If youre into Western wear, there arent many places like this. Their selection of boots is good, though I havent purchased any there. I tend to shop for those online at outlets like Country Outfitter for a much larger selection, but I can make free returns for boots I try through the Boot Barn.

As busy as it was today, I lucked out and got excellent service from Alexis. She found exactly what I needed and although the jeans I wanted were too long, she made a transfer from another store to be shipped to my home. Excellent service!

They had sizes in FR jeans that the other boot barn didn’t have in stock. A bit more variety in sizes on Ariat FR pants for work so save a trip and go to this location first

Do your research online before you come!1. There is no real organization, boots and brands are scattered all over the store.2. Labels indicating features are wrong and inconsistent between the same boots.3. Staff is clueless! They don’t know what they have, or what it is, or anything about it. At best they can look things up on their iPads, but the item numbers on the tags don’t match the website! So good like identifying anything.4. None of the prices in-store match their website! They are all higher! Be sure to have the product you want selected on the website to show them. They will “price match” with their own site at least!They have good boots at good prices, but you’re on your own to find what you want and research it’s features.

I love this place because it has so much to offer! Im not much of a shopper, but going into this store makes me want to stay half a day and spend more money than I have! LOL. Five stars definitely the gentleman that helped me was very pleasant and the girl who rang me up also asked if she could help when I was looking at clothes I found a pair of boots that fit me. Which is hard to do sometimes because I wear a size 10. I also found two lovely tops which fit perfectly I will definitely go back and jump some more my only complaint is that you dont have enough short boots for women in size 10. It was a very nice experience and I am very pleased with my purchases.

Cute stuff but really pricey and when I asked for help the gal left to check something for me and never came back...i continued shopping and after an hour and no help I left without buying anything. Too bad for them Ill just go to Vacaville with my money.

Staff acknowledged my presence, but didnt off to help me find something. There were 2-3 customers in the entire store. I went to buy my son boots. Eventually a gal came over to help us measure his feet. She was helpful.Expect to pay MSRP, if you know what you want, shop it online for a better price.Overall clean and well organized store. I can tell that its getting cramped with Christmas items. Im a petite person, yet found it difficult to move around the clothing racks.

I shop often at Boot Barn. Service varries by location. I have shopped Chico, Cordillia, Roseville and Reno.Except for Reno, I have always been treated well and received exceptional service. I have been to the Reno store twice. They are terrible. I have never been greeted, offered help and have had to go so far as to seek out someone in the back room. I have seen two employees within 15 feet of where I was standing visiting with each other. Im sure if I could check myself out they would have let me do that too. There were only a couple of people in the store either time. Shop someplace other than the Reno store.The other stores I have visited have always provided me with outstanding service.

Im giving this a 3 because of the Hispanic lady was not very friendly she seems a little racist or maybe just a language barrier? because she was very nice to the Hispanic customers but seemed kinda rude to me. The selection of boots is good however and the other helpers were great.

Wendy is the best assistant manager I have ever met. She was so passionate and kind. I feel very apologetic for what she had to go through with the online credit company. They did not help at all and she used her own wits to find out how to let me use my brand new boot barn credit card. Biggest selection and best prices for work wear Ive seen in the area. It was easy to find exactly what I was after, staff was extremely helpful, and the Carhartt jacket I bought cost less than most places online. Ill be back any time I need a hardhat, work pants, gloves, or socks. Highly recommend.

Super customer service!

The store is great and has a large selection, but the employees have some of the worst attitudes! The manager is the worst one, and hes HORRIBLE to his employees. Every time weve gone in there he has been awful to someone, as well as pushy. Plus, Im pretty sure he was picking on us to another customer.

Never shopping here for boots again. I’m a tall person so I have large feet and the selection at this store for me is so limited. Personally I think if bot is in your name you should stock a good selection of boots for everyone.

Out of the way and easy to miss. FR clothing is limited compared to Texas stores. Prices seems higher as well, but maybe I was just imagining things.

No customer service, manager is not helpful at all in resolving issues, will never go back to any chain boot barn. All they care about is pushing inventory an getting there commission from the sale of boots an oils.
