They get me in and out the services good new faces there this time though always go there for my oil

Got a simple oil change before I drove to Florida. Got to Florida and realized my splash shield was hanging 2inches off the ground. They never put the bolts back in. When I took my suv to the Mitsubishi dealer to have it secured, they said they also never put my bracket back on, it too was missing.This could have ended badly had I not noticed. I got very lucky. They need to pay attention. And I believe should be responsible for the invoice for the repairs.

I called to see if they could do an oil change. The service rep said Yes. Its first come first serve. I drove a half hour to get there. There were no other cars in any of the bays. The computer system was not able to scan in my auto info so they turned me away. No oil change there!

Went for an oil change and after coming back home my car kept stalling out, so much that I couldnt leave my driveway. There were NO signs of any issues before that oil change. I asked an outside mechanic about thesituation who told me that sounds suspicious and they must have bumped a censor or something...so I spoke to a manager who denied that they could have possibly done something wrong. Next I spoke to a district manager who also denied that they were at fault. So now Im stuck spending an extra $300 to fix this problem after spending $70 on a faulty oil change. Now I know why this company is filling for bankruptcy, if u cant take responsibility for anything your not going to have returning customers. And they just lost another one. Im having my car towed to a REAL mechanic who knows how to do their job.

I went there in a guy told me that I didnt need a top off. I checked it my self and there was dam near any oil in there so I went to Walmart and got some the next day I went to a nother Location and they told me they should have never told me that I clearly need it a lot.. Clean waiting area, which I appreciate. Quick walk- in service for an oil change. Customer service guy was nice, offered me coffee & explained to me why my sons VW is so expensive - (car requires synthetic oil & stated most newer cars do) $80 +change w/coupon. It took about 20 minutes & they even vacuumed his car. They wont try to sell you things or repairs like one of their competitors. I always get multiple estimates for repairs or issues. I would recommend these guys.

The guys were awesome!! I was in a rush to get to work but desperately needed an oil change. They got me in and out in time to open my own shop which was goal. I let him know the wipers and filters were recently changed and new. There was only one small problem but south my car, not with the 2 guys doing the work, they were great. I would suggest to anyone of my friends.

They broke my hood latch and didn’t tell me. I didn’t realize until the following morning when I was driving to work on the highway and had to repeatedly pull into the breakdown lane to close my hood. Very dangerous that they broke it without even telling me. Although I bet you if they weren’t the ones I broke it and realized it was broken they would’ve told me because they would’ve wanted me to pay them to fix it but instead they put me at risk of serious injury or worse... very disappointing

I agree that staff is very polite and they are quick but 2nd time I was there they really pushed the transmission fluid change along with air and cabin filter . At first I said just fluid change and I will do the filters next visit and thats when it felt like Lets make a deal .He kept saying how about if I take this much off and then said he would put a coupon code in and eventually it went from 279 to 239 for oil, trans fluid and filters. They had showed me the filters so I could see how dirty they were which I am still skeptical of since I saw the 20/20 show where they show filters that arent yours .I am not saying they did that but when I got home I found my carfax because I had bought it used and I knew it had regular maintenance at the dealer, it had only been 22,000 miles since transmission fluid change and recs are for 30,000 to 50,000 miles and cabin and air filters were changed 12,000 miles ago . They are pretty expensive already just for the oil change but they are quick and convenient with being open on Sunday so that is worth paying extra for .I almost gave 2 stars but figured I dont know for sure I didnt need everything but when I said I didnt want to spend that much this time, I tend to think now that the filters really could have waited .

Not on the list of fun things to do, but I will say everytime i come here the entire facility is always clean, even the magazines are organized, clean restrooms and free coffee...and always done in a jiffy. Kudos to the staff that obviously take pride in their place of business.

I will NEVER go back to this place again. Went in for an oil change, took less than 15 minutes so I was all happy until I check my oil and there is literally none in it. And then no later than a day after going there to get my incomplete oil change, all of a sudden I smell oil burning and come to find out that theres a leak or something on my oil pan and it was dripping onto my exhaust. Have multiple friends that had the same issue with this place. Never coming back again.

Brought my Rx an for an oil change basic conventional cost me forty bucks. Couple days later oil light came on. Check my oil dipstick and there was no oil in the engine at all it was bone dry. Went back to Jiffy Lube and they claim to put more oil in it. Couple days later again my oil light came back on and I checked the dipstick and there was no oil in the engine at all. I was Furious. I went to AutoZone and bought oil for my car and put it in myself. My oil light never came back on and I checked it and it was full of oil. I dont know what kind of game Jiffy Lube was playing with me or if it happened to anyone else but I will never take my car back there

No one can be bothered to pick up the phone. This is a big company. Youd think theyd have someone for that. Id give 0 stars if I could.

Id never used this sort of service for my car before until a coupon and the need for a quick oil change brought me into this location, now I wont go anywhere else! I find the staff to be extremely polite, respectful and helpful. Im always greeted with a hello and a smile and the waiting area is always clean.The staff performs a quick overall inspection of the car checking fluids, tire pressure, filters and the like... Even going so far as to vacuum the floor mats! They then invite you into the garage to explain, in context, what theyve found your car needs and to ask if you want any problems taken care of. The work is performed quickly and properly and in the end, youre back on the road in a half hour or so. What more could you ask?

The workers are great and are extremely friendly as for the manager Raul he sucks I was the first person in and not even a good morning how can I help you nothing. I dont ask for much but respect. If youre not happy with your job move on!!!!!!

Went here got oil change every week was adding oil. Went to garage to check.oil filter was barely on. Could of seized my engine. Never see me or my family again.
