Purchased a used Odyssey from here some months ago, so far so good. Returned for a oil change and car wash. Staff was polite, up front and price reasonable.

Antonio (sales rep) and Dalton (finance) at Performance Honda in Fairfield were amazing.I cold-called dealership @ 4:30 PM on last day of month to see if they had the $50k Pilot Elite in the color combo we wanted. Got Antonio who phd back w/in 3-min saying it was in, hed hold it if we could get there ASAP, and we could do the deal. Said we lived ~45 min away and traffic could affect arrival. We arrvd at 5:30 and were out the door (including trade-in), deal completed, at 7. Every time he left the desk there was an explanation of why and when to expect him - each time coming back early. Constant communication was fabulous. No hard sell for extras and the deal was fair to all. We couldnt be happier.In contrast, phd Kings Honda at 10 AM same day but was told rep Id dealt with for the month wasnt due in until 11 AM. Phd back @ 11:15 and left msg (said he wasnt in yet). Called back at 4 PM to see if the rep was in (didnt want to jump to conclusions as he couldve had a persoanl issue stopping him from coming in) and was told yes, hed been in since 11, was avail, and they could tfr me to him. I declined saying I left him a msg 5hrs ago and he didnt return my call. If he was avail and wanted to sell a $50k car in an all-cash deal then he shouldve called me back. Thats p@!s poor. Thats why I phd, and bought at, Performance in Fairfield.

Josh our sales person at Performance Honda was excellent. He help us identify a couple vehicles gave us the keys to inspect and drive. No pressure, just support to help us pick the best vehicle for our needs and budget. We could not be more pleased with the experience and the vehicle.

Took wifes car to the repair shop. They wanted a ridiculous amount of money for 2 new front axles. Took it to a small shop in Wyoming Ohio. The price for the axles was 1/2 the cost. Although we have been using dealers to repair our cars for years this was eye opening. We will absolutely use the small shops from this point forward.

Beware if you have a young kid looking for a car sales guy was just awful tried to get my kid to run her credit while I was in the restroom when I told him not to do anything without me there thank God my kid knew better and told him no....

They record a video of the underside of your car and in your hood and discussed the lifespan on my tires, brakes etc. Was really neat to see how great my car still looked underneath after driving four years. Fast, easy, and friendly. Free popcorn and drinks while you wait.

I did not buy my Toyota here but after the local dealer I did buy mine from tried to screw me blind Ill never go there again. Performance is awesome. We bought my wifes car here and we have them both serviced here. Theyre fast, polite, and Ive yet to ever feel any pressure here. Highly recommend.

Decent enough, *IF* you get the right salesperson. First person I worked with obviously didnt want to actually sell me a car, I felt like I should apologize for bothering her :(Luckily the second person actually wanted to sell a car, so I bought one.

Service department and the entire staff at Performance Honda are so friendly and helpful in Fairfield. Would highly recommend for sales and service. So professional. Appointments for service are dead on. Just pull up at your time to garage doors and they take care of the rest. Plus wash your car!!! Cheap 24 dollar oil change is a plus.

Patrick was a good salesman, nice cars, and reasonably priced.... however it took over 2 hours to get us out of the door with the car and we were NOT financing! Terrible way to handle potential repeat clients!

Ive been to a number of dealerships over the years, for service and purchase of a wide array of vehicles. However, none of the dealerships Ive been to can compare to Performance Honda. The cars they sell are excellent quality and the service they provide is fantastic. Ill never buy a car (or have one serviced) anywhere else. I cant say enough.

The work is great, but that comes at a high cost. But I understand that nothing is free, I think they should take a close look at some of the things that you are charged for.

My vehicle had a recall. The parts werent in stock. No other Toyota dealer had them either. After six weeks I called and they had had the parts for weeks! No notification to me. I trust that they repaired the problem, but I have to wreck to see if it is correct.

Its possible you could get better prices elsewhere (not that Ive seen that to be the case, but I wont discount the possibility) but I am willing to bet itd be very difficult to find better customer service when it comes to the Performance Toyota Service center. I bring my car here every 5k miles and they always take care of me and are always using technology in new ways to improve their services and explanation of issues. There is free Wifi and very comfortable seating, and when the Wifi wouldnt work with my companys VPN, they shuttled me to the nearest Starbucks for free to wait while my car was being worked on.

Covington provides good Lexus service and communicates.

I was in to look at trading in my lease that I have leased here and was ready to buy already knowing Id be upside down on the lease. But after it took an hour to get a number for the trade, I wasnt given the paperwork so I could see the numbers. I wasnt ready to start looking at cars after waiting that long just to get trade in information. Like I said, I planned to buy today going in. This was my first bad experience at this dealership. My family has bought or leased 10 cars here in the last 4 years. Ill be looking elsewhere.

I would not personally recommend this place to anyone as I feel I was ripped off. My loan interested was really high from my credit union is what I was told. I called them and their interest rate was way cheaper than what the dealer said. I ended up refinancing through my credit union. Second was after 2 oil changes they suggested I needed tired. 10000 miles. Third I was getting oil changes every 5000 miles until they switched me to another person and he asked why I was getting oil changes every 5000 miles it only needed changed every 10000 miles. Only positive thing I can say about this place is Toyota cars are nice but I would shop at other Toyota dealers.
