I recently took my wife’s Rogue1 to the Hanlees Fairfield Nissan service department to get it serviced. My service advisor Kris Okada was very helpful, very knowledgeable and a great communicator. He ensured me my wife’s vehicle will get what it needed and he also reassured me their service team will do the best job they can for the car. I left the dealership felling very confident and reassured. Then my cell phone rang and Kris told me they found a couple of recalls for the vehicle and their service team will take care of those also. They did a great job and the my wifes car is running awesome again. Now I feel very safe taking all of my vehicles to get them serviced at this location. Kris and their service team are very efficient, courteous, reliable and most importantly trustworthy. I will recommend Kris and Hanlees Fairfield Nissan service department to all my family and friends. Thanks again, Kris!

If I could give zero stars I would, this is my first experience with Hanlees.I called for an appt, spoke to Lisa and explained what I needed to be done. Great, appt made. The next day I called back to add a service and was informed that my appointment was no where to be found. I was asked who I spoke with and told the gentleman that it was a person with the name of Lisa. I was told that she was the service manager. Well I should have taken that as a sign. I now spoke to John and told him about the services I wanted done on the vehicles. Ok.Appt day is here. Yes I was running late. 11 minutes, I called and was told it wouldnt be a problem. I get there and there is line of cars. Im waiting, thinking someone is going to come out at greet me. Nope. All the cars in front are empty, they are parked there. There is no flow of dropping off your vehicle. I go in to the building, look around for what I can only guess are service people. Im next greeted by anyone. Finally a Tech guy named Victor acknowledged me and said he would have someone with me shortly. Finally I was able to get the vehicles checked in and have to tell the guy why I am here he assumes that is just an oil change. I explained EVERYTHING should be in the computer, I spoke to John. I was informed he was John and he didnt remember the conversation, fine, no big deal but look before you assume. Finally get the vehicles officially dropped off. Its after 1215p. Its 4pm and I havent heard from John. I called to find out that one van has been inspected and done and the other is on the racks. He would call back in 10 minutes with an update. 30 minutes go by and I am told that the vans are ready to be picked up. The easiest and fastest was picking up the vehicles. He charged 2 items to one vehichle but I let that go because by this time I just want to leave and not come back. 2 days later I realize that the additional service that I asked for was not completed. Dam!No more Hanlees unless its the only place I can go. Im dont with yall.

Went in for an oil change and got a scratch on my drivers side door. Guy said I can contact the service manager the next day. I told him this shouldn’t have happened from the get-go. Not interested in going back and forth about what happened. He also did not seem very interested in helping me. Instead of taking down my name and telling me someone would follow up with me, he told me to call the next day. C-

Terrible experience. The sales rep asked to run my credit and I asked if it would be a hard or soft check. He said it would be a soft check- a lie. I immediately got a notification that my credit had a hard check hit. I asked him if he had lied, and he said that my credit report was incorrect.Next, I had several questions once they brought out their offer. I wanted to see my full credit report since they ran it to which I was denied. Per the fair credit reporting act of 2007, they are required to provide my full report. I asked that they either give me the report or just email me for documentation that they were not able to do so and what policy that reflected. They refused to do either. I also asked for the report from the bank of what APR I was approved for. They would not provide it. Last, I asked for just a simple email stating how long my offer was valid for. They refused to email me altogether. My sales rep even seemed visibly frustrated with my questions and asked me why I was even there. Are you not here to buy? Youre just shopping or something?I called back a few days later to speak with a manager and was connected with David Ruiter. I explained that I would need my full credit report in order to make an educated decision to purchase the car. He said that he could not, so I asked if he had another manager that I might speak with. He said that he was the only manager at this location. I asked if there was a supervisor I might speak with, he said no. I asked if he could get me in touch with an owner- he said that he would only be able to pass my name and number along and if they chose to call me that would be up to them. After all of this, I mentioned that I previously worked for a Toyota in Oakland and that from my recollection the policies should not have changed. I should be able to get my credit report as well as speak with a supervisor or owner and his response was that because I worked for Toyota I think Im all that, told me to have a good day, and hung up on me. I was extremely shocked and upset with this experience, especially since even after my in-person experience I was still considering purchasing a car with them.I have inquired with Toyota corporate and been assured that this location did not, in fact, follow policy. I have now been set up with another location to purchase my car. While I dont know if Hanlees tried to scam me, I feel extremely disrespected and feel that the whole experience was shady. If someone is confident in their knowledge of policy, there should be no reason not to put it in writing.

They took almost twice as long time to finish my oil change. I was told roughly 1 hour. So i missed out on a hour of driving/work.. So yeahh also it wouldve been nice if youll asked me if i needed a quick and simple wash for youll taking extra time. The other dealership always offers that to me regardless of. This is my honest review and opinion! Thanks

I had my sons car towed to this dealer for service and Chris told my son that the car would be diagnosed by today! My son specified that the car key wasn’t working and told Chris to make sure that the car wasn’t locked because we had already paid a tow truck company to unlock it! Sure enough Chris calls my son this morning and tell him that we Hm have to come and get the car open because that locked it! I called her back and told them that they were responsible for locking the car because my son told them not to lock it so Dwight gets on the phone and tells me that nobody made notes of this and we had to pay a tow truck company to get the car unlocked again! So I am having the tow truck company pick up the car and taking it somewhere else!!! ( watch out for these irresponsible idiots) don’t bring your car to get serviced here!!!

Please stay away from this dealership! Find another one!!! I recently purchased a brand new 2020 Altima, and i went 2 months without receiving a bill or an account number to make a payment and it turns out that they had never completed my loan. Who knows for what reason!! I never received an answer. WhenI started calling them and Nissan financial the loan was finally funded. I received a collection call saying my payment was past due. I constantly called the dealership and left messages with no return call. The finance manager said there was going to be a different due date and because of that it was sent to collections.(by the way i put down 15k down of the car)

If I could give zero stars I would. I was excited for Nissan to be in Fairfield so I could bring my car there. I have left several messages to schedule an appt. and no one calls back.
