stopped in here a few times so grab some things. My first impression was Wow. These sales tags dont match up with what it says in the ad Which I found weird because Ive never ran into this problem at other Cvs stores around the area (I normally went to the Cvs on Kempton Street in New bedford). So for none of the sales to match up with what the ad says, Thats confusing enough. They have tons of stuff in the small isles. They dont seem to restock anything, It seems like every time Ive came here the shelves are pretty much bare. Its ridiculous. Like I said Ive NEVER walked out of this store with anything because they either never have anything or nothing matches with the sales ad so I dont even bother the hassle. This place is useless.
