I bought a car from them and the salesman I worked with was really nice and cool. His name is Shawn. But the staff is very friendly. Not as bad as people say! But the reason why its 3 star is not 5 is very clear. A few years ago I had a 2011 F-250 4x4 6.7 powerstroke lariat black on black. It was a low mile truck had around 65k on it, it was tuned and deleted with a H&S tuner and 5 inch straight pipe. Of course the warranty had been voided but the crank broke and they charged me $1500 for taking the engine apart. And I never even asked for it. But in November of 2007 I bought a Crown Vic police interceptor and had a good experience. So repair is hit or miss but when you buy a car they are really good about it. He didnt mind that I had a Snap On scan tool either and let me do whatever.

Do not buy from this bunch I bought a high dollar goldwing motorcycle from them over the phone with 4000 miles they said was perfect, I drove 530 miles to pick it up, when I got there and looked at it there was 2 1inch ×1inch pieces of reflective tape on each corner ot the trunk that was really ugly so I figured they was hiding something so I took it off and there it was 2 big chips in the paintso your typical car dealership, they dont mind a bit to lie to you

They didnt even start on my car. Now I have to take it back

We called to enquire about having a roof rack installed on our van. Ken told us to order our own rack and he would squeeze us in. We ordered the rack and called for our squeeze in and were scheduled two weeks out. We then left our van with him for most of a day, called to check in and we were told he couldnt do the job.Finney Auto Body did SQUEEZE us in and we have lovely racks installed. Dont waste your time with Fessler, go straight to Finney!

Leased from Deery Brothers in Burlington Ia with 40 miles on it, 30 were my test drive. When 39 month lease was up they quoted me a price.Feslers also quoted me a price, thousands lower including better warranty duration and price than Derry Bros.Obviously I purchased the vehicle outright through Fesler. Since this is the town I live ins Chevy Dealership I also take the vehicle here for any shop work needing done. 4 years 26 days and not a pennys been charged from Feslers shop/service and the work theyve done. Turbo, stereo unit, ac/blower controller and a hose has been replaced by them and free shuttle service if I need a ride to or from the shop if I dont just wait there for the short services. All the free coffee you dare to drink in the waiting area. Dog friendly if you have a pet with you.
