Good service and done very clean and Professional.I had a couple issues which are not fixed and have been charged which was a little disappointing. Assessment fees are easily a couple hundred usd which I think is little over the top. However happy with the work and outcome.

I had the starter and spark plugs replaced and a few other minor issues looked at. The vehicle is a high end vehicle with a v12, some consider it a super car. not every mechanic shop can work on it. Fairfield County had no problem and knew exactly what to do. quick turnaround time and fair price. very pleased

We wouldn’t take our 1972 VW Karmann Ghia convertible anywhere else. They first reconditioned and fixed the engine, electrical and exhaust systems. Replaced a clutch. And so much more. The car has never run better since we bought it in 2000. Then they replaced the dash, refurbished the seats and had the interior carpets replaced. The car is gorgeous and runs like it did off the showroom floor in ‘72.The pros here are very thoughtful and extremely knowledgeable. They problem solve and tend to the car like it belongs to them. Which means they make practical suggestions and are careful with your money.We are extremely pleased with the shop and would never take the car anyplace else.

It was tough to find a shop I trusted enough to do aftermarket work on my Tesla as most places are pretty hesitant to touch the things. These guys were confident in their ability to get the job done and they killed it. Car drives better than it did from the factory now. They were professional and not at all condescending like a few other shops in the area. Will definitely go back if I need work done in the future.

Overall I am very pleased with the work performed. I was surprised by the amount charged, as the initial verbal estimates were no where near the final bill. I fell that costs should be better conveyed. Thought that after I called they would reconsider the charges, but nothing was offered. Disappointed that I didnt have the opportunity to see if this was the competitive price.

We used Fairfield County Motorsport for 2 of our cars and couldnt have been more pleased with the people we met, the service we received or the price we paid compared to local dealer service centers. They fixed one problem for us at a fraction of the cost on our 2000 Mercedes E320 and saved us more than 50% of the cost for a list of issues that we were told to address, on our E350, by someone else. They have always been responsive, communicate well and complete the jobs on time. I can highly recommend.

Great place. Had older BMW in for service at two local dealerships for long periods of time with no answers for braking problem. Fairfield County Motosports had the problem diagnosed and out in two days. Since then had other services done on other vehicles with similar results. Would highly recommend.

Was there today so Don and Ryan could install Dinan phase 2 package to my BMW. There were technical issues on Dinans side, but Don kept me up to speed the whole time. He and Ryan never gave up. In 2016 I bought in the Netherlands an American Porsche 911SC . This car was in a perfect condition but I missed a part of the history (maintenance, miles etc.). I found out that the car had been serviced by Fairfield County Motorsport in Fairfield between 1988 and 2012. Last week I just phoned from the Netherlands (The Hague) to this Company and I spoke with Don. Without any hesitation Don started to try and find the maintenance history of this car in his records. Furthermore he was able and willing to send me within two days all the Information he still had. Porsche owners know the importance of the history of a car. And the older the car the more difficult it is to have a complete picture. I didnt have to explain this to Don. Chris was suggested by Ryan at Firestone because I have an aftermarket BC coil over suspension on my recently purchased 2012 Audi A4 . I found out about this aftet, but the vehicle was so clean so I figured Id roll with it.I have an Audi mechanic that works for one of the major Audi dealerships in the area and he prefed not to work on the aftermarket suspension. He did point out that the rear proprietary shock was leaking oil and needed to be replaced. So with that and a good luck I was off to find help.My first encounter with Chris was like being invited into a safe place where there was no secrets. Hes honest, humble and very appouchable. Chris confirmed the oil leak in the shock and told me that I needed to purchase a BC coil over shock. He wasnt sure if they sell just the shock. I called BC and they confirmed that they do and suggested a few installers in Branford and Waterbury. There is no better place for repairs on European cars than FCM. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and professional; the facility is clean and well organized. I have used FCM for over a decade and have been extremely satisfied with their workmanship. Problems are diagnosed quickly and fixed the first time.

Brought my 2017 BMW X1 in for an oil change. The bill was $205, including tax. Called the local dealers after I left and was told $85 from Bridgeport and $80 from Darien (before an additional $20 off promotion), both excluding tax. Can’t imagine what these guys would charge for any actual work!

Having been through the attentive service at luxury car dealership service centers for awhile, one could be a little skittish (or too spoiled) going to independent auto service shops. Well, you cant go wrong here because youll get personal attention and consultation while your 4-wheel baby gets top notch service and care. Weve been going to FCM for 4+ years now and our experience has been superb, often above and beyond our expectations. European cars are temperamental and costly to repair, but this team has been so patient with us, and with so much hands-on knowledge to really fix our car that we want to keep for as long as possible. You really cant go wrong with FCM.

The mechanics and service staff at Fairfield County Motorsport are exceptionally good diagnosticians. I was told my VW Jetta had a transmission problem at a VW Dealership in New Jersey based on a thumping sound from under the car. A mechanic at Fairfield County Motorsport diagnosed the problem based on the right front wheels instability. The lug nuts were not seeded correctly. A huge error by the service center in the dealership was fortunately corrected.
