The employees are great, and they always greet you as you come in the store

Can you believe they will not give you change if you get cigarettes and it comes to $10.01 they keep the 99 cents !!!!! ☹️☹️☹️I have never heard of this except at crossroads Pizza in Bridgeport and I think that is freaking terrible for a company to do to their customers thats stealing their money without their permission that is just not cool I dont know if the manager knows this is going onand he also agrees to it and its their rule there or if the manager doesnt know about this at all but I think its horrible theyre keeping peoples change it doesnt matter what you buy you dont get your change back I know this is definitely going on at the one in Fairfield because they kept my change b4 I have no choice but to use this store sometimes but if I had a choice if definitely go elsewhere smdh

This Cumberland Farms is a place that makes you feel at home I drive right past a 7-Eleven store to go to Cumberland Farms every morning theyre cheerful every afternoon even emptying the garbage theyre cheerful and every evening theyre cheerful I would suggest everybody take your time out just one time and check it out because when you walk in that door youre going to hear good morning good afternoon good evening how are you its something that you very really here anymore I have had the pleasure of talking to Courtney in corporate office and you get the same feeling over the phone that you are somebody and you mean something to them I personally with say if you dont try it youre missing out youre just with the regular ho-humm what could I do for you kind of folks

It’s a mysterious case of “What happened to Cumby’s?”.It used to be a great place to grab a snack, coffee, or any other junk food that tickled your fancy and I suppose in some ways it still is... however if you need more like let’s say, air for your tires, forget it!They’re really the first ones, as far as I’m aware, to implement the digital air machines where you filled the exact of psi you needed. They’re awesome! When they actually work which is 0-10% of the times I went to get air. Both Fairfield location’s machines are either down for some reason or another, randomly or simultaneously. The one on the post road for example has been down each of the 3 times I came. The first and second times it just wasn’t pumping air even though the compressor worked. Now the actuator is missing altogether (exhibit A below). Kinda difficult to pump air in a motorcycle tire without a working pump...I always buy something when I come here whether it’s for gas or air but I don’t think I’ll continue to do so just for the fact that management seems to be indifferent about the quality of service it provides. Having working facilities is a large part of the perception customers have towards your business, and if Cumberland farm’s management doesn’t care about properly servicing its customers then I won’t care about patronizing your business and neither should anyone else for that matter.It was good while it lasted but for now I can do without.

If your looking for a place to get coffee this is the place. How can u beat 1 dollar for any size. Great coffee they always say hello.
