A friend had sent me an arrangement. I was not aware of the delivery and was not home at the first attempt. I called the following day to let them know that they could leave it and to try to find out a window of time of when they would deliver. They would not provide me a time frame. I called back two days later as they never tried to deliver again, never called me to provide me with any updated. I called again today, was put on hold for over 10 minutes . I hung up and tried calling back and they did not pick up the phone, no voice mail, etc. I still do not have the arrangement that was sent to me. UPDATE: I called back from a different phone number they answered and when I asked for the name of the person that I was speaking to, she hung up on me.

My wife ordered a Valentine platter for me. It ended up costing much more than advertised, they did not honor her request for no grapes and despite being refrigerated went bad in 3 days. Very disappointing.

Ordered a $120 arrangement for a graduation party and asked for it to be delivered at 1 pm. It was delivered after 8 pm and fruit had fallen off and the wrapping was punctured. Called a few days later about a refund. Was told “you’re just calling now?”. Then was told no refund was available. Got the store to pick up my “replacement” (not the same as I ordered) and was left waiting with no one helping me for 10 minutes because no one was at the cash register. Horrible horrible customer service. Calling the BBB.

Do not order here. They deliver food in unrefrigerator cars.
