I usually hate the process involved in purchasing a new car, BUT, I have to say that my experience at Alden Mazda was a very sweet surprise. My husband and I went to look at a new Miata. I found myself rather unexpectedly in need of a new car. After a frustrating trip to another dealership, my father and I pulled into Alden Mazda since it was close to home. I was in a bad mood after my unpleasant earlier experience and wasnt expecting much.Alyssa, my sales associate, greeted us and sat down to talk with us about what I was looking for. Within a few minutes, she had a car for me to test drive. This was the first dealership I visited where I saw someone physically sanitize the vehicle before I hopped into the drivers seat.From the moment I pulled out of the lot, I was sold on the car. It was just so fun to drive and with great fuel economy.After the test drive, Alyssa was incredibly helpful in answering our questions and bringing us even more financing options than we had initially asked for.Tony, the GM, was very honest and gave us real APR rates, not the overly inflated rates Id seen at other dealers. Its not something you hear very often about dealerships, but I felt like I could trust Tony and Alyssa. Great, but over priced.

I just purchased a beautiful preowned Mazda 6 from Alden Mazda and I can tell you everyone there was great. Blake is the best and Amy was awesome to deal with. I had a whole speech prepared when it came to negotiating the trade-in price of my car. I can tell you I didnt need it. The price was better than I had hoped with no need to haggle. They also offered to repair a few blemishes on the car I purchased at their cost. Who does this?? Alden Mazda.....thats who! They treat you like family from the minute you walk through the door. This is the second great experience I had with them as I helped my mother purchase a brand new Mazda 3 last year. Again....an awesome buying experience. Dont bother looking anywhere else. Great experience buying a new car at Alden Mazda. Chris Britto was awesome to deal with. Not your typical pressured sales pitch to get you to purchase. Sales Manager, Tony, was very courtesy and polite when evaluating my trade. Was also impressed that they take the time to introduce you to the Service Manager, Brendan, so if you use them for service you at least have an idea who you are dealing with. Just leased a brand new car from Alden Mazda and I have never received better service! From the minute I arrived at the dealership to the time I left I felt nothing but comfortable. The staff was excellent and Blake really helped me find the car I wanted for the right price. He told me to bring a written offer from another dealer and beat that offer before I even showed it to him! Overall it was an excellent buying experience and I know that I made the correct choice in choosing them as a dealership.
