The store is nicely organized and clothing is stylish and reasonably priced. My low score is from a customer experience perspective. I went in on a Saturday- it wasn’t terribly busy. There were about 5 employees, and a few customers. I walked around, picking up items I would like to try. After a while- I noticed one of the employees was asking people if they would like a fitting room. I didn’t think much of it until I noticed that, arm heavy with probably 20 items, I was consistently passed by and not offered a fitting room. Several people came after me, and as soon as they picked up an item or two- a room was offered.After almost 40 minutes of walking around with about $400 worth of clothes in my arms- I got fed up and left them on one of the white chairs before leaving the store altogether. Not sure why I wasn’t good enough for the employees to help- But clearly my money wasn’t welcome there.

I was shocked at how stylish the clothing is and how reasonable the prices are. Bought 8 very nice pieces for under $300 in total. Incredible. My new favorite store!

Best customer service experience. I was acknowledged as soon as I walked in. Carla and Giselle were very attentive and made alternative recommendations when they did not have an item in my size. The clothes are stylish and the prices are affordable. I highly recommend shopping at this store. I hope they remain in business and at this location for a long time.

Finally stopped in today. Seriously great stuff for incredibly reasonable prices. Got great blazers, pencil skirt and faux leather jacket, silk like top. Love love love.
